Ce condo en front de mer situĂ© au 1er Ă©tage offre une fabuleuse vue sur l’ocĂ©an et ne nĂ©cessite qu’un escalier Ă  monter! Le salon ouvert comprend une cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e, une table Ă  manger pour 6 personnes et un salon avec tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat, canapĂ© avec lit gigogne, 2 grandes chaises et une vue de rĂȘve. Le pont est grand et a une salle Ă  manger, barbecue Ă©lectrique (autorisĂ© par la loi !!!) et assez de place pour se dĂ©tendre. La suite principale est sur le cĂŽtĂ© de la ville de la copropriĂ©tĂ© et dispose d'un lit queen, salle de bain complĂšte avec douche, dressing, curseurs vers une petite terrasse et une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat. La chambre n ° 2 a une couchette avec un lit double et un lit gigogne double. La salle de bain a une combinaison baignoire / douche complĂšte et abrite la laveuse et la sĂ©cheuse. Piscine communautaire et espace de stationnement rĂ©servĂ© sont la cerise sur le gĂąteau. Une place de parking rĂ©servĂ©e garantie!

The location is perfect and shops, restaurants, the park are easily bike-able. The complex is quiet. The condo has covered parking, is lovely and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful views and easy access to the beach! Great little getaway for a small family. Have little kids so nice to be away from the busy downtown, but yet still close to walk to if need be.

We had an incredible family vacation at this property! We have a 3 year old and an 18 month old so the second story unit was perfect and not too many stairs. We still had a nice view despite not being high. We made fantastic memories and would certainly go back.

Nothing beats staying ocean front!

This unit is spacious, clean, and on the first floor, so there's less walk-up. The parking spot is convenient and there's also a guest spot. The managers were great about helping us with a late check-in. The kitchen has all the necessities and there were plenty of linens and paper products provided. Everything in the unit was as pictured.

Clean living and bedrooms, on the beach and close to the boardwalk. I would recommend this location for a beach get away.

Great visit

Only thing that was wrong was we didn’t stay longer. Everything was great, we even had to communicate an issue with the disposal, and they had maintenance out same day, which decided it was in need of a new one and a plumber by an hour later to replace it. That sort of stuff happens but the speed on a holiday weekend to get it fixed was impressive. Everything else was great. Loved our stay.

Clean and smelled good with good location

Room was very clean and smelled good which is rare right on the beach. Provided plenty of towels which is another problem I normally have. Room was very equipped with all the kitchen items needed for cooking. Location was great also. Owners was very nice to deal with and answered phone anytime you need them. Great place and great price

Week Long Stay

Carolina Retreats handled the entire booking and check-in process as smooth as possible. The unit itself was perfectly located at the beach and within walking location of the family friendly boardwalk. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would happily book again in the future.

Vacation

The location was great. The hot water worked great. The beds were uncomfortable and the shower curtain was full of dirt-- needed to be cleaned or replaced. Brown stains on comforter on one bed. When I pulled off sheets, blood stain. Listed should be clear that toilet paper and other items for bathroom will only last one day. Furniture was worn down. TVs worked great. Beach, of course, was great.

peaceful perfection!

Thank you for renting this out. I was peaceful and what our family needed. I love the renovations!!! Seriously where did y’all get those paintings? We had a rain day and was able to relax and enjoy the condo. We were able to enjoy the beach & pool too!! Cannot wait to come back next year. Staying here planted the seed getting a place at the beach (in a few years).

Nice Getaway in Carolina Beach

This was a great place if you're looking for no-frills, beachfront property. The condo was spacious and mostly clean (the master shower curtain needs replacing), and we loved the private beach access. It's located close to plenty of restaurants and grocery stores and has reserved covered parking. The only negative is the master bedroom gets REALLY warm at night and could direly use a mattress upgrade. Otherwise, this was just what we needed after many months inside due to the pandemic.

Not quite what we hoped for.

First, the proximity to the beach for this condo was amazing! The management company did a good job compiling a list of local restaurants, entertainment, and beach/water related things in a handy binder. We would have taken advantage of those had we not been social distancing. The condo itself was a little dated. The a/c never really cooled the place down and there was a note that said not to turn it below 70 or the unit will freeze up. The master bedroom faces the street and you get quite a bit of noise. The master only had sheer curtains that didn't really block any light or keep anyone from seeing you in the room. The ceiling fan in the master was necessary but also quite noisy. The master bath shower had a shower curtain that was way too big for the space and every time we moved it the liner would come off the hooks. The second bedroom was a good size with a twin over a full bunk bed that worked perfect for our kids. The kitchen was serviceable and had the utensils that we needed. Only one trash bag was included for the trash can which was a little odd. The wifi was only 2G which was really disappointing. Both my wife and I needed to work from the condo and the circa 2001 internet speed made that virtually impossible. Also, there was quite a bit of noise from the upstairs resident. Very heavy footed and they were up until early morning sometimes walking from one end of their condo to the next it seemed. The covered balcony has a great view of the water and was nice to use. So, if you are looking just for close to the beach and don't really care about updated amenities, this place is for you. Most of the issues we had would be very easy for the owner or management company to address. As for us, we're going to look for something a bit more updated on a quieter beach.

Would stay here again

We have been coming to Carolina Beach every summer for the last 9 years. We have stayed in a variety of condos, houses, etc. The communication with the property managers were bar none. The check in/out process was super easy. The condo was clean, well maintained and well stocked. The beds were confortable as was the seating in the living room. The deck was spacious unlike most decks at beach condos....enough to have a table and lounge chairs. We were able to enjoy breakfast outside and play card games out there in the evening. The view was great and the short walk to the sand was my idea of "location location location". It was a short walk to the boardwalk/central area but far enough away you didn't hear it at night. There were very minor things that they could improve on but things that would certainly not impede another stay here: 1)the coffee maker was that of a small one you'd see in a hotel room. I'd like to see a normal size coffee pot for the copious amount of coffee our family drinks. It was a pain having to make several "pots" each morning; 2) the dining room table appears to be an outdoor patio table and chair set and it's just a smidge too big for the space...it was a little uncomfortable to eat from; 3) the kitchen knives need a good sharpening; 4) they need a hose at the foot wash off area. The current spigot didn't have enough pressure to really do a good job washing off sandy feet. Other than those 4 very minor things, everything here was great. We would definitely stay here again and out of the 9 years we have come here, it is in the top 3 places we have stayed in .
