Beautiful location and view. Unit was well laid out. Though a little outdated in the bathrooms our stay was very comfortable and felt like we were on vacation. Would stay there again.

Nice property, clean, good location, comfortable beds. They could lose the large dresser in the primary to free up space & have a few collapsible luggage racks for convenience. The balcony has a good view but is not private. Overall it was a good stay.

Horrible service and rectified nothing

Upon arrival there was an odor I brought lysol and carpet deodorizer the shower curtain in the master bathroom has what looks like black mold on the plastic shower liner a towel in the second bathroom had long black hair folded inside and long black hair in the shower curtain Now there is a water leak starting on the 15th floor there getting ready to bring in fans for both bedrooms and kitchen The leak is in the walls they came in with a red light and identified 15th floor to the 9th bringing g in the fans tonight plus the smell and two nasty bathrooms this is horrible and will send you pics if the fans your responsibility to contact maintenance Its 1140pm and they have just arrived with the fans how are you foibg to rectify this The noise with the fans in each area bedrooms and Common areas and you did nothing to rectify this mess

Enjoyed our stay here. There were a few things that could use some attention. There was barely any water pressure at the kitchen sink. Neither bathroom had much water pressure in the showers either. We never could get the ice maker to work. Could have been user error so not sure. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Great location

It’s a great location with many amenities. Overall the place was clean, but is in use of carpet replacement in the front bedroom and some TLC as it is evident it gets booked frequently.

The property was beautiful and beach access was awesome. Finding a spot to park my oversized van was a chore every time we left but overall I would definitely rent again.

Relaxing Stay at the Beach

Very nice condo. The space was just right for us. Very clean. We had a few issues that required repairs, & these were taken care of in a timely manner. The servicemen were very friendly & accommodating. The location is great.

Great and unexpected trip!

We landed in this property by accident because our other rental was cancelled. We were very happy and pleased with this unit. The location was great, beds were clean and comfy, and balcony furniture was comfortable. We enjoyed the covered parking. Overall, great place to stay and look forward to staying again.

Annual Sister Trip

We had a great experience for our first time condo rental! My sister's and I had never used a booking agent befor and were really nervous that something would go wrong. The check in process was fantastic and we were even allowed to check in early, which was extremely helpful. We were extremely impressed with the amenities and the frequent updates to ensure our stay was comfortable. We will definitely be using VRBO and Liquid Life again!

Senior trip for my daughter...

Overall the stay was great. Nice and cozy condo for my 2 daughters and I. It was a great senior trip with my daughter. She wanted it to be family instead of going with her friends elsewhere. ❀ always love staying at any Phoenix condos.

Spring Break

Perfect for what we needed. Easy access to the beach and outdoor pool. Indoor pool was under maintenance while we were there, but we were notified prior to our arrival. We had a maintenance issue while we were there that wasn't able to be resolved during our stay, but was responded to immediately. Orange Beach area was less crowded than Gulf Shores which was easy for getting around. Beach was amazing and not crowded. Loved it!

Fabulous Family Beach Vacation

We loved the condo at Phoenix VI! We had never been to Orange Beach before so we were hoping we picked a nice place. We did! The layout was perfect for our family. Our son had his own bedroom and bathroom and the distance from ours gave us all privacy. The kitchen was great. It had everything we needed and more. It was probably the most stocked I've ever seen a condo. It was also beautifully updated so it felt like home. The living room had a nice large TV. We would've liked it to be a smart TV so we could watch our streaming channels, but we didn't miss a single football game, which was most important to us. The living room furniture was comfortable. The master bedroom was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We can be picky about mattresses but we slept well all week. The balcony was our favorite spot. The view was spectacular. We spent most of our time there. I used the washer and dryer during our stay and they worked well. The only downsides were - master bathroom and dishwasher. The bathrooms have not been updated. The guest was fine for my son. The master has a vanity and sink in a hallway leading to a room with the toilet and shower. The toilet and shower are in a small room with a door. It was pretty dark and small. The water pressure was also not very strong. It absolutely worked for us and was not a deal breaker. The final downside was the dishwasher. It was out of order for our stay. We got paper plates and really only ate breakfast and lunch there, so it wasn't a terrible thing either. Oh, almost forgot! The parking pass is $55. That was a bit unpleasant, but again not a huge deal. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation. We would definitely stay in this unit again in the future.
