Phoenix East est l’un des complexes de condominiums les plus relaxants de la cĂŽte du golfe avec une vue magnifique sur le col Perdido et le golfe. Il y a une raison qui fait que plus de vacanciers sĂ©journent dans cet appartement qu’aucun autre Ă  Orange Beach.



Ce condo 2BR Phoenix East est l'un des meilleurs sur la plage! IdĂ©al pour un couple ou une famille. Il existe de nombreuses activitĂ©s comprenant une salle de musculation, un terrain de racquetball, un sauna, une piscine intĂ©rieure chauffĂ©e, des bains Ă  remous, des courts de tennis, un terrain de basket et une piscine extĂ©rieure. Il y a mĂȘme un bel espace gazebo pour se dĂ©tendre pendant que vous dĂźnez au barbecue.



Venez vous détendre sur le balcon au 11Úme étage avec une vue imprenable sur le golfe, parfaitement situé au-dessus de la piscine extérieure. Le condo a une salle de bain complÚte du maßtre et la chambre principale a un lit king size. La chambre d'amis dispose de deux lits doubles et d'une salle de bain complÚte. Il y a également un canapé-lit dans le salon pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes. La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée et a été récemment rénovée avec des comptoirs en granit et de nouvelles armoires. Les meubles du salon et les téléviseurs sont neufs. Il y a une télévision SMART de 55 'dans le salon, 50' dans la chambre principale et 40 'dans la chambre d'amis. Nous sommes idéalement situés à proximité des restaurants, des épiceries et non loin des centres commerciaux.



Notre condo est situé au 11Úme étage et non loin à pied des ascenseurs. Envoyez-moi un email et posez des questions sur les nombreuses réductions.

Family Beach Trip

Single Mom with 2- 18-year-old High School seniors on Spring Break. We loved the condo and the quick access to the beach. We made breakfast in the condo and had LOTS of restaurants to choose from for lunch and dinner very close to the condo.

Birthday trip

Enjoyed the soft pillows on the master bed and extra soft blankets. Any issue we had was addressed promptly! This condo was perfect for our needs and the balcony view was beautiful.

Nice Fall Getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was exactly as described. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Communication before and during our stay was amazing. We had plenty of room in the main bedroom for the pack n play for our 1-year old son to sleep. The chair/umbrella rental onsite was convenient. We would highly recommend this unit to others.

Great view from the balcony

Spacious 2 bedroom condo, comfortable and well appointed. Improvements needed were more tissue paper and toilet tissue. There was a smell in the kitchen area might be the dishwasher but only enough dishwasher soap to do one load.

My only issue was they didn’t have an after hours contact as I ran into issue of not finding my entry code in an email that was hidden in spam. The front desk was very helpful and called, texted and emailed them multiple times with no response. After a very stressful hour at 9pm we were able to get into the room. Then it was smooth sailing because the condo was perfect.

We loved this unit and would recommend ... there are a couple of issues that I didn’t report to allow PM to respond, but need review. The unit needs a more thorough cleaning (base boards, under furniture) and the old carpet needs replacing or at least stretched where it meets the tile in the master bath; housekeeping needs to better review the condition of the bed linens they place ... the sheets on the master were pilled up so severely, they were scratchy.

Great place, but disappointed owner help

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was great! Loved the view, the location, and condo. However, there was an issue with refrigerator when I checked in on Friday, and there was no one to call! I guessed that was supposed to call the sales office and I left messages. My call was finally returned on Saturday, and they sent maintenance. It was still not fixed and they sent an appliance repair person on Sunday. I bought groceries on Friday and many items spoiled by Sunday evening when it finally started to cool. I get things happen but the lack of emergency number and the back and forth to get it fixed was not acceptable. BTW, there was no compensation offered for my troubles. The place was not very clean when checking in. It was kind of a surface level wipe down clean.

Overall good experience

Overall the stay was good. The description of the condo was accurate. It was directly on the beach & we had a wonderful view of the ocean. I really liked that the master bedroom has a sliding door that opens onto the balcony for a direct view of the ocean. I had slight difficulty getting that balcony door off the master bedroom to open. Perhaps the latch needs some oil or something. The living room sliding door opened fine. The ceiling fans were perfect for bringing in fresh air. The kitchen seemed well stocked, but we really didn't use much in it. The rolling luggage carts were a bit wonky when trying to move them & could have used hooks at the top for hanging tote bags while stowing luggage on the bottom, but that's just a minor suggestion. Also, I would suggest telling future visitors that, because the units are not carpeted, the noise from moving chairs or tables around is VERY noticeable to downstairs neighbors, so perhaps there should be "quiet hours" where guests are discouraged from moving chairs, including patio/balcony chairs around because we were awakened by people upstairs moving stuff around, & also by someone bouncing a ball on the floor (around 11 p.m.). You never know who is downstairs or when they have to get up the next morning to depart, so please be mindful! Other than that, the stay was very nice! Reservations, check-in, & checkout was very easy. Overall would recommend this condo for booking!
