The condo was clean and perfect for what we needed. Ocean was about a 5 min walk. Condo was 15 min drive from downtown St Augustine. The pool was fabulous.

We loved how clean everything was! The kitchen has just about everything you need to cook. There are lots of food and coffee options in the area. We also really appreciated that it was very pet friendly. The property has plenty of area's to walk your dog and multiple clean up stations. The beach boardwalk was nice and has a handheld sprayer to rinse sand off(worked well for our dog). We would definitely stay again.

The place was spotless and as advertised. We enjoyed our afternoons on the spacious, sunny, balcony. Nice to be able to walk to the beach from the condo and the beach was beautiful. Todd was very accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Our host, Todd, was very welcoming and was available for any questions or concerns. The condo was exactly as described. It provided everything we needed for our short stay on our way south. Nice stay!

Great place to stay. It’s very close to the beach (a few minutes of a walk) and around a 10 min drive to the heart of downtown. I’d definitely stay again.

The property was clean, well-stocked, and in a perfect location! Communication with the host was exceptional. Right near the beach and convenient to St. Augustine. Highly recommend this hidden gem of a property.

Family weekend getaway

Pat's place was perfect for our stay. We wanted something relaxing with easy access to the beach, but not too far away from restaurants and local activities. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing getaway!

The perfect place for a quick getaway or longer vacation. We had an extended weekend to celebrate our Anniversary and it was amazing. The condo was everyrhing we expected and needed, The host was incredible! We brought our service dog and he lives it too!! And
