Phoenix VI est l’un des complexes de condominiums les plus relaxants de la côte du golfe. Il y a une raison qui fait que plus de vacanciers séjournent dans cet appartement qu’aucun autre à Orange Beach.



Il n’ya pas de meilleur endroit pour rester pour vous et votre famille que Phoenix VI. Il existe de nombreuses activités comprenant une salle de musculation, un terrain de racquetball, un sauna, une piscine intérieure, des bains à remous, des courts de tennis, un terrain de basket et une piscine extérieure. Il y a même un bel espace gazebo pour se détendre pendant que vous faites un barbecue. Restez dans notre unité Premium et payez moins que le prix choisi !!!



Venez vous détendre sur le balcon au 7ème étage donnant directement sur la piscine extérieure avec une vue magnifique sur le golfe ou dormez sur le grand lit king size du maître. Cette unité a été améliorée pour inclure de nouveaux meubles, des comptoirs en granit et de nouvelles armoires. Nous avons un lit king size dans le maître avec accès au balcon et nous avons deux lits doubles dans la chambre d'amis avec un canapé-lit queen !! Nous sommes idéalement situés à proximité des restaurants, des épiceries et non loin des centres commerciaux.



POUR LES GRANDS GROUPES, NOUS AVONS DES UNITÉS SUPPLÉMENTAIRES À PHOENIX VI, INCLUANT UN AUTRE 2 AUTRE APPARTEMENT AU 7ÈME ÉTAGE !!!!



Stationnement: Vous devez acheter vos laissez-passer de stationnement à votre arrivée. Ils sont facturés une fois pour 35 $ plus taxes par véhicule. Les condos d'une chambre à coucher sont garantis 1 laissez-passer de stationnement. Les condos de deux et trois chambres sont garantis deux laissez-passer de stationnement. A wonderful short vacation for the family

I love to be able to wake up and pray while looking at this view! We were EXACTLY on the beach. I loved the indoor pool and hot tub it’s exactly what we needed due to the summer rainy weather in Al.

Condo was perfect for us. 2 bedrooms/2 baths. Both baths in the rooms. Very clean. Had to call property manager about the code and was very helpful and replied quickly. And of course a perfect view!

The door (code) given didn't work, but property manager was very helpful. The table (chairs) were weak, the (drawers) keep coming open on the side of the bed. The bed slept wonderful, the (balcony) view is beautiful, but didnt have enough balcony privacy from neighbors, the balcony needed sweeping. No need to apologize just repair before next guest for that is their home away from home.

Beautiful place

But when we arrive the front desk treated us like garbage… totally disrespectful and wanted to be very unhelpful .. lied and told we were no where on the roster, no concern what so ever… then said oh now i see it and that would be 55 to park … maam my parking says free. What is the problem. Its like she disliked me from the time i entered the building and i dont know why, all I said was hi how are you, i have a room reserved. And it went left from there. She spoiled my trip and tried to disturb my excited peace of being able to relax. The condo and stay was awesome. But her customer service action makes me not want to return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The photos are accurate and we were pleased with our stay. We arrived early that day and got our parking pass, then headed to the pool. Having a covered assigned parking spot was great. The condo was clean -and we have high expectations. The kitchen is exceptionally stocked with everything we needed to cook including Tupperware for storage. The washer and dryer were useful since we were there for dance competition. The only thing we didn’t like was coming back one day to a filter in our trash can and debris on the floor under the dining area vent. We assumed they came to change the filters with no notice. There was a paper in the elevator stating Brent Robinson rooms would be getting changed but we didn’t rent from them. A heads up would have been nice since it did include our unit. Keep in mind the elevators may take some time because there are a lot of people there especially on check in days. We would definitely stay here again. It’s difficult to get 5 stars out of us but they did it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay did not begin well -The code we were given to open the door would not work upon arrival. After 30 minutes, we were able to contact Phoenix Rentals and received a new code. It worked until the second afternoon, and then we had to get another code. Not fun when standing outside in the sun and heat, with luggage and groceries.The first two days of our stay, there was a bad odor in the unit. I thought it smelled like mildew, my husband thought sewer.We appreciated the free parking space in the covered parking garage. Easier for loading and unloading and we didn't have to hunt for a parking space.We were disappointed that there was no starter pack of coffee, shampoo or Kleenex, which we have had in other units we have stayed in.The location of the unit was great and so was the gulf view.

Even though the property is on the beach, the distance from the property to the beach is substantial.

The condo was just as it was represented to be. It had all the necessary amenities and the location was very accessible to all the recreation and services you would need.

awesome vacation

This condo was in the perfect location clean nice size close to everything and able to explore we made a trip to Pensacola and Destin FL also on our last day we saw two Dolphins in the ocean while we were swimming the only thing I wish was that the pools would of been heated but other than that it was a perfect trip definitely will return!!
