PropriĂ©tĂ© privĂ©e, mais gĂ©rĂ©e professionnellement par l'une des sociĂ©tĂ©s de gestion immobiliĂšre les plus rĂ©putĂ©es de Kissimmee. Imaginez-vous assis sur la vĂ©randa face Ă  la piscine face au sud-est en regardant le soleil se lever sur les majestueux cyprĂšs bordant le ruisseau Shingle. Ceci est une maison de vacances de rĂȘve dans le quartier Country Creek Estates de Kissimmee, en Floride.
La maison a subi une rénovation complÚte. La maison recule sur Shingle Creek, menant à de nombreuses observations de vie sauvage. La maison est à environ 25 minutes de Disney et Universal Studios. Commerces et restaurants à proximité pour plus de commodité.
La maison a 3 chambres Ă  coucher et 2 salles de bain, la chambre principale a un lit King, la deuxiĂšme chambre a un lit queen, la troisiĂšme chambre a 2 lits simples. Le canapĂ© du salon s'ouvre sur un lit queen. La cuisine et les salles de bain ont de nouveaux comptoirs en granit et armoires. Tous les nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable. Tout est flambant neuf. La piscine vient d'ĂȘtre refaite. WiFi sans fil dans toute la maison.

The host was very gracious, they even put up a Christmas Tree for my granddaughter. They always were fast to answer if I had question's. The house was beautiful, clean and spacious.This will be our house every time we return to Florida.

Home Away from Home

It’s our second stay here and it felt like we were coming back home. Close and easy access to many key areas but perfectly located in a quiet area.

Overall a great and convenient location. Close to everything and although an older property it's been well maintained. The pool, though a bit on the small side, was clear and clean. Our only issue was the selection and quality of the kitchen amenities. For cooks looking to actually prepare meals, you might want to take a few essentials with you. Although there was a blender for drinks I assume, there was no mixer. The cookware was minimal and poor quality and the kitchen knives were dangerously dull. Going from your home kitchen to a rental makes you appreciate what you have. Again, the house was clean and comfortable but could stand some updates.

Great place to relax!

My family and I had a wonderful time at this property during out week long stay. It was accurate to the listing and talking to the host was great whenever we needed something. The hosts were quick to respond to any question I had or concern. The house was great to relax in the summer heat and enjoyed cooling off in the pool. The back patio was the real winner with being able to have a cup of coffee or dessert and watch everything in the water from alligators to deer and turtles. While we didn't use them, it was nice that there was pool floats available for those that may want them.I wish communicating with the property management was better. I sent an email about dirty bedding and received a reply after my stay had already concluded.

Lovely home in Kissimmee

We stayed in this cozy house for a week. The hosts,Geoff and Karen were very easy to communicate with. I only had to communicate with the property manager once and messaged G or K the rest of the time and they answered or helped with anything I inquired about. The home itself is spacious and the pool was great!

Perfect Family Vacation Property

Clean, comfortable home in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Outstanding communication with the owners and property manager. Close enough to the parks to be convenient, but far enough away to provide a nice retreat. We loved this place and will look for it again on our next visit to the area.

AMAZING!!

The location of the house cannot be beat! Literally around the corner from EVERYTHING including Disney! The house was more than perfect! Clean, quiet neighborhood with a pool at the perfect temperature to cool off after a hot day! The two full bathrooms make it convenient itself! There is a book there with literally everything you need to know about the house and the area. Reminders located throughout the house as well! The little pantry has some goodies in it that have been left from previous guest
 like paper towels and plastic cutlery, even ponchos for Disney! Stuff that you would need but may not think to grab! I would rent this same house if I return back to Florida. That’s how satisfied I was with it! 10 out of 10 and I wish I could give it more than 10!

Great house, fantastic location, would definitely recommend it

This was a great house, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was clean and had everything you’d want, even a kettle which is essential kit for the Brit abroad! The check in process was easy, we accidentally deleted the email with the details and the management company were very quick to help us out. The view out of the back of the house was superb, we could spend all day watching the wildlife. We saw an alligator, birds, squirrels, it was so entertaining! The location is great, peaceful and quiet, yet easy to access the I4, parks and attractions. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it.

We absolutely loved this property! It is in a very quiet neighborhood which we loved! We also love the fact that Walmart was right down the road. The property was as advertised it had everything you could possibly need and it was very clean. We will definitely stay here again.

Quiet Getaway

My husband, our two teenagers and our dogs loved our stay here. The location was convenient, we appreciated the nature area in the back and enjoyed looking at the alligators, and the house fit our needs well. It was clean, the pool was heated, and nice starter amounts of the basics (hand soap, toilet paper, etc.) were provided. We hope to stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful!

We came for one reason, to volunteer at Give Kids the World. This condo is in the neighborhood across the street so we could walk. It is a beautiful quiet neighborhood and an absolutely beautiful setting. First condo in 7 years that was spotless! All furniture was very comfortable. We could even park in the garage since we didn’t need to use the car much while there! Contact with both management and owner was simple with quick responses. They worked with us adjusting our stay after the hurricanes had delayed us. Booking for next year already!

Lovely and quiet, great pool and location

We were looking for a quiet area, close to Disney and shops - this house was exactly what we hoped for and we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. The owners and the management company were very helpful, we were travelling down from Georgia after the hurricane. Pool heating was turned on for us free of charge and we were given an early check in time, which we really appreciated! We highly recommend staying here and we would definitely go back in the future. Thanks for a great stay!

House was a great size for my family, pool was amazing getting in touch with the owners was very easy they respond quickly , the location is perfect stores and restaurants 5 -10 minutes away and the parks just 20 min away will definitely stay again in the future

We are a family from Ireland that has enjoyed action packed holidays in Florida since 2007. While we have stayed in a number of different communities our favourite has always been Country Creek Estates - primarily due to the peace and tranquility offerd by this small and very well maintained community. But also due to its proximity to theme parks, shopping centres, restaurants and Walmart.
In 2019 we realised our dream of owning a vacation home in our favourite community in Florida. Our new home, which has been a vacation home to many families since 2009, has been refuburbished to a high standard and will continue to be managed by the same professional management company that has managed it throughout this period. It backs onto a pond and, at the end of a busy day, it is lovely to sit out on our large pool deck observing the peace and beauty of this creek with its abundance of wildlife. If this thought appeals to you we would love to hear from you.
