We just finished a one week stay at this beautiful property on Playa North on Isla Mujeres. The condo was an A. The location is steps from the beach, yet quiet. The outdoor patio was the perfect shady spot to have meals from the restaurant, or eat something we prepared from the full kitchen. We did both. We will be back.

This location could not have been better. It’s walkable to everything on the north beach and Hidalgo Street. It was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful location. Beach was a bit busier than I prefer, but the ocean here is clear and very swimmable. Condo is nicely furnished and comfortable. The location in the complex is great! Right by the pool and across from the cafe.

Awesome Condo!! Really enjoyed large ground floor patio steps from pool, restaurant/bar and beach. King size bed was very comfortable and nice to have full size refrigerator and stocked kitchen. Would definitely rent again.

Ixchel

Ixchel never lets me down. I have stayed at this same condo 6x. They have recently updated to modern everything. The only thing I wish they had left was the picture of Frida in the bathroom to give it that Isla Mujeres touch. All in all the updates are beautiful and of course the staff is always amazing and so helpful with anything you might need. If you're trying to choose between Ixchel or somewhere else definitely choose Ixchel! :-)

Fully renovated unit steps from Playa Norte

This is the second time my wife and 8 year-old son have stayed with me in this unit (part of the Ixchel Hotel), and we were pleasantly surprised this time to find that it was fully renovated! Highly recommend staying here as it is adjacent to the pool and Playa Norte. Ixchel Hotel chairs are available for guests, and the adjacent Kalak restaurant provides chair service with drinks and food available from morning through evening. The hotel is also located on Avenida Hidalgo, the main drag for restaurants and shops, and a very short walk to dinner, lunch, or breakfast at some very fine eateries. A perfect location, the staff are wonderful and very accommodating, and there is even a golf cart rental next door for those wishing to journey beyond the Playa Norte area. No complaints - we loved our stay and plan to stay here again next year.

Beautifully updated condo

This condo is beautiful. It has been updated with modern touches. The dark brown wood has been painted white; the white color scheme is light, clean and beautiful with touches of blue, and gold cabinet hardware and gold lighting. The tile and marble counters in the kitchen are gorgeous. The condo is nicely appointed and everyone commented how comfortable the couch is. The hosts are kind and helpful and we had a great time. Ixchel staff are lovely, as well, and this property is has a prime beach location, two pools, a restaurant and waiters on the beach to bring food and drinks to your umbrella. Highly recommended.

Everything Isla - a Wonderful Stay

My wife, 7 year-old son, and I stayed at Everything Isla for 5 nights over Thanksgiving week. The one BR unit provided everything that a small family needed for a wonderful stay on Isla Mujeres. The unit is directly adjacent to one of two pools on the property and also the hotel's restaurant. The unit was impeccably clean and quiet. The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating when we had any questions. As guests of the hotel, chairs and umbrellas are provided on the beach, and guests can also order drinks and food from the hotel restaurant and bar. The hotel beach is maybe 100 steps from the room itself and part of Playa Norte. Walking in the opposite direction away from the beach takes one to Avenida Hidalgo where the bulk of the towns restaurants and shops are located. Lastly, there is a golf cart rental business directly adjacent to the hotel. This property literally had everything we required, and we hope to return again in the near future.

Isla at the Ixchel

We had a great apartment and stay at the Ixchel. Housekeeping service every day, and towels replaced for us each day too. I would recommend this resort as your hotel of choice. Great views, beach area a few steps away, and good food at the Kalak bar and restaurant!

Easy Access

It was so nice to have our own space on the patio. We had friends that stayed in the penthouses and they were nice too, but the main floor was the most convenient. The difference in the price was that we paid the same amount but they had an extra room to be able to split the cost. The location to the beach , restaurants, shopping and spas were awesome. We loved our stay and would be back again!

Isla stay

Everyone and everything was great, right off of north Beach however during the day the beach was extremely crowded. We made other plans and had plenty to do. Julia was great answered all my questions in a timely manner and got us our covid test in our room. Could not have asked for more.
