Stay in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City with style. ✯ 1 mile away from the Salt Lake City Convention Center, Vivint Arena, City Creek Mall, Gateway Mall, restaurants, bars, and much more! ✯ 0.5 miles away from I-15 makes for quick travel to ski resorts and nearby attractions. ✯ 15 minutes to the Salt Lake International Airport, makes this home one of the closest to all things Utah.
The space
We are very excited to be bringing this property to the short-term rental market in Salt Lake City. Built in 2009 and with Green materials, this home is more unique and of higher quality than most in the area. The space is truly wonderful! We spent a lot of time working with numerous designers to bring a warm, modern, and extremely stylish space to guests in Salt Lake City.

✯ Ground Floor ✯ features 10-foot ceilings and exposed industrial ducting, accented by a handmade steel and wooden staircase. A 75-inch 4K LED TV is perfect for watching sports games or a movie after an exciting day.

✯ Second Floor ✯ features 10-foot ceilings and is accented by a reclaimed barnwood wall from the backwoods of Idaho. A 65-inch 4K LED TV and a custom built restaurant style kitchen table and bench allow for the entire group to relax on this level.

✯ Bedrooms ✯ all feature high quality, premium pillow top mattresses with soft and firm pillows.

- Guest Bedroom 2 (basement): 2 Full beds as a bunkbed + air mattress

The house was was great for our group of families. It had everything we needed and was well appointed. We also really enjoyed the location close to downtown shops and restaurants. Daniel is an excellent host and I’d highly recommend this property or others hosted by him.

great home base for our girls weekend

The house was great for our first trip to SLC for a girl's weekend. Comfy spaces to hang, good kitchen, easy access to some great neighborhoods. Host was super responsive and instructions were very clear. We appreciated flexibility with an early check in to accommodate arrival times.

In SLC for UofU parents weekend, this home was perfect for our family. We hosted brunch for our Boise family, the kitchen was perfectly appointed for our party of 10. The bedrooms were large with cozy bedding, plenty of closet & drawer space. The property manager was quick to respond when we arrived and when we checked out. Close to downtown and the airport, and a garage plenty big enough to accommodate our large SUV. Thank you!

Perfect place!!!

Our family of 11 stayed for a Christmas weekend in the city. The house was great. It lacked nothing. It was so clean and had everything you could ever need. The host was so easy to work with and very accommodating. We had the best time and will definitely stay here again. Probably the best home we have ever rented.

Great house, perfect for a three-generation family

The rental was perfect for a group consisting of grandparents, 3 adult children, and 3 grandchildren. The house was roomy, beautifully decorated, with an open feel in the common rooms. Located in the Capital Hill area, it was accessible to the airport, downtown, restaurants, and pretty much everything we wanted to see and do. It was also great to have a garage for one of the cars.

SLC

Daniel has a fine three story townhome in the Marmalade neighborhood. The Marmalade Brunch House, Blue Copper 2000 coffeehouse, and Handle Bar are all within an easy walk. Besides an inoperable front door keypad, our stay was fine. Unfortunately, due to Daniel being ill, we had no prior notice about the keypad. Though the kitchen was well equiped, more supplies (coffee, tea, etc.) should be provided. The house was comfortable, clean and is close to downtown (1.4 miles).

The marmalade neighborhood convenient so many parts of SLC, including downtown (5 min drive), the Airport (10 min drive), and to the freeway which takes you everywhere else you need to go! The neighborhood has become extremely unique with several bars, coffee shops, and restaurants!

Unlike most other large rentals in the area, the house is modern! Built in 2009, the house has all of the modern amenities that you want while on your trip.
