Hodnett Cooper est heureux de présenter ce condominium de deux chambres et deux salles de bain situé au St. Simons Beach Club - la plus grande communauté de condominiums en bord de mer sur l'ßle.

Les jardins superbement amĂ©nagĂ©s sont ornĂ©s de chĂȘnes majestueux, de la vĂ©gĂ©tation luxuriante ornant la cour et d’un grand gazon en front de mer.

Au coeur de la rue Au Simons Beach Club, vous trouverez une grande piscine en front de mer, un bassin séparé pour les enfants et deux bains à remous isolés. Les équipements supplémentaires incluent un accÚs direct à la plage, des barbecues, un court de tennis, un centre de remise en forme et un centre d'affaires.

Toutes les résidences du Beach Club comprennent une cuisine entiÚrement équipée, un balcon privé et un salon / salle à manger combiné.

The apartment was spacious. We were ON the beach. Partial ocean view. It was clean and had everything we needed except enough beach towels. Bring your own. Two beach chairs. Nice pool. Walkable to nearby restaurants, and 1.5 miles from the pier and downtown area.

Our favorite condo at the Beach Club in 20+ years. Owner has done a great job with decor, updates, and cleanliness. We would ask for this one every time.

Wish we could have stayed longer!

We had the best time! Comfortable beds, clean and exactly as described. Rental company was very easy to work with - emails with check in and check out details were received without having to ask. Easy walk to the beach. We will be back for sure!

Fun stay at the Beach Club

The Condo is in a great location of resturants and of course the beach and pool. It could have been cleaner. We wiped down the surfaces again when we arrived. The kitchen was a little smaller than we thought but everything worked fine. New microwave, stove and washer dryer were nice. The parking was tight but never had a problem finding a spot and the place was nearly full.

Nice place for short beach trip

Overall we enjoyed our stay. We booked a long weekend girls trip and had a great time. Unfortunately we discovered the washing machine had broken and we relayed this to the manager. Very clean, had most everything needed for cooking in the kitchen. The Keurig is missing a piece but still functional. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable but the twins and king were nice. Parking is very tight down below and if you have a bigger car you may need to park in outside of the garage.

Perfect Condo for our Family

We thought the condo was nicely stocked and very clean. Very easy to arrive and leave! Easy access to the beach, nice pool area. Codes make it easy to get in and out while keeping area secure.

Overall it was nice didn’t expect to be staying on the 4th floor. The parking garage was much to small for a huge SUV.

Nice, clean condo in a great location

The beach club is our favorite property to stay on when we visit St. Simons yearly. This unit was well decorated in a beachy theme and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and necessary cooking items. The one issue I had was the ice maker was not working but it was not a huge deal as I just purchased a bag of ice at the grocery store. Loved the view from this condo as well to sit on the balcony at night with a glass of wine.

Family get away for a few days

We had a great experience staying at this condo. It was very accessible to the beach and there is always plenty of beach right in front of the complex. The condo has a very beach feel and the pictures are certainly indicative of how it looks. Very clean and certainly enough room for our family of 5. Check in/out process was excellent.

Great Location, Gorgeous Decor, Fair Amenities

The Good: Excellent property management--communication, availability, follow-through; All gate and door codes worked perfectly; Amazing Decor; Good Location; Comfortable for 4 people The Less-Than-Good: Entire condo was surface clean--there hadn't been a deep cleaning, or an upholstery cleaning in a long, long time; Amenities included a few bars of soap, one small package of laundry detergent--no shampoo, lotion or other bathroom niceties (first time I didn't get a "starter" basket in a home share rental), and no coffee pods, water bottles or granola bars Things You Should Know: If condo is even half full, you will experience some angst over parking, as well as significant noise. Because of the orientation of the windows, many other guests/residents will be looking in your window; Water is under pressure and has an unpleasant taste--You will want to bring bottled water; There is only one card game available and no board games; You will be requested to gather all linens into one area and start dishwasher before leaving (this is in addition to the cleaning fee). Will go to St. Simon's again, but will stay closer to Mallory Street, which isn't really within walking distance from this location.

Much needed escape

Thank you so much!! This was the perfect St. Simons getaway. The property is beautiful and the accommodations were just right. We would be glad to return to this location on our next visit.
