Venez vous évader avec nous dans notre communauté pittoresque, Sargent, TX! Cette belle maison au bord de l'eau à deux niveaux est située sur Caney Creek tranquille!
La maison est idĂ©alement situĂ©e pour de nombreuses activitĂ©s de plein air, y compris la pĂȘche, la navigation de plaisance, l'observation des oiseaux et bien plus encore. Certains des meilleurs pĂȘcheurs autour !! Grand espace extĂ©rieur avec des tonnes de terrasses et une grande cour. Asseyez-vous sur le pont le soir avec une boisson fraĂźche et profitez des vues magnifiques ou racontez des histoires autour du foyer!
Cette maison de cinq (5) chambres et deux (2) salles de bain dispose d'un salon et salle à manger ouvert avec une cuisine bien équipée et met l'accent sur chaque détail pour rendre votre séjour agréable. La maison peut accueillir 15 personnes confortablement (cela comprend 2 personnes sur un joli matelas pneumatique queen fourni, ou vous pouvez apporter le vÎtre).
Cette maison est une maison à paliers multiples offrant à plusieurs familles l'espace dont elles pourraient avoir besoin. Le niveau supérieur de la maison offre trois chambres dont une avec un lit king et les deux autres offrent chacune un lit queen. Ce niveau comprend également un loft pour enfants avec deux lits jumeaux. Il y a aussi un matelas gonflable queen disponible pour utilisation. Le niveau inférieur avec entrée privée et bar à café possÚde deux chambres. Une chambre a un lit queen et l'autre offre trois lits jumeaux.
La maison a un grand passage couvert en bas avec une abondance d'espace de pont pour se dĂ©tendre Ă  l'ombre. Les vents soufflent Ă  travers le passage garantissant un temps agrĂ©able mĂȘme les jours les plus chauds.
AccĂšs Ă  la rampe de mise Ă  l'eau publique Ă  quelques secondes de la maison. Promenez-vous sur notre belle plage et assistez au magnifique coucher de soleil et se lĂšve ici Ă  Sargent.

We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday. So much more than just a nice stay. The fire pit, fishing, ping pong table, play set and various seating made the stay so much fun. We’ve stayed at many properties over the past several years but this one topped them all. Very well stocked and everything we needed to help with our Thanksgiving meal prep. Lots of memories were made!

Great trip visiting my husband’s parents who live nearby. Plenty of room for lots of siblings and cousins. Very cute decor and plenty of amenities like paper products and towels. Great communication with property manager.

Beautiful property

The place was beautiful, great location and quiet neighborhood. However, we paid for early check-in (for 1pm instead of 4pm) and we didnt get checkin info till almost 3pm. Also, after looking for 15 minutes we FINALLY found the lockbox. Once inside and turn kitchen light on...ROACH! We however ended up having a great time. Once back home i reached out about our issues, with pictures, and was only told, "so sorry, it happens" basically. I have stayed in many homes along the coast and this was the 1st time with these issues and the response i got was just icing on the cake i suppose.

Fun on the Creek

This was a great property to entertain. The porches were absolutely the best part about it. We spent our days swimming in the creek and hanging out on the porches. The house was clean and decorated to perfection. When you walk in you felt like you were at home. The beds were so comfortable! The bedding and pillows were great. The one thing I would change is the parking situation. This house sleeps 15 people which means more than likely there will be multiple families sharing. There is only enough room for 4 cars.

Great getaway house.

My family and I had a great time at this property. This property has lots of character. The kitchen was fun to cook in and there are several games to play for young and old. We took our boat and had a great time on the water. Will definitely book this property again!

Family fishing vacation

This location was really nice, but there were a few things that were misleading from the VRBO add. The grass was not mowed and VERY tall. We ended up finding a blower on the upper deck & had to blow the whole property because of all the build up of leaves dirt. There were 2 rooms downstairs that had no entry to the actual house which is not described in the info for this house. We went on a vacation wanting to spend time as a family yet we had to separate part of the family because no where in the description did it say these 2 rooms are completely separate from the house. I had questions about lights that weren't working and as soon as we got to the property I no longer had communication with the lady I did my contract with so I guess once your there your on your own. Figure it out! The location is perfect the actual house was very clean and beautiful! There were some things about this house that were a surprise and let down when we got there. Other than that it was great we really enjoyed ourselves.

Better than the pictures!

This house was PERFECT for our family getaway. The home accommodated all ages and pets. We were so thankful for the full pantry and refrigerator condiments! The beds were very comfortable as well. If you have kids or pets, look no further! The home was “baby proof” and the upstairs deck had two gates that lead to the stairs which was SO helpful with a toddler and two dogs. We enjoyed are stay and hope to be back soon!

Fun weekend getaway

Only 1 1/2 hours from Katy, this was a very weekend spot. We fished from the dock. The children were delighted by the 4 varieties of swings and the hideaway loft. They want to go back again.

Fun Fun Fun

We had such a wonderful fun time with our children, their spouses and our grandchildren. The property is beautiful and had so much for the kids to do. We enjoyed fishing, ping pong, the fire pit, and the watering hole. Our grandchildren set up a store at the bar and sold us crackers and Powerade. They loved it!! None of us wanted to leave and are already planning to come back. Thanks for the wonderful family place to visit.

Fabulous way to spend a 50th Birthday
