La maison a Ă©tĂ© construite en 2018. C'est trĂšs moderne et ouvert. Il est situĂ© Ă  8 minutes du parc d'État du Minnewaska, Ă  10 minutes de la rĂ©serve de Mohonk et Ă  30 minutes des Catskills. Il n'y a pas de tĂ©lĂ©vision ou d'Internet Ă  la maison, mais il y a une grande couverture de tĂ©lĂ©phone portable de tous les opĂ©rateurs. Great place and had everything we needed. Trustable WiFi, working AC, quiet and peace to enjoy nature and the stars. No issues with cleanliness and accessibility. Great place to stay if your a day hiker and want to check out the surrounding trails.

Great spot for a weekend getaway!

The house was super clean and had everything we needed like linens, towels and all kitchen appliances. It was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway, stores and restaurants not far away, state park and other sight seeing places near.

Relaxing stay

We were very pleased with the house. I would definitely rent again. The host was very responsive. My only suggestion would be to have games, puzzles, and/or cards available. We loved the record player! The house was perfect for our family.

Wonderful. Spacious interior, comfortably and beautifully furnished, very well equipped modern kitchen (with dishwasher..) and bathroom, very comfortable beds and seating, plenty of clean linens. And this house is much more spacious than it seems in the displayed photo. Highly recommended, with thanks to the owners.

The house is modern and clean. Deer and fox came right in the yard. Our family enjoyed our stay. Area is beautiful and easy to get around.

Great Upstate Getaway

Matthew's place was perfect for a few days getaway with a friend. He was extremely reponsive, the place was as pictured, it was very comfortable, and good value for the price. It had everything we needed to serve as our basecamp to explore Minnewaska State Park and poke around New Paltz and other nearby towns. Check-out was very easy, there wasn't much we had to do. If I had any questions, Matt replied in minutes. I love this part of NY and would stay in Matthew's place again.

We had a great stay !

Beautiful and clean house close to minnewaska state park and mohonk preserve. Also only 20min from new Paltz where we went for dinner. Owner was very responsive and we had fun on our hkes in this area.

Perfect Fall Weekend

My family had a terrific weekend at this beautifully impeccable house. The open layout of the house was perfect for our large family and we enjoyed many great meals and card games here. The location is excellent, as we spent the weekend exploring Lake Minnewaska and apple picking. We would definitely stay here again, Mathew was very easy to work with

Airy, spotless, perfect

This place was wonderful! It's modern with an open design and tons of light. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen is modern and well-appointed, and the location is right next to the Gunks, Peter's Kill, and Like Minnewaksa. We are climbers, so we would go out adventuring all day, then come home to cook and hang out. We would definitely stay again. Karen

Just Perfect!

Matthew’s place is modern, pleasant, super clean and simply perfect for a remote vacation spot in the beautiful mountain area we wanted to explore. It was a pleasure to work with him as his communications were clear, friendly and exceptionally quick.
