This is the perfect home if you are traveling with friends, grandparents or in need of a private workspace while others are at the beach. The north end of the home features a suite with it's own outside entrance as well as a passthrough within the house. The beach is located right across the street. Walk along the sidewalk to all of Cocoa Beach downtown local favorite spots. Simply Delicious Café hosts an array of incredible pastries, Heidi's Jazz Club and so much more. The Pink House offers 3 bedrooms- 2 bathrooms, and 2 kitchens-. Extremely spacious. The master suite features a sitting area with couch, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with washer and dryer. Walking through the interior door brings you to the main side of the home. Here you will see a kitchen, dinning room table, sleeper sofa with smart TV, full bathroom and two bedrooms featuring vanities and smart tv's.

The privacy fence in the back yard allows for the little ones to play while the adults hang out on the oversized covered patio. Your group will be the only one on the property. Flashing light crosswalk to access the beach.

Perfect location

This house was a quick walk to downtown restaurants and the beach. Worked out perfect for my family and my parents to spend a week together.

Great getaway!

Very clean and comes with most everything you will need. Easy walk to the beach and several worthy restaurants of varying price points. Feels private and is quieter than I expected. We had a great time!

We had 10 days here and enjoyed our stay. Only a short walk across the road to the beach and a mile or so from Publix. Would stay again.

Excellent property, clean and in a perfect spot 1 house away from Cocoa Beach. Lots of room for us all. Would stay again...probably will as this is one of our fav. Spots in FL.

House has everything you need

It was a great stay. The quick walk to the beach was awesome. We rented bikes from Cocoa Beach Surf and that is all we ever needed. We biked to the pier but spent most of our time downtown- which was easy to walk to and we met a lot of locals who were happy to share their thoughts on what to do and when. You can see the rocket launches from the beach - we managed to see two when we were there. The area was very safe and didn't find a place we didn't like. Highly recommend!

Cocoa Beach ~ The Pink House

We had an amazing trip! The house was absolutely perfect for our group. It was spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed. The location was also ideal, the beach was right across the way. HIGHLY recommend the Pink House. We would most definitely stay again!
