Notre condo est parfaitement situé au 8ème étage donnant directement sur la rivière Lazy à Phoenix Orange Beach avec une vue panoramique imprenable sur le golfe !! Évitez les ascenseurs et garez-vous au même étage que le condo !! Nous avons également une serrure de porte d'entrée sans clé afin que vous n'ayez pas à garder les clés pendant votre séjour! Vous pouvez profiter d'une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe depuis le balcon ou par les baies vitrées du salon et de la chambre principale. Avec plus de 1 750 pieds carrés, l'unité est très spacieuse, nouvellement meublée et nouvelle sur le marché de la location!

Les services sont nombreux dans ce condo de Phoenix Orange Beach: le logement est doté d'appareils électroménagers de taille standard, d'un bar avec machine à glaçons, d'un téléviseur SMART 65 "4K dans le salon et d'un téléviseur SMART 4" de 55 "en ma��tre, ainsi que d'un téléviseur 4K de 43". SMART TV dans les 2ème et 3ème chambres. Le salon comme un lecteur BlueRay / DVD tandis que les chambres ont des lecteurs de DVD. La buanderie a une laveuse et une sécheuse. Il y a un lit King dans le maître et deux lits Queen dans les 2ème et 3ème chambres pour dormir jusqu'à 10. La section de salon dispose de quatre stations de charge et de 2 fauteuils inclinables avec 2 repose-têtes, plus le fauteuil autonome du salon est également un fauteuil inclinable manuel.

Il y a une superbe piscine extérieure à accès nul avec un toboggan qui se connecte à une rivière paresseuse, une piscine intérieure chauffée, deux grands jacuzzi, un centre de remise en forme ultramoderne donnant sur le Golfe, des barbecues et un court de tennis au 10ème étage.

Il y a une limite d'âge minimum de 25 ans pour réserver l'unité qui sera appliquée sans remboursement pour violation.

Having condo on the same floor as parking deck was great.

Took my elderly parents and adult handicapped son. The access of getting in and out of the condo was convenient. Walked right out of condo to vehicle parked in deck on the same level

Comfortable condo with a great view

Furnishings were good in this condo. My husband loved the recliner couch. The view from our 8th floor balcony was great with nice furniture. Our only complaint is the kitchen and bath towels were pathetic. They have better towels than that at a YMCA! They were thin, stained and rough. Towels should be a lot better for the price you pay to stay there.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property is in great location on beach and kids love the water slide and lazy river. Unit convenient to parking as no need for elevator. Deck furniture nice. Master bathroom needed to be cleaner. Spread, extra blanket and pillow in master were stained and/or not clean. Main issue was kitchen. No scrubber or sponge or anything to clean a pan. No measuring cups and almost no plastic containers with lids. Some dishes were put in cabinets dirty and/or wet.

Wow! Better than the photos!!

The photos do not do the condo justice. It is so large! We were very surprised at the grand size of the condo compared to others with similar layouts we have stayed in. High ceilings! It’s decorated very beautifully as well. The lazy river was so relaxing every day. Everything about this condo and the building itself was very clean! Elevators were quick to arrive. Overall, we give this property a 10/10 !!! We will definitely be back. Thank you!

Long weekend in Orange Beach

Very nice rental, great location. Easy check-in. Televisions were challenging. Not a real concern because we really didn't use them much. Maybe the start up necessities could have been better. One roll of terrible toile paper per bathroom, one trash bag and no dish soap. Could have done better than that for the price. Also some folks may not be able to get to Walmart. All in all, loved our stay and would definitely like to come back.

Returning to our Home away from Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As my 3-year-old Grandson open the door - He said, "Nana, Welcome to my new HOME!" He had been to this unit before, but he was only 7 months old. He just asked this week - When we are going to his new HOME again. Out of the mouths of babies - Honesty - We had a blast! We love the location - across from City Donut and close to the grocery store. There are some TLC issues - that needs to be taken care of - one of the rocking chairs on the balcony is broken. The front door hinges need oiling - it's hard to sneak out - when the door is noisy. Then bathrooms need more detailed cleaning - master shower has mold on the inside door handle and along the bottom by the glass wall. The tub needs a good scrubbing - it was dirty - we had to pull a hairball out of the drain. The Kitchen just needs a full set of measuring cups and spoons. The saving grace of paying what we paid is the amenities & the location. Will we stay here again, since it's gone up in price - Thats a hard one - and - we are still on the fence about it.

I believe one bedroom was missed for cleaning because there was sand underfoot and some child’s clothing in a corner - visible if someone had come in to clean. I don’t like to stay too high because I’m disabled and use a cane so Floor 8 was high enough for me.
