Emplacement parfait / Total Reno - Fantastique vue plein sud sur les montagnes

Ce condo entièrement rénové et décoré avec goût dans le désert offre une expérience merveilleuse dans une maison chaleureuse et accueillante loin de la maison pouvant accueillir 6 personnes. Cette unité d'extrémité calme a une vue spectaculaire sur le parcours de golf et les palmiers avec les montagnes offrant une superbe toile de fond. Cette maison comprend une nouvelle cuisine et salles de bains avec des comptoirs en granit, de nouveaux planchers de tuiles et des tapis à poils longs dans les chambres.

La cuisine bien équipée avec une grande fenêtre donnant sur le parcours de golf est équipée d'appareils en acier inoxydable, y compris une cuisinière à gaz, un gaufrier, un grille-pain, un broyeur pour vos haricots Starbucks et un mélangeur pour faire votre boisson préférée. Détendez-vous sur la terrasse arrière après avoir fait un barbecue sur le barbecue Weber et profitez de la vue imprenable sur les palmiers et les montagnes en arrière-plan. Le patio a une magnifique exposition sud donnant sur le 6ème trou du parcours est. La piscine et le bain à remous sont à quelques pas de la porte.

Profitez de regarder un film sur le grand téléviseur HD à écran plat mural situé juste au-dessus de la cheminée tout en étant confortablement assis sur d'élégants canapés en cuir crème dans le salon.

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size incroyablement confortable et d'une télévision à écran plat. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen, et la tanière agit comme une troisième chambre avec une télévision à écran plat et un canapé-lit queen avec un surmatelas en mousse à mémoire pour plus de confort. Le salon, la cuisine et toutes les chambres ont des ventilateurs de plafond.

Grâce à l'excellent emplacement central du Monterey Country Club, tous vos magasins et restaurants préférés sont à une courte distance en voiture, y compris le célèbre El Paseo pour une expérience de magasinage suprême. La célèbre foire du week-end de College of the Desert à Monterey n'est qu'à quelques pâtés de maisons de la route - une expérience à ne pas manquer. L'aéroport de Palm Springs est à seulement 25 minutes en voiture, tout comme la foire de rue du jeudi soir à Palm Springs - une extravagance amusante qui vaut le détour.

We really enjoyed staying at the condo. Lori was a fabulous host. whenever I had a question, she gave an immediate response. The location of Monterey CC in the valley is a big plus, close to everything. Everything worked the way it was supposed to, the BBQ was great and connected to the gas line of the home. The fire pit was easy to operate. The awning on the patio was a nice feature too. It was great to get up every morning and have coffee on the patio as the golfers passed by. Great place to stay.

Beautiful condo & location

We had a wonderful & very peaceful stay & absolutely loved everything about this well maintained and nicely decorated condo. The beds & sofas were so very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking & entertaining. We can’t think of anything we needed that wasn’t already provided. The view of golf course from the patio, living area & kitchen is beautiful and gated community is very quiet & friendly. We liked that this condo is close to shopping & centrally located to just about everywhere we wanted to go in & around the greater desert community. Everything worked perfectly . No problems. We would definitely recommend this place to friends & would stay here again. Thank you Lori for renting out your place for others… like us.. to enjoy!

Beautiful condo

It doesn't get better than this. Beautifully appointed and so comfortable at the same time, plus the views from the patio are spectacular. We want to come back again but next time stay for at least a month or two. It has everything you could possibly need and Lori was such a pleasure to work with.

Perfect setting

Lori’s home is in a perfect setting. Overlooking the fairway with the mountain vistas in the background was spectacular. The home was well equipped, comfortable with all the amenities of home. Lori was easily accessible and very accommodating. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Lovely property and wonderful host

Lori was SO accommodating in every regard. She communicated with us promptly before and during our stay. The property is beautiful and well kept with a stocked kitchen, decent pots and pans and all the dishes and service items you need. They have ample towels and pool towels. Beds are comfy, even the pull out sofa. They have nice “extras” such as a sink in the garage with gadgets to clean your golf clubs, a golf bag stand, two bikes to cruise around on, etc. The location was great, close to 2 community pools/hottubs, tennis courts and located behind a bunker on the golf course for viewing enjoyment. The backyard faces south, so you can enjoy the patio any time of day.

Ideal Palm Desert location

Airy, bright interior with tasteful decor. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and then some! Immaculate and everything in good working condition. Wonderful stay in Palm Desert.

Great view of the Palms lining the golf course with the mountains as a back drop. Condo was very comfortable. Our month just flew by. Owners were very responsive when minor problem with hot water heater developed. One of our favorite stays in the desert. Always a sad day when we pull out of the drive way to head home.

Fabulous Two Months

It was a pleasant surprise to rent a property on VRBO that actually was as good as it was advertised. The condo was beautifully furnished, updated, and well maintained. The kitchen was especially well thought out with pretty well everything a cook could want. The morning views of the golf course, the blue skies and the mountains are to die for. Lori and Murray, the owners, were always available by email/phone to answer any questions we had. They were a delight to deal with. The Monterey Golf and Country Club is beautifully maintained by an army of gardeners who seem to be planting flowers and shrubs continually. Lunch at the clubhouse is a fabulous deal and sitting on the patio is heaven (except for the smokers who for some reason are still allowed there). Tuesday night, Fiesta Night, is fun with drinks and nibbles for about $3 each. The condo is central to Palm Desert and the Coachella Valley. Nothing is more than a couple of miles away. We will definitely look at coming back again to Lori's and Murray's place for another long stay next time we go to the desert.

Owning a home in Palm Desert has been a dream of ours for many years and we are thrilled to now be a part of Monterey Country Club. The 24 hr. security staff at the gate are always there with a wave and a smile and provide a welcomed sense of safety. We look forward to many years at our condo and look forward to sharing it with others.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We chose this location because we had stayed at a condo in Monterey Country Club previously and thoroughly enjoyed the view and the beautiful surroundings. We wanted a central location in the valley that gave us close proximity to everything the desert has to offer. The location of our condo in Monterey a Country Club is far enough away from the main drag of Monterey that there is no sound of traffic whatsoever.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Nothing equals the relaxing experience of lounging on the patio watching golfers go by, with a gorgeous view of palm trees and mountains in the background! We wanted an end unit which provides more daylight & windows as well as privacy. We also wanted to be south facing to give us the best view & sun.
