Des vacances parfaites, évadez-vous! Ce condo de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain possède un balcon privé avec un escalier en colimaçon. Le salon et la chambre principale s'ouvrent tous deux sur le balcon et offrent une vue sur le golfe du Mexique. La chambre principale a un lit King size avec un ventilateur de plafond, une télévision et une salle de bain attenante. La salle de bain principale a une douche de plain-pied. La deuxième chambre a un lit double et un lit jumeau avec un ventilateur de plafond et une télévision. La troisième chambre a un lit Queen. Il y a une salle de bain complète avec baignoire et douche dans le couloir. La cuisine de grande taille a également un micro-ondes et un lave-vaisselle. Great Stay on the Gulf!

Easy access parking along with a super short distance to the pool and Gulf! Plenty of restaurants nearby created a great stay!

Great Location

We go to IRB every year and this is probably the best place we’ve stayed so far location wise. It was exactly as described and the property management group made everything so easy. It could use a little bit of an update and a little more kitchen utensils but we were very comfortable.

Nice property

We had a great week at this property. Carpet needs updating. 2nd and 3rd Bedrooms need better lighting. Everything else wonderful!

Beautiful beach

We enjoyed our stay. The reservation process was great as well as check in/out. The condo itself was decent and the location is great. The heated pool is really nice. The bedroom carpets are not great. The kitchen is nice, but stocked very basic (especially if you like to cook). The patio furniture is rusty and so we didn’t enjoy using that space.

Love Sand castle north The condo was nice. But beds could be replaced. Also would have like to have beach towels there for our use. First time I have ever stayed that beach towel weren't available for guest use. Also the pool could be cleaned more often. But nice over all.

Beautiful and convenient spot!

My family and I had a wonderful time at your property. It was beautiful, comfortable, and I personally loved the easy access to the condo via the spiral stairs. There’s a convenience store across the street and it’s just a short trip to Johns Pass. The only mishap was when we got yelled at to move our car when they needed to power wash the parking garage. They were unnecessarily rude. The only other suggestion is a few more pots and pans. Everything else was excellent. Thank you for letting us vacation here - we had a memorable time and would definitely return.

Condo was perfect!!!

Location and ease of beach access were top notch. Checkin time listed was not accurate. It was advertised as a 3pm check in time when it was actually a 4pm checkin. Also, our condo was never “inspected” after cleaning as the front desk promised. This resulted in only a few rolls of toilet paper for the entire condo and zero trash bags provided in the kitchen. But overall the rooms were fantastic and we had a great time.

Amazing location & view

We had a great week in IRB & this condo was plenty room for our family of 7. The view was beautiful, very close to the beach & the break was pretty uncrowded! Our family eats breakfast & lunch in the condo & we thought it could have used more utensils, measuring cups & pots as well as plastic plates & glasses instead of the very fragile plates that are there. It could use a cosmetic update but still is very functional. The front guest bed is not very comfortable & I would recommend bringing a small tabletop fan if you are hot natured. There was plenty of seating for both dining & relaxing & plenty of sand/beach/pool toys & floats. We would definitely rexxomwmd this condo!

Great Location

Wonderful location. Elevator was in need of repair. It only was needed for us upon arrival with our luggage. Otherwise, we just used the stairs. However, if someone needed to rely solely on the elevator it would be a nuisance for them. Condo could use updating especially in the bedrooms. Carpet and tile in bathrooms was very worn. Faucets need some attention too. Overall, I would recommend it to others.

Great location for restaurants, beach, pool, hot tub, and shops! Condo needs updated.

First time to visit IRB. My family loved the area and all it has to offer. The local police stopped us While walking to get ice cream and gave my granddaughter a teddy bear! Very nice area!

Beautiful location

The building is small enough to still have peaceful days, but you have the beach and pool right there. Check-in was very simple. The master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced and the kitchen could be supplied more. I would definitely stay again.

Sand castle

The property was great overall had direct beach access an view from our room. Our room was a little out dated like carpet in the bedroom right off the patio not good when your right on the beach.
