Le Surf Beach Resort condominium de deux chambres et deux salles de bains allie espace et goût moderne pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. Une fois à l'intérieur, l'unité présente un balcon privé donnant sur les belles eaux du golfe du Mexique, une cuisine entiÚrement équipée, une salle à manger et un salon récemment rénovés avec une télévision à écran LCD de 107 cm et une laveuse et une sécheuse dans l'unité.

Great location

Had a wonderful stay overall, though there was a bit of a mix-up during check-in. Thankfully, the management team quickly addressed the issue and made sure everything was resolved to our satisfaction.

Great View/Location, Somewhat Tight Space

A typical rental run by a company with many units. It was decent, but somewhat tight space (as seen in photos; can tell by price).Pros: Easy check-in/out, designated parking spot, fantastic balcony view (but open to the patios on the right), on the beach (beach towels provided), heated pool and hot tub were nice, near grocery/drug store/many restaurants and downtown St Pete, and had 2 bedroom/bath, full kitchen and in-room laundry.Cons: Broken elevator (5th floor unit, but we were warned and it was fixed our last day), finicky pool gate lock, towel bar fell off the wall when we put the first towel on it, very dirty floors (not just sand, but the tile needs professionally cleaned and a cheap mop needs to be added to the unit), and spending our first 2 days without air conditioning. Even though it was a 74 high outside, it was 80 inside at night even after leaving curtains closed all day. The owner was informed on Sat evening but didn't answer the first text until the next morning, told us what we already knew on Sun and agreed to call someone on Mon. Someone arrived Mon and it was quickly repaired. I just wish they would've sent someone on Sun. Also, the guest bathroom shower curtain is not long enough, so the floor gets all wet.when you shower. We all ended up sharing the master bathroom since it was a tub.There is rarely someone in the office,but it was a holiday week while there. I don't think we will stay in that particular unit again.

Excellent location

Was a great place to stay with our toddler! Two bedroom suite was perfect and the kitchen area helped out a lot. Close to the beach and close to everything in the area to get out and do stuff! One of our favorite spots to stay so far!

Great location, beds are comfortable, and you don't hear neighbors next door or above. Unfortunately there was a constant high pitch beeping sound from the pool pump which took 5 days to resolve, but other than that it was all good.

Great Location!

Overall, a great stay! Very close to music, food and shopping. Condo was nice, I really liked the fact I had washer / dryer option in my condo. Bathrooms could be updated but overall a decent place.

Anita was a wonderful Host. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The property managers were very helpful in recommending restaurants. The view of the Gulf was amazing from the balcony and the condo was super comfy and we had everything we needed. Will definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

The condo was very nice, clean and quiet. We had a wonderful time! The property Manager was so friendly and always asked us how we were doing and gave us ideas on places to eat. Beautiful place!

Do Not Stay Here

Check in is 3:00. Our room wasn’t ready until after 6:00. Upon entering the room there was a water leak in the kitchen. Called maintenance and he couldn’t figure out where the water was coming from. Kept a towel on floor our entire 4 day stay. Room was not clean, washing machine was disgusting, no back up toilet paper or paper towels. Left us 4 towels for 6 people. No one at front desk entire weekend. Floor was so dirty that you had to wear shoes or your feet got black. We washed the floor 5 times to try and get it clean. Louver door to air conditioner had dust an inch thick as well as all the vents in the condo. The kitchen laminate on one of the doors was taped on. The walk to the beach was very long, which is not the hotels fault. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your money here!

Spectacular view, but...

We enjoyed mornings and evenings sitting on the balcony, the view is spectacular! The area has many restaurants and a nice walking path. The unit itself can use some work. It did not appear to be renovated as stated in the unit description. It has outdated bathrooms, furniture, appliances and flooring. The covering on the cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms is peeling. The unit also was not clean. There was a large grape on the kitchen floor. There were crumbs and sand on the floors, the bathroom faucets and sinks were not clean. You are definitely paying for the view when you stay in this unit

Worth it!

This condo and the property were both wonderful. It was in a great location where one could easily walk to restaurants, shopping, and the local bus that runs up and down gulf boulevard. I would definitely stay here again. The only issues we had were that the floors were dirty and there was sand and crumbs in the sheets of both beds. We just changed the sheets and wore socks or sandals.
