Beautifully laid out Tuscan Santa Barbara style house. Beautiful backyard with large covered patio with table for 8 fire pit and grill.
Beautiful upscale furniture inside. Both bedrooms are off the side of the house which makes it very private. This house is great for 2 couples. The neighborhood is immaculate. Very safe and shopping is very convenient within one mile.

The garage is only available for one car. Parking for another car out front. NO golf cart parking in the garage

bookings in January require a 28 night minimum.must be booked for days only in January

February 1st to March 31st
a 58 night booking is required. all days must be between February 1st and March 31st

there will be camera in the garage



Great property amazing location. 55 plus community. With all the amenities at 4 rec centers, For a very small fee to SCW rec center. Must book 14 days or more to have access. Recreation center offers amazing indoor and outdoor pools tennis courts bocce ball courts , billiards room with 25 tables. Amazing fitness center, and a full size bowling alley and so much more. You will have so many things to do and enjoy. as of November 1st 2025 the fee is $110 per guest pass, that is paid directly to the recreation center

The house was well arranged and stocked as stated on the website. Nice neighborhood, quiet and close to lots of activities and town for anything needed.

Communication with our host Bobby was excellent throughout our stay at Sun City West. The check-in process was easy. Was very nice to park the rental car in the garage and a garage door opener was left for our convenience. The covered patio outside was a nice spot for morning coffee. we had a pleasant stay.

Sun City Stay

House was very comfortable and well stocked . Having the use of the garage was a huge bonus for us to store our golf clubs and extras. Bobby was very attentive to our requests and ensured we felt at home ! Would love to return to this location as it was great for golf course access and a short drive to other activities.

Dated two bedroom

The hosts were unprepared in the rental process. The dryer was broken, the kitchen wasn’t fully equipped, the refrigerator ice maker wasn’t working. There were no instructions at all. The air conditioning system and the heat didn’t operate properly. I had to deal with the repairman at 7:00am. The outdoor deck was left for us to clean. The hosts tried to rectify the the issues but unfortunately too little too late.

Perfect location

Very nice home . We enjoyed the patio often, including the gas fire pit. communication with the owner was great! He even came over to meet us before we left. Nice kitchen and dining area. The dining room is very spacious for dining and game playing with our friends. Loved the neighborhood. Close to everything! We took advantage of the recreation centers often, and they are all very close.

Amazing Property

This property was a great find for our two month stay in the Phoenix area. Bobby is a great host, very responsive and ensured that any little question or problem was addressed immediately. The house is very spacious and comfortable, definitely feels like a "home" not a rental. Kitchen is well appointed, beds comfortable and everything you can think of provided. The neighborhood is a "Retirement" Community, perfectly landscaped, quiet and has every amenity you could imagine from golf to shopping. I would not hesitate to recommend this place. Deborah

There is a fee that is paid directly to the rec centers as of December 1st 2025 it was $110 per person a month.
