SOUS NOUVELLE PROPRIÉTÉ !! DROIT SUR LA PLAGE! Vues dégagées sur des kilomètres. Sortez par la porte arrière, quittez le pont puis vous êtes immédiatement sur le sable! Très privé avec pas de voisins au sud pour environ 2 miles et vue bloquée des maisons du nord, encore à distance de marche des restaurants populaires hot spot. Rénovations continuelles. Grand téléviseur 50 pouces dans la salle familiale et téléviseurs dans les trois chambres. Superbe vue sur l'océan depuis le coin salon confortable. Deux chambres doubles et la troisième avec deux Duobunks! Deux salles de bains, une avec un passage pratique de la buanderie au couloir de la chambre. This is the home to stay in if you want to feel like you're at the beach without leaving the deck! We loved staying there and would highly recommend this home for those whose priority is proximity to the beach!

The home is right on the beach so was fantastic in that regards. The bathrooms and kitchen were very clean and the kitchen was well organized and stocked. We really enjoyed that there were actually two types of coffee machines, one for lots of coffee and one for single use. Location was very convenient to all amenities in the outer Banks. There is a Publix supermarket that was pretty close as well as many good restaurants and various coffee cafes. We loved it being on the beach as we did a lot of excellent hunting for shells, plus a lot of sand crabs which was quite amusing and we would go again when given the opportunity. This was an excellent stay and an excellent experience.

Just as advertised

Family loved our stay. Property is in a great location and clean. We brought our 2 dogs and the house was accommodating for them as well with covers on the sofas, food bowls, and gates on the deck that we appreciated.

Location is everything

Right on the beach with unmatched views of the ocean! We loved it here, especially on the back deck. It is a great place to see dolphins (and sting rays!).The recently upgraded appliances and kitchen cabinets were very nice. We really enjoyed it here and hope to return for future vacations.

Great stay! Easy-to-find property in a great location- just off the main road. Check in and out process was super easy. Multiple beds but the one we used was very comfortable. Host was very very communicative and very helpful. Property was clean. Could use a little updating but honestly not even close to a big deal. Perfect view of the sunrise and so amazing being right on the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Megan, We are so happy you enjoyed our little beach cottage. It does have a HipNautical sunrise, as well as throughout the day! And, at the end of the day, I'm happy you found the beds to be comfortable. Nothing like a good night's sleep! We worked hard on the renovations of early 2025 but ran out of time to complete it. At least we got the kitchen and both bathrooms gutted and finished as well as all new level floors!!! We are so blessed to have year-round guests! You are welcome back anytime!

Fabulous Location!

This home offers the most magnificent view and proximity to the ocean of any house that we stayed at while at the ocean. You could just sit on the deck and feel like you were at the beach!

Always an amazing stay at Hip Nautical!

This was our third stay at Hip Nautical. Perfect location, the owners are very thoughtful and do a lot of extras to make your stay wonderful. Our pups loved it too! Dog friendly, spacious and absolutely stunning views! They have a great deck on the oceanfront. We love it!

Wonderful stay

Great oceanfront property! So convenient to town, but so private! Beautiful views from spacious deck, screened in porch, or inside house. Pelicans, gulls, dolphins... sand, shells, sun! This place is the BEST!

Fall half-marathon visit

We came down for a running event. Good location, close to start and finish. Loved the big window to watch the waves and sky!

My husband, Don and I love to visit the ocean with our adult children and grandchildren, so we decided to try a VRBO home to share with others. We have two sons, five grandsons and three granddaughters. They age from 16 to 14 months. Special memories are made at the ocean, whether it is total relaxation at the oceanfront house, or exploring the surrounding areas. We hope it is the same for you.

Close proximity to the heart of Kitty Hawk which offers many restaurants and bars. Grocery shopping is less than 5 miles away as well as discounts stores.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The best part is the amazing, HipNautical VIEW! Enjoy your coffee in the morning or a relaxing drink in the evening on the new deck with phenomenal views. Eight tall dolphin watching chairs to enhance your view! Part of the deck is shaded by 1100, for those who don't want the direct sun. The south facing screen porch also has a snack area for enjoying the view. There is a sitting area under the house with sand toys for children to play during the rain or just to get out of the sun for a while. Also under the house is a shower complete with hot water and a foot rinse station.
