We thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas break stay. The condo was just as stated. We spent a lot of our time watching the golfers tee off form the back patio. Mornings were spent on the front patio in the sunshine. The neighborhood was perfect for walking. Plenty of pools to enjoy. Can't wait to go back.

This unit is very, very comfortable. The host is responsive. The furniture is great to lounge around in, the kitchen is well stocked, and the mattresses are very comfortable. The neighborhood is lovely and great for walking. Be aware that the unit is on the golf course and mowing/green maintenance starts at 5AM on weekdays. The front bedroom is noisy.

Family Vacation

Great place for a family of 4 with 2 young kids. Close to the Zoo and shops of palm desert. Property was located very close to the pool and had a great back patio on the 11th hole tee box. Great for morning coffee or after dinner drinks.The property owner was great and very helpful.

Excellent accommodations.

Great location. We had everything we needed. The condo was very well equipped. Nothing was missing. Tim promptly answered our calls. We had a problem with television controls, we called Tim , he always answers promptly. He gave us instructions by phone and everything worked well. We enjoyed very much the grapefruits fresh from the tree next door. Unfortunately no such a thing after returning home. Luis Wainstein

Tim was the most responsive owner i have worked with and his interest in having you enjoy the stay was off the charts. the only appointment was the lack of morning sun. Tim said he was thinking about extending the patio which would be great.

This is the cleanest and most well equipped short term rental we've ever stayed in, period. Tidiness rivals a Ritz Carlton. The condo is outfitted with high end appliances and all the conveniences you need for a relaxing stay. Tim is also incredibly organized and responsive. Looking forward to staying here again.

What a wonderful experience

Whenever we needed the help of the owner, he was there for us. The view was great and the neighbors were very friendly. There was enough supplies to get Us thru the first few days until we settled in. Everyone was very helpful. Would definitely go back!

The property is as advertised. Beautiful views overlooking the valley. House was extremely clean and the printed instructions were very helpful. But the owner was what made the stay. More than accommodating, very understanding and communicated throughout the stay to help us if needed. If you are in the area I would highly recommend this location.
