PrÚs de Belmont Park, centres d'activités de sports nautiques Mission Bay, et à une courte hop à Sea World et le célÚbre zoo de San Diego.

The property has a great location and tons of amenities for a comfortable stay - you only need to bring yourself, your clothes, and food and drink. Everything else you need for your stay is supplied amply.

Perfect beach house for a family. I brought my 4 kids, ages 5-9. We were a few minutes' walk from everything. Easy walk to Starbucks each morning. My favorite part was sitting with the windows open, watching the waves at night.

We had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect, right on the beach and nearby several shops and restaurants and Belmont Park. We loved the decor and it was very clean. The owners provide beach chairs and umbrellas. We loved every minute.

Best Location Ever!

Amazing view and location. Was able to see every sunset! With a 6 year old it's really nice to be close to the beach and Bellmount park. Had everything we needed.

We had a fabulous time! This was an amazing location and our family (me, my husband and 3 children, 14, 18 & 19) had a great time. You could not ask for a better view and location. We would love to come back again!

Perfect place to relax and enjoy the beach

This unit is perfect for 6 to 7 people. Great living space and fully stocked kitchen. Really enjoyed cooking and spending time with my family while hearing the waves along the shore. Great location right by bike and walking path but far away from nosier section a few blocks down. I had a minor issue with the internet which the owner fixed immediately - very responsive. Totally recommend this place!

Fabulous location. Great view for sunset, and people watching. Well furnished, and comfortable.

Well equipped kitchen, and home. Ground level patio, nice. Beach chairs, and children's beach toys. Private balcony in rear with ample space. Linens and towels aplenty. One car garage was convenient. Easy walk to local attractions. Easy access, and drive, to San Diego's more famous attractions. Supermarket two miles north on Mission Blvd. Best recommendation we can give is that we would, and hopefully will, stay here in a future visit.

Cleanliness

I’m not sure what the cleaning fee is for because this house has not been dusted in a long time. We turned the fans on and had to turn them back off due to all the dust they were blowing everywhere. Opening and shutting curtains did the same thing. Dust bunnies everywhere it was terrible. I should get my cleaning fee back because I did not get a clean place to stay.

Overall simply pleasant and amazing location

Overall this place is a great little getaway, there are only a few things i'll note below that could make the stay better. The great things: The location, wow! Easy beach access and just in the perfect part of the beach. The house is quiet, and felt very safe. Plenty of hot water, and we loved the heat lamps in the bath rooms. Wifi, fun games, beach chairs and umbrella were so nice to have. Lots of towels. Cute little quaint old beach house. We are pretty picky people and found ourselves sad to leave. Somethings to note: There is no AC, I wouldn't want to stay here in the summer, it was hot in October, the fans are all pretty crappy and didn't provide enough airflow. The mattresses are not comfortable. They really should invest in new mattresses, they were awful. I recommend wearing socks, the carpets could really use some cleaning. They don't wash the blankets or bed spreads...that to me was a big no no for the world we live in now. The lighting is quite dark, they should hire an electrician and update the lighting. Thank you for opening your home to us. It changed how we feel about Mission Beach and we plan to keep coming every October!

Mission Beach

We booked less than 1 day before for 3 days. Listing did not mentioned anywhere that parking is only for small car and to get to the house it has steep stairs. After the owner excepted instructions stated the steep stairs but no mention about parking limitation. The street the house was had open trench. We had Subarban and connected with owner upon arrival. She did acknowledge that it will not fix in the garage and we should find parking on the street. House had smell on being stale and main bedroom pillows had dead spider and bugs and bedsheet was stained. Once we parked the car on the street, I fell on uneven road and hit my head hard on the concrete as well as my knees and hand. I had hard time climbing the stairs. I informed the owner about the house and my condition and informed her that we will be checking out to go home as I cannot stay there. I requested to get reimbursed for 2 days that we left earlier but did not heard back at all. We would not have booked this place if we were made aware of steep stairs and parking situation as well as the road condition of open trench. How should have cleaned before renting out.

Nostalgia

The place was great, the location is fantastic. It brought me right back to growing up in Mission & Pacific Beach in the eighties with all the wooden beach homes and the great smells of wood and salt, similar to the smells of the Hotel Del Coronado.
