This was the perfect condo for us. It had a stunning full ocean view as it was directly located on the beach. We enjoyed the location as we could walk to Pier Park for shopping and restaurants. The room was very clean and well equipped with the essentials. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location short walk to pier park

Top rated stay. Host was awesome. Location can’t be beat. Close to pier park and all the fun things in PCB. Family had great time. Stayed in the off season with plenty to do.

The condo was great, just as shown! Great location not far from everything. Only drawback was the elevators, be prepared to run the stairs!

LOVE this condo! For the majority of my stay it was myself and my 5 and 8 year old, and this condo made the stay SO much easier! Access to it was so easy! There are two elevators located steps away from condo door and also another three elevators located pretty close. This condo is VERY clean. In the kitchen you have everything you could possibly need to cook and it's all neatly placed so finding everything was a breeze. There were beach chairs and an umbrella in the closet so no need to pack those. There are a couple of floats and a few other beach toys on the balcony. Plenty of towels and wash cloths. The view from the 9th floor is absolutely gorgeous! We used the East pool/hotub and both were clean..There is a little store on the west side of the building that has a Starbucks inside (YAY). I also appreciated the security the building has and the way the braclets work, it made me feel much better about vacationing alone with two kids. There is also a little beach shop located across the street from the building and it had everything you could need for swimming or beach needs! Definitely will be coming back again!

Tidewater resort was great!

This place was spotless. Wonderful condo (907), was beautiful with its ocean front view. Everything you could want was in this condo-even a keurig with pods which we appreciated. We also were thrilled we didn’t have to drag lounge chairs and umbrellas down to the beach because it was included at this condo in the rental price. When I was looking for a place to stay, I was hesitant about staying at Tidewater resort because of reports of long waits for the elevator. I think the longest we waited was about a minute and a half and once you are in the elevator it is really quick to take you to your floor. This was a great place to stay.

Perfect view and close to everything

This condo located on the 9th floor is perfect, from the view to the homely feel you get walking in the door. Its stocked with everything you need to stay in and cook or go to the beach and play. The beach chairs included with the stay are a great bonus!! We were able to walk down to Pier Park for food and entertainment. The place itself has plenty of activities also from 3 different pools and hot tubs, the restaurant and movie theater and Starbucks and ice cream in the flip flops shop downstairs. The owners had clear communication throughout the stay and made it very welcoming. We have definitely found our new favorite place to stay!!

Great family vacation

The condo was very clean and perfectly furnished for our family trip with two young children. Very nice amenities, including the two outdoor pools and indoor pool. The beach access was perfect, and it was not crowded at all when we were there (mid May). The location close to Pier Park and many restaurants makes it super convenient. Our host, Shena, was very kind and responsive. Overall, we felt very at home.

Perfect Family Getaway

The condo was great, exactly as advertised. It’s in a great location, close to pier park so I was comfortable with letting our 17 year olds walk there. Also close to some great restaurants like Sharky’s and Dusty’s Oyster Bar. The owner also provides 2 of the nice beach service beach chairs which is a huge bonus. They also have a small shop on the ground level with Starbucks, which we loved getting each morning. The owner was very responsive and even texted me to let me know that the condo was ready about 4 hours early and we were welcome to go ahead and check in. We will definitely stay there again.

Family Vacation

We loved staying here :) The room was very clean and well organized. The owners definitely go the extra step to leave convient things for you and your family to use. The location is great a few miles from Pier Park which has shopping and fishing. The beach chairs make a big difference when staying at this hotel. It"s nice that the beach chairs are already rented. The owners are great to answer any question you have about booking or while you are staying there. This was our first time to PBC and booking with them made a Big difference for us to have more fun faster without having to wait on the front desk etc.

Beautiful place to stay

We stayed three nights and it was great. There was a lot of room for us. We had four in our party due to my daughter's dad not being able to make it. Beautiful view! Shena and Will were super nice and helpful. Will try to return one day soon!

Lovely Place

The condo was so inviting when we arrived and exactly as described. Shena was quick to respond when we needed a few essentials and she ran over with them that afternoon. Having the beach chairs included was a huge perk. We thoroughly enjoyed are stay and have already talked about when we can come back.

WOW! Just wow!!!

This property was so stinking cute! Everything was cute and classy and clean! Beautiful big kitchen! Nice island in kitchen with plenty of outlet to charge everything. Awesome views from the balcony and furniture for 6 people. Everything worked. Owner was terrific in meeting our needs. We just loved our fall break because this place was decorated with positive, colorful, and clean décor!!! Very close to shopping and good food.

Beach time

Perfect condo for beach time with grand-daughter. Two pools, beach chairs, ice-cream and snow cones. Have a restaurant onsite that delivers but never used. Close to Pier Park to ride Sky Wheel and Dave and Busters. Tidewater Beach is extremely busy which makes elevator times long at peak times. If Gulf conditions are not favorable to be in the Gulf, (red flags) the pools can be extremely crowded. Neither of these two conditions are the fault of the owner and would not prevent me from staying here again.

Fabulous Beach Condo

My family had a lovely stay at Tidewater 907! We've stayed in multiple units in this building, and were really pleased with the quality of furnishings and decor here- you can tell that the owners put some thought and care into decorating. Shena was very easy to connect with and super responsive. The elevators do take a long time during busy season, so we were thrilled to be only on the 9th floor, which allowed us to take the stairs sometimes. Loved staying here and would definitely stay again.

Great getaway spot

Loved this condo... Awesome view of the beach and an easy walk down to the Pier Park area. Very nicely decorated and super comfortable. The chair service on the beach was a great bonus. The owners were very hospitable and responsive to questions.

Happy Birthday Trip

What a great vacation spot this was for my birthday and our family in PC. The condo was perfect for our family of four, and the resort had everything we needed. Condo was immaculately clean and comfy with plenty of amenities. Our children were thrilled to sleep in bunk beds and loved our balcony with an incredible view of The Gulf of Mexico. We were super surprised to have our very own beach chairs/umbrella on the front row at the beach. Resort has plenty of options from a game room, tiki bar, restaurant, two outdoor pools, and one indoor pool. The owners of this condo were very friendly and very reachable via text or phone call. Their condo had such a beach feel and was very kid friendly. We plan to book multiple stays at the same condo every year. They even left me a birthday gift upon our arrival. Spring Break 2019 was legit!!! Thanks again for the Shena and Will.

We are the owners of this beautiful beachfront condo! Will & Shena Ethridge from Alabama about an hour and a half away! We have 2 little girls Emmy Jo & Livie James that have grew up at this beach! This is our 2nd condo and we have worked hard to make it perfect for your beach getaway! We fell in love with the resort and location! We love bringing our girls here and we don't even have to drive anywhere our entire stay! So much to do at the resort and so many places to eat and shop within walking distance! We hope that everyone has a great vacation while staying with us and we are looking forward to making new friends!
