Maison moderne de 4 chambres entièrement rénovée du milieu du siècle au cœur de Littleton. Vélo au centre-ville de Littleton où il y a des restaurants, des boutiques pittoresques, des salons de thé, des brasseries, des studios de yoga, des salons de coiffure, un centre de loisirs et surtout un magasin de chocolat! Il est à 20 minutes du centre-ville de Denver. Vélo ou marcher sur le sentier de la Platte River jusqu'au centre-ville de Denver si vous êtes aventureux! Le sentier High Line Canal se trouve à 9 maisons. Il s'agit d'un sentier d'irrigation ombragé de 60 km pour les randonneurs, les joggeurs, les cyclistes et les cavaliers. Ça va faire vos pas! La cour est aménagée de manière professionnelle avec un foyer, des chaises Adirondack, un grand gril à gaz et un joli poirier (si c'est la saison des poires!) La maison est claire et lumineuse avec un plafond à rainures et des planchers en bois. Il possède un salon avec une cheminée à bois et une salle familiale séparée avec une télévision grand écran et le câble. La maison a une chambre principale king size, 2 chambres queen size et une chambre avec lits superposés. Il y a des vélos gratuits disponibles. Vous êtes également à seulement 8 minutes du centre commercial Aspen Grove, "le plus important village de magasins à ciel ouvert du Colorado" avec 48 magasins et restaurants, dont Apple, Panera, le Montana Grill de Ted, le cinéma Alamo et le sentier Platte River. Ce sentier longe la magnifique rivière Platte et vous conduira jusqu'au centre-ville de Denver si vous le souhaitez. Le long du sentier ou en voiture, vous êtes à seulement 8 minutes de la brasserie Breckenridge. Dîner dans leur restaurant Farmhouse ou visiter leur brasserie.

House was very nice with an open concept dining/living area with comfortable clean furniture and plenty of space for gathering. We spent 5 nights there while our son got married in Littleton. It was much more comfortable than a hotel would have been. Everyone had a great time visiting before and after the wedding, which by the way was beautiful!

We loved our stay here, and would be happy to visit again. It was such a comfortable space to come back to after sightseeing around Denver during what turned out to be a couple of hot, hot days.The kids loved the foosball table and we had fun playing the board games at the kitchen table in the evenings!The bedrooms were well furnished and really comfortable!

My family came to town for a wedding. Four adults and two small children stayed here for three nights. We had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting out in the fenced in backyard where the kids could play away from the street. My grands especially loved playing in the teepee in the playroom. We felt very safe in this neighborhood. We would stay here again.

Great neighborhood that was accessible to trails and local amenities. Very comfortable for living and sleeping and well appointed decor that reminded me of my own home. Kitchen was fantastic and the main reason we chose this house. We needed to cook our own meals. The grill just added extra cooking space that we appreciated! Found a local custard shop, Andy's that rivaled our Wisconsin custard!

Was a perfect house for us. Enough rooms to have separation when we wanted, but not so big that we couldn’t easily gather. Dining room/living room open as well as separate family room to separate. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed. Bummed it wasn’t nicer while there as the back patio would have been lovely to sit it on. The owner was easily accessible and got right back to me on my few questions/clarity I needed. Also, some great trails not more than a block away, and walkable to cafes and such if I you don’t mind a little walking. If youre planning to stay in the area, a good place for the family to stay.

Our Midcentury stay was great. Our hosts were welcoming and very accommodating to us. The home itself was well stocked with anything one might need when traveling. We were visiting during the snow storm the weekend of January 23rd and to our surprise there was a man there in the morning clearing the front porch and sidewalks. Much appreciated.

We were here Thanksgiving week 2025. Plenty of room for five adults. We used the kitchen to make some sides and desserts to bring to extended family Thanksgiving dinner.An added bonus was that a nearby neighbor had put up an elaborate Christmas display.Would definitely stay here again.

Great Weekend Stay

We stayed here to take the whole family to a Red Rocks concert in Morrison and it worked out great. The house is very clean and well appointed. We left with no complaints and would definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay at this lovely home in Littleton while moving our daughter into college. Great location, very comfortable beds, cozy outdoor space. Will definitely stay here again when we visit!

We are Karlan and Angela Tucker. We have lived in Littleton since 1991. We have raised our 3 children here of whom still currently live in the area. We have watched as downtown Littleton has changed from the local small town hardware and feed store to a great dining and shopping local. I (Angela) enjoy meeting new people and making spaces for people to enjoy themselves whether in decorating, cooking or entertaining.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

This home is convenient to so many things. We are close enough to downtown Denver so that it's a mere 20 minutes but far enough so that you get a smaller town feel close to Downtown Littleton. We are minutes away from Littleton Hospital. The highline canal is 5 houses down of which runs for miles for walking/biking. I also love the open feel to this midcentury modern home with original hardwood flooring with a vaulted tongue and groove ceiling.
