Overall the property was great. They could use a fresh coat of paint, but that wasn't a deterrent for me. We were with walking distance of a couple of really nice restaurants. The beach was beautiful. Only thing, I wish there was more privacy on the balcony. However, that isn't their fault, it's just the design of the building. I would stay there again.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. We washed dishes before use but we do this every place we stay. Veiw was great. Small things like a broken wine glass in cabinet and chair by desk wasn't very sturdy.

property was excellent. there is a constant drip from the shower faucet.there was 4 tv remotes in the bedroom for that tv . None would get this tv to work.

The dryer did not dry at all and made a terrible loud noise. The shower leaked. The air stopped working completely and I had to call them. The internet and tvs did not work. We were locked out of our room for thirty minutes and on the phone due to no fault of our own because they changed the code without communicating. All of the staff I spoke to by phone was rude and condescending and all anyone said was “oh well, it’s working now, right?” Nothing was made right and the condo should have been in much better shape for what we payed. Using wet towels with no ac and no tv. Absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous

This condo has not been kept up . The carpet in the bedroom is nasty . The walls have been patched and painted with a close match of paint but not the same color . The dryer makes a noise and takes forever to dry towels . I wouldnt wash my clothes in the washer because it was nasty . , The curtains were nasty with stains Kitchen cabinets are in need of a facelift .

Wife & a friend loved it

I sent my wife off for a few days so I could get some peace. She and a friend stayed at the condo and had a wonderful time. Now she’s back home and I have no peace.

Great place, broken shower

We absolutely loved it here and had a great time despite the bad weather! The only problem was that the shower was broken, took almost 10 minutes to get water to turn on hard enough to shower in. Then we couldn’t get it to shut off. I sent a message to let the owner know. A maintenance man stopped in the next day to look at it and said “I’m pretty sure I put in a request to get this fixed last week but they couldn’t do anything because it wasn’t leaking.” Then he left. It was never fixed while we were there so luckily it was a short stay. Otherwise, we loved all of the amenities and extra things to do onsite. Puzzles in the lobby, beach was beautiful, gym was great! The pool was ice cold, but nice and big. Overall, we were happy.

Family trip

This was a great location. The room was very clean. The room above us had water issues, causing some leaking into our room. I was able to reach the owner and they had someone come quickly to resolve the issue. I would stay again and recommend others to stay here.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here! The facilities are excellent and the location is great! Everything from check in to check out was smooth and easy. We would stay here again!

Made for an event for stay, but it was not an a good event

When we got there about midnight tried to take a shower, but the shower was broke. No running water in the bathtub or shower. I called the manager and they said that it would be tomorrow before it was fixed. The following afternoon still no one had come to fix the shower and it was 5 o’clock the next evening before we were able to shower, and even then it still was not working great. I asked several times to speak with the manager and kept getting a run around.

Great trip

We always have a great experience at Phoenix properties- no complaints about the stay itself. Condo was mostly clean but dated- could definitely use some renovations. Shower faucet was hard to get to come on during the stay, track for sliding balcony door was a bit rough/would get stuck, old dryer took 2-3 cycles to dry laundry despite lint trap being clear, dining chairs were old and stained, and listing mentioned WiFi but the network sent to us never came up to use (luckily I didn’t need to get on my laptop). None of which put a damper on our trip though!

Condo is dated. Shower controls very difficult to operate, sliding doors very difficult to open, no bedside lamp on one side, no hand towels. Needs new dishes. 9th floor, gorgeous view. Long walk out to beach. Huge pool. Complex is nice and check-in was easy.

This place was great. I love to stay at this Phoenix. Great location. My only recommendation is for them to update the condo. Needs to be updated.

Overall good experience

Only minor inconveniences upon arrival and property management were on top Of it to tend to them. Great dealings and no issues! Would Recommend to anyone!

It's all about the fantastic view!

The view from this 9th floor condo is fantastic. The condo is well equipped with anything a guest would need as far as kitchen supplies, linens, furniture. (It could use more sandwich size dishes, there were three) That being said, our impression is that it is in need of updating and TLC. It is outdated...with dark heavy wall decor. A light beach theme would improve the over feeling of "being at the beach". The washer, dryer, and dish washer are very old. The washer has dirt caked on the agitator. The dishwasher makes a screech/siren type noise, we were quite concerned about this.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Didn't get checked in until after 4pm voiced my disappointment and Alex told me to never call Liquid Life back again. BTW...i never used a curse word or any bad language....he just didn't want to hear my displeasure.......Had a wonderful time as usual at Turqoise Place...but the Phoenix swithover was miserable all the way around. Lost over $200 worth of refrigerated groceries that went bad in the car waiting from 10 until after 4!!!! Will never try to stay at 2 different places again in one trip.....EVER!
