Cette location de vacances est sur le programme de location depuis un certain nombre d'années, nous avons changé le nom de la maison en Ocean Aria; Deux étages, deux chambres, une salle de bain et demi et un bain à remous dans la cour arrière. La maison a une vue sur l'océan Pacifique depuis le dernier étage. Le dernier étage a le salon / salle à manger / terrasse et coin cuisine. L'étage inférieur abrite les chambres et les salles de bains. Patio privé dans la cour arrière avec bain à remous. La maison est située à deux pâtés de maisons de l'entrée de la plage de Dillon. La maison est décorée avec un thème côtier partout. Stationnement hors rue devant la maison pour deux véhicules de taille moyenne.

Excellent location. Great home. We had a bit of trouble with the shower not having enough pressure and it was low. We are y'all people 5'o-6'4 and the queen bed was small and felt a little rickety. But it was a very clean home with lovely views which we loved.

Cannot say enough about how kind Linda was regarding check-in. House was super clean with many games and TV’s to keep you entertained. View of the ocean slightly obstructed by other houses and wiring but sitting on either deck reading a book was great. Only problem we had was the fire alarm went off each time we cooked but remedied that by opening all the windows upstairs.

We were surprised by this review, as no concerns were communicated to us during your stay. Had any issues been brought to our attention, we would have addressed them immediately. Regarding the claim of dog hair on the bed, we complete a walkthrough prior to every guest arrival and did not observe dog hair on any of the beds before check-in. After your departure, dog hair was found on a bed, and since a pet accompanied your stay, it is reasonable to conclude that this occurred during your visit. We have never previously received a complaint regarding noise at this property and are unclear as to what noise is being referenced. We stand by our cleaning and inspection procedures and encourage guests to report any concerns during their stay so they can be promptly addressed.

This was our first stay at Dillon beach and we couldn’t have been happier staying at this beautiful location. The home is nice and cozy with all the amenities, and the host was kind enough to include disposable cookware for our use for thanksgiving. The village and store were wonderful, everyone was so friendly! We will definitely be back.

It was a short walk to the beach. The beach house was very clean & had all the comforts for a great stay. We experienced a beautiful sunset from the Balcony. Folks don’t hesitate to book. We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at short walk to the beach. The property is well set up for family and furry friends alike. The property was clean and well equipped. It has a lovely view of the ocean and we enjoyed cocktails and watching the sunset from the balcony. It really is a short walk to the beach. We also enjoyed the hot tub, which is a bonus. Linda was great to communicate with and was very accommodating! We will definitely stay here again !

We had a lovely few days at Dillon Beach! The house is small but fit our party well (2 adults and 2 kids). It was also great to be able to bring our pup along. I appreciated having a washer/dryer and the hot tub was a nice bonus!It’s a pretty short walk down to the store and the beach (though a bit steep for anyone with mobility issues).The host was easy to get in touch with and even let us check in a little early. Thanks for a great stay!
