Magnifique Condo Gulf Front! 1 chambre Ă  coucher sur la plage!

C'est vraiment une belle bande sur la cĂŽte du golfe de Floride!
Englewood Beach est juste sur Manosota Key et entre Sarasota au nord et Fort Meyers au sud.
Cet endroit n'est pas aussi touristique avec ses grands condos et ses embouteillages.

Notre condo a sa propre plage privée. Il y a une plage publique à quelques pas de la rue. Des cours de yoga gratuits sont proposés tous les jours sur la plage. Tous les jours à 8h30 [365 jours par an]! Quelle belle façon de bien commencer la matinée.

Également Ă  quelques pas de l'appartement, vous trouverez 4 restaurants avec bars et une pizzeria. MĂȘme si le stationnement n’est pas un problĂšme, il n’est qu’à 2 minutes Ă  pied du Sunset Beach Condo. Le restaurant Lock and Key a mĂȘme une voiturette de golf pour vous ramener si vous le souhaitez!

Most incredible beachfront condo we have ever experienced. Rocking chairs on our deck watching the sunset and listening to the ocean

The beach view was unobstructed. The condo shares a porch area with the neighbors. The tiny kitchen is usable and is stocked with most of the needed items to cook however we made toast and ate out most of the time.The washer and dryer behind the unit in the accessory building was very handy.This place is fine for 2 people.

Everything was perfect for 2 people. The kitchen was adequately stocked with supplies. The bed was firm but comfortable and the temperature control worked perfectly.

The house was awesome - very clean and perfectly stocked! I would only suggest that when there are guests coming, the ice bucket is full and the ice trays are full.The location is the BEST! An ocean right in the back yard!!

Beautiful spot

We completely enjoyed our stay at this beautiful little condo. Sitting on the porch in the morning with our coffee was perfect. The condo had everything we needed and was walking distance to many restaurants.

Beach heaven

We were in Englewood Beach for a family reunion. The place was just right. Had everything you need for the beach. Having flown there, it was much appreciated. The owner answered all our question and was responsive to our needs. We'd definitely stay there again.

Perfect, as always

This is the 2nd year in a row that my husband and i stayed here and again, it was perfect. We love the location and there are many things to do around there. The only negative thing i could say was the WiFi was spotty at times, but we can overlook that for the spectacular sunset views. We would recommend this place 100%!

Love love this property!

We truly love this area and home! We've stayed here before and brought family and friends to rent the lower unit and next store unit also. We had a problem and it was fixed right away. Owner is very nice and easy to deal with. Plenty of chairs and toys for the beach. We plan on coming back again next year!

Awesome time at the beach

We had a little miscommunication on the first day of our stay, but after that, it was fantastic. The location is perfect, had everything we needed and Ed was great to work with. We would absolutely stay here again. The only thing we didn't like was no TV in the bedroom, and the Wi-Fi was spotty, but that can be overlooked at the beach.

Very disappointed!

Very disappointed. The most important thing is no battery in the smoke alarm. The fire extinguisher was not serviced in years! The shower had mold around the tub and it did not drain. The towels were kept in the cabinet with the toilet plunger and had to be washed before we could use them! Very touristy area! Would not consider coming back!!

Pure Paradise

First time I actually did nothing on Vacation....except lay on the beach, fish, watch the sunset, and I even did some shell hunting...lol...I haven't done that since I was a kid. This place was perfect for all of that. Ed was very quick to respond to my questions, and was reachable thru our stay. They have everything you need from beach chairs and towels to a shell sifter. We spent hours in those rocking chairs, I swear you can hear the sun sizzle when it hits the water. Hope to go back again, soon.

Perfect

Clean, gorgeous views, steps from the ocean. Can walk across the street to the pool and bay with docks. Everything we needed was there including beach chairs, noodles, buckets for the kids and an umbrella for shade!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This condo is on a "quieter" strip on the Gulf and has its own private beach area.

Sunsets are here every day! Unobstructed view of sunset 365 days a year, while many condos are angled and only have partial views.

Stroll down the beach and not only are there tremendous amounts of shells, but also a bountiful cache of fossilized shark teeth! These teeth are over 10,000 years old when Florida was underwater and gigantic prehistoric sharks {Megalodons} roamed the seas.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

This a 1 bedroom condo with a king size bed. The living/dining room has a sleeper sofa also with queen size mattress. There is a privacy door that separates it from the rest of condo.

The Kitchen and single Bathroom were recently remodeled.

This upper second floor unit has private stairs that lead up to it.
Directly behind the building, there is a common area that has a table and 2 gas grills with all utensils. There's common washer and dryer available to use as well, free, no coins needed!

My unit provides beach towels. There are beach chairs and umbrella for guests to use. There is an outdoor shower to use when you come off the beach.

There is a communal pool across the quiet street at the other half of condo complex.
One parking spot per unit, but special requests may allow you to have an additional spot.
