It was comfortable to sleep, but the ants were terrible and prevented us from using the kitchen fully. They were in the microwave, coffee pot and the refrigerator. We were told the ants were bad in other properties too.

We did check our records and did not find any calls or messages regarding this concern while you were at the property. Had we been notified, we would have been more than happy to come by promptly to address the issue, clean the affected area, and place ant traps as needed. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced and appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can continue to improve the guest experience.

Perfect little getaway

The location is perfect and only like a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. The porch is nice to relax on and you get to see the ocean in the distance. The kitchen is well stocked and the king bed is probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on!

The house was not clean. There was left over garbage in the bathroom trash receptacle. There was a bag of medications found under the dresser in the primary bedroom, along with a couple of chargers. The water filter pitcher had mold inside the area where the water enters in to the filter. It was quite disgusting. It was obvious that this house is not cleaned after guests leave. There is not a dishwasher, so you have to depend on other guests to clean the dishes, they were not as clean as they should be. There is a sticker asking to conserve water yet your guests spend their night wasting water and washing dishes. The screens on the windows and slider door are worn and have large holes, allowing insects to enter the house. It had an ocean view and a ten minute walk to the ocean.

We strongly disagree with this review. No concerns were brought to our attention at any point during your stay, which did not give us the opportunity to address anything in real time. We are unclear why you were inspecting areas such as beneath a bedroom dresser, as this is not a typical or reasonable use of the space. Additionally, the listing clearly states that this rental does not include a dishwasher, which you were aware of prior to booking. The home was professionally cleaned and properly prepared before your arrival. Notably, the property was left in poor condition upon your departure; however, we chose not to charge any additional cleaning fees. Based on these facts, we do not find this review to be an accurate reflection of the property or the experience provided.

This is the perfect cottage if you want close to the beach and have a cozy stay! It was clean and well stocked with cooking supplies and the owner/property manager was incredibly responsive and helpful. Very pleased with my interactions. This cottage is small, perfect for maybe 3 people. Best part is it isn’t right on the beach and away from the cars coming in on a busy weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend and would go back.

Friends Birthday weekend

Lovely location. View of the ocean. Short walk from the beach. Incredibly well stocked kitchen for all our cooking needs. Short drive to Dinucci's for lovely Italian dinner (make reservations). Would definitely stay here again.
