We had a wonderful stay at Dillon Beach. The beach house was clean, the ocean view was great, and it was an easy walk to the beach. Our host, Linda, was welcoming.

It was very difficult to get the key out of the lockbox & put it back in. The house was clean but the table was sticky, even the placemats were stuck to it. It's a beautiful view from upstairs.

We were surprised by your review, as you did not mention any concerns during your one-night stay at the rental. The lockbox is a standard model: after entering the code, you simply pull the front of the lockbox toward you to open it. We’re sorry you found the table sticky. The sunlight coming through the windows and shades can sometimes cause the placemats to stick slightly to the table surface. We hope you otherwise enjoyed your stay at the property and appreciate your feedback.

Great Stay and Location

The house was very clean and easy to get to. The location worked great for us because we had family camping at Dillon's beach, but we did not want to camp. This allowed us to be close enough for all the fun but had all the convenience of a home.

The rental was clean, well-equipped and a short walk to the beach. Also, it has an ocean view out the dining room window. Having said that, the view was somewhat compromised by a telephone pole and lines. This was erased in the photo in the available photos of the property.
