Je loue ma belle maison de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain dans un emplacement privilégié à Laguna Beach. Quelques détails:

- 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain, 2 Ă©tages
- Grande cuisine ultramoderne rénovée avec beaucoup d'espace de comptoir / cuisine pour manger et cuisiner et entiÚrement approvisionné en fournitures de cuisine et en aliments de base.
- Salle Ă  manger avec des siĂšges pour 6
- Salon avec foyer au gaz
- 2 chambres à l'étage. 1 a une vue sur le jardin (réveillez-vous en regardant le jardin paisible) et 1 a une vue sur l'océan (restez au lit pendant que vous regardez le coucher du soleil)!
- La chambre du rez-de-chaussée a son propre foyer au gaz élégant et sa propre salle de bain, terrasse extérieure privée avec vue sur l'océan Se sent comme une chambre studio séparée.
- Jardin privé et calme avec foyer, fontaine d'eau et bel aménagement paysager.
- Grande terrasse enveloppante avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan et le coucher du soleil. Vous pouvez voir l'ßle de Catalina!
- Grand garage 2 voitures avec buanderie
- Toute la maison est meublée avec de nouveaux meubles modernes du milieu du siÚcle, trÚs propres, mis à jour et privés.
- 1 pĂątĂ© de maisons de la plage (Sleepy Hollow, Thalia), 1 pĂątĂ© de maisons de Laguna Village, Ă  quelques pas de la plage principale et du centre-ville. Vous ĂȘtes au cƓur de Laguna avec un emplacement imbattable! Vous pouvez laisser la voiture derriĂšre vous et marcher partout oĂč vous en avez besoin.
- Vous ĂȘtes juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© des Ă©piceries, des restaurants, des magasins, des plages et de la ville.

Je recherche un locataire ou une famille pour louer cette maison meublée pour un minimum de 3 nuits. Je suis flexible avec des locations à plus long terme.

C'est une magnifique maison, entourĂ©e de fenĂȘtres et de puits de lumiĂšre, remplie de lumiĂšre naturelle, de planchers de bois franc de bouleau teintĂ©, d'un jardin privĂ© d'un cĂŽtĂ©, de l'ocĂ©an Pacifique de l'autre. Vous pouvez regarder le coucher du soleil depuis votre propre maison pendant que la cheminĂ©e est allumĂ©e. C'est un beau design et vous apprĂ©cierez des meubles et des dĂ©tails design soigneusement sĂ©lectionnĂ©s.

We had a fantastic stay here over Christmas and absolutely loved it. The views are beautiful and the home itself is really cool, comfortable, and a great place to relax and spend time together. It felt like a special spot for the holidays.The host was wonderful to work with. Communication was clear, prompt, and very accommodating, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We would definitely recommend this home and would happily stay here again.

We recently stayed in this beautiful home & enjoyed our stay tremendously. The layout of the home maximizes light & ocean views. Walking distance to several beaches including the main beach & lots of eateries. Driving distance to the most coveted beaches. Most importantly, the owner was available & super responsive whenever we needed her. Would love to stay there again.

Perfect Beach Getaway

The property was just as described, clean and well taken care of. The host and her father were very friendly and great with communicating via text and email. The location is a short walk to shops and restaurants on PCH and a little further to the main beach. You can see PCH and the ocean from the front patio and the rear patio is lush with vegetation and feels secluded and quiet. We had a great time.

The home was beautiful and perfectly appointed. We had a very comfortable stay and loved the gorgeous deck. Margo was super responsive to all our questions. Only downside was some drilling on the property next door on our first day, but there wasn’t any more the rest of the weekend. Would definitely return!

Not exactly what we expected

Margo is very nice. The issues were the construction site across the street, the lack of towels, the blow dryer did not work and the steamer. It was a nice place but in my opinion a little pricy for what we got.

Nice but not well maintained

The house was a great layout with all the usual amenities. I was surprised at the condition of the house. The floors were severely worn, walls were scuffed, the outdoor furniture was all stained and rusted. The outside seating areas were dirty upon arrival. The view was nice but there is an apartment building next door that had a lot of people coming in and out that looked a bit unsafe. Location was walking distance to most things which was nice.
