Nous venons de répertorier notre maison sur vrbo en avril 2019 et nous aimerions la partager avec vous! Nous avons eu beaucoup d'invités et 12 critiques "5 étoiles" en deux mois!

Kayak, jouets pour le lac, bateau à pédales, pagaies tout compris! De plus les draps ... ce qui est rare au bord du lac !!!

Notre maison a été construite en 1974 et a été entiÚrement rénovée pour inclure une nouvelle cuisine, des salles de bain et des meubles en mars 2019. Cette propriété a vue sur le lac de presque chaque piÚce de la maison! Dans la salle familiale, une Smart TV de 54 pouces permet de diffuser Netflix avec le fam. Hors du salon est la véranda qui offre une vue spectaculaire sur le lac. Off the sunroom est un porche spacieux avec des siÚges et une salle à manger de patio nouvellement rembourrés.

La cuisine offre tous les nouveaux appareils haut de gamme, des siĂšges de comptoir et est entiĂšrement approvisionnĂ©e. Nous avons une Keurig, une cafetiĂšre traditionnelle, un mixeur, un four grille-pain, des ouvre-bouteilles de vin, des verres Ă  vin, des plats de cuisson, des casseroles, des poĂȘles, des couverts et un service complet pour 12 personnes. Le niveau principal comprend également deux chambres et deux salles de bain complÚtes. La premiÚre chambre est la suite principale nommée avec un beau lit King rembourré "Fog" et s'ouvre sur le porche qui surplombe le lac! La deuxiÚme chambre offre deux ensembles de lits gigognes jumeaux pour 4 personnes. Il est attenant à la salle de jeux conçue pour permettre aux enfants de disposer de leur propre espace pour jouer à des jeux ou regarder un film sur la Smart TV 48 "aprÚs une longue journée de baignade dans le lac!

Au rez-de-chaussĂ©e, vous trouverez deux chambres supplĂ©mentaires, une salle de bain complĂšte et une salle d'eau. La troisiĂšme chambre a un lit king et offre une vue sur le lac, tout comme la 4Ăšme chambre qui offre 2 lits doubles dans une belle sellerie Glacier Grey. À l’extĂ©rieur de ces salles, un espace familial supplĂ©mentaire comprend une grande tĂ©lĂ©vision intelligente 65 pouces, une table de billard de 8 pieds et un bar / tabourets.

Amener des enfants? Nous avons nos propres enfants occupĂ©s! Toutes les rĂ©novations et mises Ă  jour ont Ă©tĂ© faites avec les enfants Ă  l'esprit! Il y a mĂȘme une porte en haut des escaliers, ce qui est excellent pour la sĂ©curitĂ©!

En pensant aux repas? Nous avons un barbecue Weber juste à cÎté de la salle à manger en plein air pour profiter d'un dßner au bord du lac!

SituĂ© sur un terrain plat, vous n'ĂȘtes qu'Ă  quelques pas du quai surdimensionnĂ© du lac. Nous avons un grand quai stationnaire et un flotteur. Beaucoup de place pour attacher votre bateau. Notre liste fournit des informations supplĂ©mentaires sur comment et oĂč louer un bateau si vous choisissez de le faire! SituĂ© juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du chenal principal sur Caddock’s Creek, vous ĂȘtes protĂ©gĂ© Ă  l’arriĂšre de la crique. Nous avons une balançoire pour regarder le coucher du soleil ou vous dĂ©tendre dans le mobilier d'extĂ©rieur rĂ©cemment recouvert de Gloster.

What a fabulous way to spend a 3 day weekend!! We planned ahead for lots of time indoors with all the fun games the house provided, as well as games from home. The host was very accommodating and welcoming. We look forward to staying there again when the weather is warmer.

The Kitchen was not stocked as well as we would have liked for all the cooking that we did for Christmas. The dining room chairs definitely need upgraded. The beds were quite comfortable. My son thoroughly enjoyed the shuffleboard. Overall it was a very relaxing enjoyable home.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving family vacation here! The house was perfect for the 8 of us plus our dog. Plenty of room for all. The billiards tables, foosball, and game cabinet were most definitely used, lots! The kitchen was well stocked for putting together a Thanksgiving dinner. The rooms were very comfortable for everyone involved. We will definitely be returning, hopefully in the summer!

This home has everything you need to make your vacation amazing! Enough room for my family of 8. The younger adults had the evenings in the lower level with the shuffleboard (our favorite) and the pool table. While the older adults had the upper deck to relax and get mesmerized with the beautiful lake view. I highly recommend this home.

The house is okay & the lake is on a quiet cove. The trampoline is fun! It's not far from a brand new DG so if you forgot anything, it's an easy distance to the DG.

We stayed with several friends who arrived from California and London. Local airport is an hour away. Uber worked out well. We all enjoyed the property and the peaceful lakeside location. The upper outside porch seating area was especially enjoyed. The layout of the house was perfect for our group. Dinner at Tiff’s was great and convenient. The only suggestion we would have would be to have grab bars in the master shower. Communication with the host was responsive and timely. We would definitely consider a future stay.

Wonderful Stay!

We loved our stay at this property. We had small children, and they absolutely loved the play room! We had a wonderful time playing in the quiet cove with the multiple lake toys. It was a wonderful experience, we will be back!

Quiet cove

This house is located in a amazing quiet cove with lots of activities including paddle boarding, kayaking and fishing. The house was updated and very well stocked for a perfect getaway. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Perfect spot

My friends and I stayed here to enjoy the lake while in the area for a football game. The house is excellent and the host was incredibly responsive. Great location and plenty of amenities. It was the perfect spot for us.
