Condo rénové au 17ème étage - unité en front de mer! Superbe vue complète du golfe! Mise à niveau à l'automne 2018 ... Tous les nouveaux revêtements de sol, nouveau canapé, table basse, tables de chevet, table et chaises, nouvel ensemble de chambre et nouvelle literie!

La station balnéaire Pelican est l’une des stations les plus populaires pour séjourner à Destin ~ la destination familiale idéale.

Idéalement situé à proximité de toutes les activités telles que: le parc aquatique Big Kahuna (situé de l'autre côté de la rue) et à proximité de nombreux restaurants à l'ambiance familiale: crevettes Bubba Gump, café Hard Rock, Johnny Rockets, grillades Ruth Chris, et plus encore! Magasins de vente au détail, centre commercial Silver Sands, et cinémas.

Surface habitable d'une unité / de deux salles de bains, d'une superficie de 873 m² Ft. nouveau canapé-lit queen dans le salon. Une fois entré dans l'unité, vous remarquerez les eaux vert émeraude du golfe du Mexique depuis votre balcon privé offrant une vue directe vers le sud.

La chambre principale a un lit king, avec salle de bain privée. Des lits superposés dans le hall permettent de dormir pour la foule plus jeune et un lit queen dans le salon.

Cuisine entièrement fonctionnelle, avec gamme complète, réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, cafetière et mixeur. Accès Internet sans fil, télévision avec DVD. Entièrement approvisionné avec des draps et des serviettes.

The condo could use remodeling. Had a pigeon living on the light on the balcony and there was pigeon poop all over the balcony. Other than that it was a nice place.

We booked this place strictly for the view and the view was fantastic! Yes the place could use a little updating but it was clean and comfortable. I contacted the owner about the microwave door handle being broken again when I got there and he had a technician come replace the entire door. 2 things to know: it costs 2.00 to wash clothes and 2.00 to dry them. The laundry room is across from the room. If you want an umbrella and chairs that costs extra also: 45 per day I believe. However there is an umbrella in the closet. We were there to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and we couldn’t have asked for a better week.

Microwave handle still broken, shower curtain in bathroom horribly stained and dirty, there were long strings of hair everywhere, tv in bedroom wasnt working. Overall the location is great but the condo is outdated.

Great Location great Place

1st time VRBO it was learning experience the room was nice the microwave handle was broken, would have been nice to know that we needed to bring our own coffee . But we enjoyed the place easy access and beautiful view and we saw dolphins from our balcony.

Disgusted!!

I called the host a few days ahead and had to leave message . I did not get a call back but only received a text as I arrived in Destin. Giving me the door code and advising me that early entry before 4pm or late departure after 10am will incur a $111.00 charge . Upon entering the condo I was hit with a nasty musty smell. Upon further investigation I noticed what a sad state of affairs that this condo was in . 1. The microwave oven handle was broken and it was not cleaned inside or outside even the broken handle was sticky. 2. The coffee pot was filthy, the pot inside and out was badly stained . The filter housing was thick with old coffee stains . 3.The counter had food droppings over it. 4. The sink was thick with dirt and grease where the faucet connects to the sink. 5. The coffee table was loose and wobbly and poses a danger. 6. The couch was spattered with stains and we could not get ourselves to sit directly on it . We cover it with towels . 7. The curtains were badly stained . 8. When I walked barefoot I realized That I was walking on sand ! 9 . Omg 😱 the sheets were dirty and I noticed that there was another set in the closet , so I removed the sheet and to my dismay and disgust I found the mattress cover, full of what looked like urine stains. Then to had insult to injury the clean sheets from the closet were not for a king bed instead for a full or queen bed. 10.the counter top was damaged and splitting in various spots. 11. The second bathroom was disgusting

Almost PERFECT

The Pelican resort was a family favorite 20 years ago. I was dissapointed due to the beach rules/rental chair for the property. I never remember there being rows and rows of beach chair rentals. I do understand the need for non-rentals to place their chairs behind the rentals, but this was excessive. The chair rentals took up most of the beach space and they were not even half used. I dont understand why tents were not permitted. We have never had this issue on any other properties. They also wouldnt allow you to sit in water with your chair. I felt like I was mislead about the washer and dryer. We are very sure to always have a room with this luxury. It stated very clearly on our listing that there was a washer and dryer. It never said shared or access to. The other issue was a little mishap with the iron. The iron was very old and ruined my shorts. I do understand that I should have been more careful, but it was frustrating. We were also told that we could check in early by calling number provided. We got there at 7am and tried to call several times and no answer. We honestly never complain and I do not want this to be a complaint. It is more of a friendly note of the things that we wished were different. It absolutely did not ruin our stay. We had a great time. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo. I hope my comment Is helpful and not considered negative. I still gave a 5 because we had an excellent time!!!

Location was great and breakfast for nice. It’s a beautiful hotel but our room smelled like smoke and the blankets were dirty with someone’s hair stuck to it. We asked to change our room and they refused.

I have really no complaints about the property. Everything was as advertised. View was gorgeous, building amenities were nice, communication with host was timely and helpful. My only gripe was the living room furniture was not the most comfortable and the apartment lacked some color. But again, it was clean, cozy and as advertised .

Mildew pee you

This is our second stay at the Pelican. Our first stay the room was clean and well maintained. This most recent stay the room smelled like mildew, not as clean as our first stay and the appearance was banged up. Huge repair patches in the bathroom and nail pops in the hallway. This unit was advertised as recently remodeled. The grounds was well kept and both pools and hot tubs very clean.

Fantastic View & Beach Location

Was an amazing place to stay! I gave the check-in process 4 stars only because of 4 elevators, only 2 were working on the day of check-in, which made it a mad-house on the ground floor (not super impactful but it was a bit of a challenge). Also, I gave the location of the condo 4 stars only because there was no traffic control so exiting the resort was a nightmare when traffic was heavy (which was about 9am to 6pm ish). Other than that, the location and condo were fantastic!! The beach location was amazing and the condo itself was very comfortable and fit the 5 of us just perfect! We were glad to have a full-size refrigerator and full kitchen! The beds were comfortable though making room for our luggage was a bit of a Tetris game, mostly because we had our own portable crib to contend with! We would definitely stay here again.

The view in this condo is fantastic! The beach is absolutely beautiful! Overall we would stay here again. I would pack extra towels and shampoo next time, we had to make a quick run for things like that. Reminder that it's not the resort but someone's rental property. Great living room area and kitchen! Three pools on property and the beach so plenty of outdoor time here.
