Cette nouvelle location étonnante a été soigneusement conçue et dispose d'équipements luxueux avec tout le confort d'une maison insulaire. Un espace incroyable avec des semaines de choix disponibles!

À proximité de la ville, de Steps Beach et de la piste cyclable de Cliff Road.

L'espace

Maison de six chambres, quatre et demi récemment rénovée, située dans un endroit recherché de Cliff, juste à côté de Cliff Road. Très réfléchie dans les détails et le design, cette maison coule sur trois étages. Mise à jour de l'ameublement 2019 par Nantucket Looms.

Premier étage:
Salon et salle à manger à aire ouverte comprenant une cuisine de chef entièrement équipée avec bar à petit-déjeuner et appareils électroménagers haut de gamme en acier inoxydable. Accès par vestiaire ou salle à manger au patio extérieur et à la cour privée. Salle d'eau. Chambre Queen au premier étage avec salle de bain en marbre. Porche avec chaises berçantes.

Deuxième étage:
Grande suite parentale spacieuse avec salle de bain en marbre principale avec baignoire, double vasque, douche à effet pluie et toilettes séparées. Deux chambres supplémentaires (King, 2 doubles) partageant une salle de bain double vasque avec toilettes séparées.

Troisième étage:
Chambre à l'étage ouvert avec deux lits queen.

Niveau inférieur:
Sous-sol fini avec chaleur rayonnante, air central et plafonds de 9 ½ pieds. Grand téléviseur de style «salle de cinéma» avec son surround complet dans une salle familiale spacieuse, une chambre avec lit king-size, une salle de bain en marbre et une buanderie.

Arrière-cour:
Une piscine chauffée de 12 mètres sur 24 sera terminée d'ici le printemps 2020, ainsi qu'une cuisine extérieure et un coin salon. Parfait pour se divertir et se détendre.

Wonderfully suited for 2 families with a total of 6 kids. Great outdoor areas to spend time and enjoy the island weather. Location is not too far from town and an easy walk or bike ride. Would recommend this great home.

House is in a great location. Walk to town in 15 mins. Walk to Steps Beach in 10 min. The house was clean and nicely renovated. The only downside was the top bedroom is not private, it is loft style and access to bathroom is downstairs. Area carpets need cleaning, fire pit and pool cover did not work. Bikes were rusty and not safe to ride. However, all in all we had a great time in the house. Nantucket does not disappoint!

Thank you for your feedback and for noting the home’s great location, cleanliness, and renovations. We’re glad you enjoyed your time in Nantucket! We did want to clarify a few points for future guests: Firepit: The firepit is fully functional, but it requires a simple ignition process. Unfortunately, we were not contacted during your stay, otherwise we would have been happy to walk you through how to use it and directions are also in the home guide available in the house and on-line with VRBO. Rugs: The area rugs in both the main floor living room and basement are brand new this season. A deep cleaning is done annually at the end of the season on all the rugs as we are not able to deep clean the rugs in the peak season. Third Floor: Our listing specifies that the third-floor loft is an open bedroom space. It does not note a bathroom on that floor, as the bathroom is located downstairs as indicated in the listing. Pool Cover & Bikes: The pool cover unfortunately had the motor break the week before your stay (thankfully in the open position enabling you to use the pool) and we kept the pool heated above normal to ensure that the lack of a cover did not impact your stay. We are waiting for the replacement part. As for the bikes, we appreciate you pointing out the condition of the bikes and will remove them from the property and listing as it sounds like the salt air has gotten the best of them. We truly value your stay and are happy to hear you had a great time overall

Gorgeous house, clean, plenty of room for all, family fun bike riding, appreciated the natural/organic bath products, pool was a huge hit with the kids every day, a couple dinners on the grill—I could go on...just wonderful!

Beautiful House, Perfect Location

We loved this house! A short walk to town or the beach and everything in the house was clean and new. We can't wait to come back and stay longer next time! Our only issue was that the gas fire pit never worked.

Enjoyed the stay and the house was perfect. Highly recommend this property. Nice pool with an automatic cover for safety. The house was clean and well prepared for guests. Incredible Host and Home

Pictures do not do this home justice! We came for a friends wedding and the home was spectacular. We had some unfortunate delays and issues getting to the island due to weather and Damian was extremely responsive and helpful in making it less stressful for us! Although we live in Texas, we often come to Nantucket and will definitely stay here again! The house had everything we needed (plus more!) to make it feel like we were right at home.

Family and Friends Vacation

This property was spectacular! The house was immaculate and very nicely decorated. We really enjoyed the multiple levels of bedrooms as this allowed privacy for each family. The pool was very nice and convenient. We also enjoyed the automatic pool safety cover, which made us feel very safe with little ones running around. The kitchen was amazing and had every cooking item we could have possibly needed. The outdoor fire pit was perfect for roasting s'mores and staying warm on cool nights. We truly had a wonderful experience and would certainly book with Damian again in the future.

Terrific Stay & Beautiful Home!

We just spent 5 lovely days at Damian's home and it was simply put, wonderful! Below is a brief summary of our experience with this home as it was truly a perfect option for our multigenerational family group. Location: Easy walk (10 mins) to Jettie's or Steps Beaches. Great walk into town (18-20 mins). We walked nearly everywhere and it was a perfect jumping off point for everything House: Truly exceeded our expectations and everyone was very comfortable, kids included! We rented a crib for our 1 year old via Nantucket Baby and it worked out seamlessly with the house dropoff/pickup. The beds were very comfortable, furnishings were lovely and clearly there was alot of thought put into the renovation of this home. The storage and space has been maximized in every room! The bathrooms are beautiful and we appreciated the products that were supplied. The house is very well stocked from spices/coffee filters/cookware to hairdryers to towels for the beach and other items that may be challenging to bring with you via plane. We had one minor issue with the AC and the owners were beyond accommodating and were on the issue immediately. The responsiveness from Damian and his team is top notch and was much appreciated by our group. We had a wonderful time and we cannot wait to come back and visit again!

High School Reunion

Spectacular! House was amazing and Damian was the perfect host! He was easy to communicate and house had everything! Kitchen was outfitted for all our meals and everyone had comfortable beds to lay our heads at night! Outdoor space was lovely...privacy hedging provided a cozy space and plenty of room for 9 of us to do yoga in the mornings. The location was perfect....close to town so one could bike or walk and easy access to main streets so we could head to other parts of the island Highly recommend and can't wait to get back!!

The house was even better than we thought it was going to be! The pool was perfect size for three little ones, two 2 1/2 year olds and one 13 month old. The six adults loved it too! The house is fully equipped and there was nothing that we wanted that wasn't there....ie..pool toys, children's plates and utensils etc. Having two washing machines was definitely a bonus since we washed MANY towels while we were there as everyone was in and out of the pool ! My adult children are already plotting a return for next year. Thank you so much...we had a wonderful five days on the beautiful island of Nanatucket!
