Vous ne trouverez pas une meilleure vue sur les lancements que sur le balcon de ce condo DIRECT OCEAN! Cette unitĂ© est une unitĂ© de coin nord-est avec balcon enveloppant. Le salon, la salle Ă  manger, la cuisine et la chambre principale offrent une vue sur l'ocĂ©an! Le complexe a aussi une petite piscine! Si vous recherchez un hĂ©bergement spacieux et luxueux dans un lieu pratique pour faire les magasins, faire les courses, Ron Jons, le mini-golf, etc., vous avez trouvĂ© le bon endroit! Presque tout le monde qui reste dans notre complexe devient un habituĂ©! On espĂšre que vous ferez de mĂȘme!

Really great place. Clean and updated. Worked great for our family. Only minor tweaks to note....wish there were a few more towels in the unit to start with......wish the A/C was better and the parking was a bit of a challenge other than the 1 small space in the garage. We would 100% be back though..9.5/10 overall.

This beach condo was wonderful! Check-in was a breeze. Parking under the building so convenient. A quick walk to shops/restaurants. We had so much fun. Enjoyed watching the Ocean and two rocket launches. A winner week!

Beautiful property! The unit is incredibly spacious with great amenities (pool, washer/dryer, kitchen, beach chairs, beach toys). Being in a smaller building, the beachfront was never crowded, so my family had plenty of room to spread out on the beach for fun activities. The owner was very responsive. There was an issue with the dryer, but knowing that we were heavily relying on the use of the amenity to wash/dry our clothes on a long trip, the owner was able to resolve the issue before we even arrived! Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Nice staycation

Properties is spacious, very close to beach. There are a lot of activities nearby like mini golf and restaurants which are at walkable distance. The property was nice and clean. Check-in was easy and communication was also good. There is no facility for grill which travelers should be aware if they are planning to do any grilling. Beach access was great. Our kids enjoyed the stay..

Location is perfect, home had everything we needed. The dishwasher was not doing an awesome job, may need a tuneup. Other than that, everything was great.

The condo exceeded our expectations!

Perfect spot on the beach. Watching the sunrise in the morning & the moon rise in the evening each day was breathtaking. The accessibility to the beach was made easy with a boardwalk on the property.

Perfect Spot

This was such a great spot! We got to see 4 launches during the week we were there! The place is very well spaced out and large which was great for our family. The kitchen was fairly well stocked. All the stores were within walking distance which was great. One downside is that there is very limited parking. We had our whole family so multiple cars and the guest spots weren’t always open so it was a little tricky. Overall it was amazing and we are thinking of going back next year!

Big condo! Views are great! I saw my first rocket launch from the Cape. The sonic boom caught us by surprise even though we knew it was coming. It was all easy. Great place. If I were to ask for one thing it would be a Keurig instead of Mr. Coffee😊

Beach Front View

We had a wonderful stay in this spacious clean unit. The beach front view from the balcony is amazing. The wrap around balcony a plus. I would recommend this unit.

Great view

The NE corner fourth floor condo had the best view of the beach, waves, and two rocket launches during our stay. The path to the beach (with a ramp or stairs option) allowed beach wheel chair access for one guest. Lots of space and seating for all the family. Easy access with codes to lobby and condo 401. Access and departure c Could not have gone smoother.

Great Beach Location

this is a great beach front location with an AMAZING view. We even saw a rocket launch from the deck while we were enjoying our stay in Cocoa Beach.

Only 2 issues, garbage disposal did not operate and was not repaired, and ants on carpet in front bedroom. 🙄 Kitchen, balcony, views, proximity to beach excellent! Please consider moving couch to face balcony and beach. Thank you! Anne
