A Good Time was had by All

A group of friends stayed here for a birthday celebration week. The unit was clean and well stocked for us. The location was great - not far from Pier Park but not too close either. The added bonus of the daiquiri shops across the street were convenient fun. We preferred the Sunrise shop for daiquiris and their food was good too!.The furnishings were lovely, especially the balcony. We loved those tall chairs and have actually ordered some for ourselves. One morning, we watched a manatee make it's way down the beach and the next morning we had a huge pod of dolphins give us a show complete with jumps and twirls and flips. 4 br AND 4 ba was fantastic and the whole place was nice and spacious. I would recommend highly!

Great place!

Came here for a beach vaca. The place was clean and very inviting, great location to things around town. Beds were pretty darn comfortable which is a plus for us! The condo had everything we needed. Would come back again

This condo was gorgeous and the use of space for 8 people was perfect. The building, beach, and surroundings were pristine! I already want to go back!

Awesome property and view

This is an awesome way to spend weekend at beach with family. The unit was clean and close to good restaurants and easy access to the beach. The owner was quick and responsive throughout the stay and check-in process.

Excellent Trip

We had a wonderful time. The property was clean and perfect for our 2 families. Sue was very helpful in getting me in contact with the chair/umbrella service to get those reserved. Plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance of the condo.

We couldn’t have asked for a better condo. 5 stars all around. The only problem is beyond the owners control, and that’s the limited parking. We will be back!

Heaven on Earth!

We wish we didn't have to leave! Sometimes its tricky to find a place that works for my family because we have kids and seniors to accommodate. This place is it!! The condo has everything you need, a balcony that I am still dreaming about, and the beach is perfection! This particular spot has slightly smaller crowds which amplified our ability to unwind, relax, and enjoy each other's company. This place checks all the boxes for my family. Can't wait to go back!

PCB Girls Trip 2021!!!

This Condo was everything the reviews said it would be and more. Clean, modern, conveniently located. Near the beach and restaurants. The place was absolutely beautiful, newly renovated. The photos from the website does not do this condo justice. Beds were comfortable, large balcony with a nice view. We will definitely keep this condo in mind on our next trip to PCB..

Overall good place to stay!!

Great place for a beachfront getaway! Close to everything you need like restaurants, shopping, and night life. Fun decor. Sue was very quick to respond and answer any questions, she was also awesome to give us a later check out to accommodate our flight. We went down during Spring Break which wasn’t that bad however we had no notification that the beach, pools, and hot tubs all close at 10:00 pm. 3 other things to know: 1st There is only one working elevator, which still didn’t work a few times, so we had to use the stairs from the 17th floor. The non-working elevator has been 2 years in repairs. 2nd thing was there was a large garbage dumpster in front of the parking stall, which made it difficult to park. 3rd thing to know Is if you are planing on staying a week or longer with the max of 8 people, you will most likely need to purchase additional toiletries, paper towels and garbage bags. Other then that, is was a great vacation! We had a ton of fun and all got sunburned 😂

Beautiful beachfront condo!

We stayed a week and loved it! Absolutely beautiful beachfront view! I loved that the condo has 2 rooms with ocean views and each of the 4 rooms has a full bathroom! I worried about there only being 2 elevators but it really wasn't bad at all since this is a smaller condo building compared to some in the area. There was only one evening that one of the elevators was not working and I emailed our condo owner and she contacted management and the elevator was working by the next morning. With there only being 1 parking spot at the condo and a very small lot for extra vehicles there's a possibility you may have to pay for parking. We were fortunate that one of the 2 vehicles we brought was large enough that we were able to leave a car in the extra lot so we didn't have to pay for parking all week. The bed in the west master room was pretty uncomfortable, but all the other beds were great. I ended up having a pinched nerve in my left shoulder area and was in quite a bit of pain, but was lucky enough to find and book a massage just 3 minutes from the condo! Also, if you order through door dash make sure to put the name of the building and room number in the address info because we had a couple deliveries go to the wrong building. Over all we really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and very clean condo!

The condo was very clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. The space and views were beautiful! The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Communication with Susan was very easy. I was surprised a month before our stay when she added an additional fee. I wasn't aware owners are able to increase the price at any time. We did have a few other issues. The pool area was closed for most of our stay. This wouldn't be a problem since we weren't there to use the pool but going through the pool is the only direct access to the beach so we had to walk out to the street to the public beach entrance. This was especially frustrating since there was no hose or shower accessible to rinse the sand off from the beach. Also, four mornings during our stay a building announcement blared from a speaker in the condo at exactly 8am very rude since people are on vacation and trying to sleep in and rest. Only one parking space on property and don't count on finding another one in the very small lot across the street, just plan to pay to park if you bring more than one vehicle. Overall we had a very nice vacation, just a few things to be aware of when booking.

My experience…

My experience... in the first 10 minutes of our arrival we got evicted, harassed, and had the police show up. Our host was convinced that I broke the contract and I tried to reassure her that we didn't breach the contract and she wasn't having it. I've never felt so humiliated and racially profiled by someone in my life. It felt degrading, even after she was proven wrong even after the police searched our rooms and went thru our stuff and after the constant harassment by the maintenance workers proven them wrong having them come in, fnvading our privacy.We had to cancel our dinner plans that we had for my wife, which we had scheduled for her birthday because we had to wait for anyone else to come see that we weren't lying about how many people we had in the condo. Her disregard for our well being or where we would stay not knowing where we would sleep that night, where my pregnant wife would lay her head It was humiliating. I was upset and I was respectful and I was honest but I felt like it didn't matter, it felt like I was being judged not by my honesty but by the color of my skin. All we wanted was a relaxing weekend, to get away from all the stresses that our jobs brings us, with our kids and our day to day; all we wanted was a nice relaxing gateway and we couldn't get that. We were on edge for the entire weekend, we didn't want to move a chair or use a towel for the fear of being charged extra or not putting back the chairs exactly in the same place they were in.Constantly being on edge, I believe her friend or her husband was kind enough to apologize and pay for breakfast and I did my best to let it go and get over it, because it was my wife's birthday and well I wanted to make the best of it because we weren't going to travel for a while, on our last day the number code was changed before our scheduled time to leave, so I was locked out. I needed to share my experience, how I was treated, how I felt. My wife and I made the best of it, and the place was amazing. Breath taking view, beautiful rooms.. but I couldn't enjoyed it like we would loved. I loved the place and I would have loved to book it with my kids, because I know they would have loved it but I wouldn't want them to have a similar experience.

Good stay and host

Brought our daughters down for Spring Break. Property was great. Beautifully decorated and well maintained. Sue was very responsive and accommodating. The only recommendations I have that I believe would have make it better would be the following:- New bedsheets for the beds- New bed pillows - Throw blankets for the living area - New pots and pansOtherwise our girls had a blast for their Spring Break.
