Cette maison est génial! Situé sur un cul-de-sac à distance de marche des restaurants, des magasins, des divertissements et des plages, du plan d'étage ouvert, chambres spacieuses, et le pont wrap-around sont juste le début. matériaux haut de gamme et un excellent savoir-faire, ainsi que de bon goût de l'aide de la décoration pour créer un espace confortable qui est la mendicité pour être apprécié.
Le premier étage offre amplement d'espace pour rassembler dans la grande salle, qui comprend la salle à manger, grande cuisine avec des appareils haut de gamme, des comptoirs en granit, île avec des sièges bar, armoires sur mesure, l'accès à griller sur la plate-forme latérale, et le salon avec cheminée et portes françaises à la terrasse arrière. Une grande salle de lavage, salle d'eau, et ensuite terminer le premier étage.
Deux chambres avec salle de bains située dans la partie avant du deuxième étage sont séparés de la chambre principale par un couloir qui donne accès à une garde-robe walk-in et magnifique salle de bain carrelée. La chambre principale spacieuse dispose d'un coin salon, cheminée et plafond cathédrale.
Le sous-sol fini a deux chambres en suite, la famille / salle de presse avec cheminée, bar, table de ping-pong et un accès extérieur, les zones de stockage, et une deuxième salle de lavage.
Toutes les salles de bains sont finement décorées de marbre Carrera.
La douche extérieure est accessible à partir du sous-sol et les zones au premier étage.

Family trip to ACK

Just a wonderful home! Excellent layout for my and my sister’s family to vacation together on Nantucket. Great to get 7 kids (12 to 5 years old) together in such a wonderful setting. Eric was a pleasure to rent from and I highly recommend this house.

Amazing getaway

We had the best time in this house. The host was very easy to communicate with. The house was beautiful inside and out. Location was perfect! It was approximately 6 minutes to walk or a quick bike ride into town. We also had no problem getting Uber rides at night.

Wonderful

We had an incredible week in Nantucket with our entire family. Everyone was happy and comfortable in this beautiful home, which has everything you could possibly need and is in a great location close to town, beaches, etc. I can't say enough good things about this home- but I should also mention that the owners are exceptionally nice and attentive hosts who are welcoming and always available. HIGHLY recommend this home!

Great location, could be cleaner and better equipped for the price

Great, spacious property only 10 mins from Nantucket town on a quiet cul-de-sac. Rooms are all bright and airy and very comfortable. Our only complaints were around cleanliness and lack of equipment/gear suitable for families with young children. There were several stains on our bedding and it was clear there had been a quick changeover from the previous guests. There’s also a pretty small outdoor space so know that going into it. For the price, we’d hope for better. That being said, couldn’t ask for a better location!

Great for large families

The house is absolutely beautiful and tucked in a quiet neighborhood. The walk to downtown was 15-20 minutes which was perfectly fine. We had a few generations of family at the property as well as combining both sets of grandparents. The house enabled us to give everyone their own bedroom and own bathroom to have privacy, yet the living/dining/kitchen area was completely open for easy gathering. House was cleaned and everything was in good condition. My parents were so obsessed with the sheets that they actually ended up buying the same ones for their house! We had a slight issue with getting the TV to work and Eric responded immediately and ended up popping over quick to fix the issue. Communication was great from booking to check out. Would highly recommend staying at this property!

Nantucket in a bow!

This was our first time to visit Nantucket and this home was wonderful. The location is wonderful! We had teens/young adults in our group and they loved how easily they could ride their bikes to steps and jetties beaches for a quick swim, sunset photo shoot, or to fish for a while. The house is also very close to town as well as our favorite sandwich spot Something Natural. Eric was very attentive and his communication was great bc he was quick to respond and was super helpful. The house is bigger than we anticipated which was a nice surprise. There is a full size washer and dryer downstairs in the basement we well as one on the main floor. The cul-de-sac is the best street. It’s quiet and easy to park. You’ll see as you drive through down how tricky it could be to park at some other houses - it was nice to always return back to the quiet street and house after a full day. ACK has our hearts and we will be back! Thx Eric and Pam!

What could have been....

House was nice and spacious, in a quiet neighborhood, and walking distance to both downtown and the beach which made it really convenient. Unfortunately, some issues came up during the stay - some of which the property owner appropriately addressed and others which could have been handled much better, most notably: 1. We were there on a humid weekend and the basement stunk despite our efforts to continuously empty the dehumidifier. It was so bad that one of the couples opted to instead sleep on the floor of the den because of how bad it was in the basement. We notified the owner of this the morning after check-in; however, he did little to help resolve this simply commenting, "It is so profoundly humid that it is likely a result." The owner was not at all helpful in addressing this and it greatly detracted from our experience. 2. We also lost hot water while we were there. The owner had a repair person come out to address this (who also commented on the stench in the basement) and it was resolved a few hours later. In short, renting this house was not inexpensive and given the issues with the basement on humid days and an owner who failed to try and make it right, I would steer clear of this property.

An Amazing Property!

We were on the island for a wedding staying at this property. The location was perfect and the home was beautiful. Eric was very easy to get in touch with and quickly answered any questions we had. Great Week In Nantucket

The property was amazing. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and great communal spaces as well. Our group cooked dinner every evening in the spacious, well appointed kitchen and ate around the large dining table sharing stories of the day and of past gatherings. Everyone enjoyed coffee in the morning on the back porch and games in the evening in the family room. The property is located to allow an easy walk to town and local beaches. The owner, Eric, was very responsive and most helpful with our questions.

Wedding Weekend

This home was absolutely beautiful! We were on Nantucket for our sons wedding and this home provided not only a home base for our family but a comfortable and peaceful atmosphere among the chaos of wedding festivities. Exceeded All Expectations!

Had a wonderful stay at this property. We had 8 adults in for a long weekend and had plenty of space. Everyone had their own bedroom/bathroom and the main floor provided ample & open room for all of us to congregate comfortably. The house is a comfortable 15 minute walk to downtown and a short drive to all the other popular beaches and venues on the island. Eric and Pam were responsive and great to work with, even going above and beyond in helping us celebrate a special occasion! Will definitely stay here again!

What a gorgeous house. So much room for family gathering and for quiet space alone. Loved the convenience of all of thr en suite bathrooms. Eric our host couldn’t have been better. Hope to be back some day.
