Une promenade rapide de Forest Beach vous mènera à cette élégante villa de 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains, située au premier étage du complexe Island House. Cette villa aux couleurs vives et immaculée ne manquera pas de rendre vos vacances uniques.



Le hall d'entrée est au rez-de-chaussée. En entrant dans la villa, vous serez accueilli par une salle à manger chic pouvant accueillir six personnes et par une salle familiale reposante décorée dans les tons bleus, gris et crème. Le plan d'étage mignon et ouvert est idéal pour profiter de la compagnie des autres à la fin d'une longue journée sur la plage ou sur le terrain de golf. La chambre familiale est équipée d'un canapé-lit et de deux fauteuils, ainsi que d'un téléviseur à écran plat 55 pouces pour votre plus grand plaisir. Les portes coulissantes en verre mènent à un patio assez arrière.


La cuisine impeccable de style galère est juste autour du coin. Avec tous les nouveaux appareils, la cuisine a été soigneusement équipée pour répondre aux besoins des cuisiniers les plus exigeants. Situé dans une alcôve juste à côté de la cuisine est une laveuse / sécheuse pour vos besoins de blanchisserie.



La chambre principale comprend un lit queen-size, un bureau intégré, des fenêtres ensoleillées et une salle de bain privée avec une grande baignoire / douche. Au bout du couloir, vous trouverez la salle de bains pour invités avec une combinaison de baignoire douche et la deuxième chambre à coucher avec deux lits jumeaux et un espace de rangement très grand.



La piscine du complexe est située juste en face du parking avant le Courtside Villas.



Forest Beach s'étend le long de l'océan Atlantique entre les chantiers navals et les plantations de Sea Pines, à quelques minutes de la plage. Les pistes cyclables sur les plages nord et sud de Forest Beach finissent par attirer celui de Coligny Plaza, plaque tournante de la région de Forest Beach. Tout en rivalisant avec la beauté naturelle et l'attrait de la plage, la place offre une variété de boutiques, de restaurants et de divertissements amusants pour toute la famille.

Great place to stay. Very close to Coligny plaza and the beach. Walked to the beach every day. Condo was clean and had everything needed for our stay. Would stay here again in the future

Cozy condo

This condo was extremely clean and very well appointed. Location is perfect! Condo provides for all your needs and has lots of updated features. Definitely recommend!

Great pool

Great stay...place was cute, clean and close to restaurants and beach. The pool was awesome! The front door deadbolt lock wasn't working and needs to be fixed but overall I would rent again.

This was a clean unit with very comfortable beds. We didn't have enough soap but that was the only issue. One of slats for the blinds was down and in the closet but it was not a problem.

Property has the potential to be very nice, and was, but needs maintenance, updates, and a good cleaning. A few necessities were missing, such as, kitchen trash bags, clean dish towels, paper towels, and dish & laundry soap. Also very limited hand soap and shampoo/conditioners provided. There were no trash bags for the bathroom trash cans.

Great location, great stay, bring your stuff

The apartment is exactly as advertised. We asked to check in 2 hours earlier and had no problems. Everything worked well in the apartment and we enjoyed having the backyard to walk the dog. There were no blankets and took them a day or two to deliver. Location is great, close to the beach we could bring the kids and dog back if needed. Enjoyed biking around the area. Cleaning-wise it was ok, you could see the floor was somewhat dirty. There was not a lot of assortments in the kitchen, so we had to buy from oil to butter to sweetener to soap. I know this is not their job, it’s just nice to find some things to avoid having to buy a complete grocery list that you will only use for a couple of days. Overall the place is great, I’d recommend it

Thank you for this review Marcella! I apologize greatly for the delay in getting blankets to you immediately as we had been short handed that day. I understand that it is not a fault of yours and we will do better at addressing these issues in a timely manner. Had we known about the cleanliness, we would have dispatched the housekeepers to rectify that! Lastly, I will work with the property care team to see how we can improve with our amenity offerings. Typically we stock enough soap and such to start your stay but the rest would be on the guest. That is expressed at the time of booking and again in our terms and conditions contract to eliminate confusion. I will see how we can improve that as well. We hope to have you back again soon!

Perfect location to Coligny Plaza

Our first time in Hilton Head and we enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and it was great to bring our dog. There’s a small patio in the back for easy access to take her out. It’s about 2-3 blocks from the beach. You can actually access the beach closer than going all the way to Coligny beach. Bike paths make life much easier and we hardly used our car. Condo was very comfortable. Had a few small issues but I Informed the rental agency and hopefully repairs will be made before the next guests arrived. All in all a lovely time and we would definitely return to this rental.

Very nice!

Great clean property in nice neighborhood - quick easy walk to the beach. This is a lovely property and most folks will give it 5 stars. The only minor thing is…. It’s a ground floor property and the lock for the sliding patio door out back is not adequate. Crime of any kind on Hilton Head is very low and it’s a minor gripe. But if you are security minded you will notice it.

Great taste in decorating condo

The condo has high end appliances, kitchen ware, linens etc. Condo was very clean. Lock did not work on day 3, called and within minutes we had a new code. Very quiet except for people playing tennis outside the window.

Updated property and fantastic property management company!

We really enjoyed our week in Island House 147. While the complex is older, it is well maintained. The grounds were landscaped well and the pool was clean. There is beach access between Seaside Villas 1 and 2 that isn't nearly as crowded as the public beach access at Coligny. You can walk to the beach or the grocery (Bi Lo) in 5 minutes which was so nice! The rental agency that manages the property, Sunset Rentals, was extremely accommodating and thorough. They also had someone come through and double check the cleaning and that everything was in working order (we arrived prior to check-in so we met Ms. Jolley in person and she was lovely). She found that the cable box was dead and had maintenance over to look at it, then scheduled the cable company to come swap out the box first thing on Monday. We rented bikes and there were bike racks available on-site, as well as a grill and picnic table. We also appreciated that this unit is pet friendly. There was plenty of grassy areas to walk our dog. Our only suggestion is for a kitchen inventory to be completed. We were missing a can opener and mixing bowl and the non-stick pan is warped and appears to be scratching the stove cook top surface. The silverware, cups and dishes were top notch-- coffee pot and toaster, too.
