** Nous invitons les travailleurs Ă  restaurer les services de la rĂ©gion AVEC CE COMPRENDRE que le complexe a Ă©tĂ© endommagĂ© .. pas de piscine / accĂšs Ă  la plage / promenade, et un parking limitĂ© Chantier de construction presque tous les jours et ce n’est PAS un lieu de vacances pour le moment. **

Totalement rénové avec toutes les améliorations. La cuisine est équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Mobilier de salon confortable avec divan-lit queen. Grand téléviseur 55 "à écran plat avec des tonnes de chaßnes, lecteur DVD. Nos clients bénéficient de leur propre service wi-fi gratuit et protégé par mot de passe. La chambre a un lit queen, des draps confortables, des sols en carrelage dans tout le condo avec de grands ventilateurs de plafond dans la chambre et le salon. La salle de bain a une grande douche carrelée avec porte vitrée. Superbe vanité avec des appareils améliorés. Tous les draps / serviettes sont fournis pour votre séjour.

Cette unité donne sur la seule piscine chauffée en saison et fait face à l'ouest pour une vue parfaite sur les couchers de soleil sur le golfe. Il y a aussi 2 autres piscines dans le complexe. Les grillades sont à quelques pas. Nous offrons maintenant notre toute nouvelle installation de fitness / exercice.

Sunbird a une entrĂ©e sĂ©curisĂ©e pour votre sĂ©curitĂ©, et est Ă©galement fermĂ©e Ă  la plage pour que vos enfants ne puissent pas s'Ă©garer et que personne ne puisse se promener! Ce complexe familial est situĂ© sur une plage de sable blanc et d’eau Ă©meraude, au bord de la plage.

C'est un endroit idĂ©al pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo, les couples avec enfants, les snowbirds, les retraitĂ©s - PAS un lieu pour faire la fĂȘte, il doit ĂȘtre ĂągĂ© de plus de ans pour louer (l'Ăąge est vĂ©rifiĂ© Ă  l'enregistrement) Pas d'animaux et non fumeur.

Great condo, great location

My wife and i enjoyed our week stay in this unit. Location next to Pineapple Willy's was very convenient and anything else needed was a short drive. We especially enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella that came with the rental. Would recommend this property to any couple looking to stay in PCB.

Great stay for first anniversary

We loved this little condo. Just enough for the two of us. The beach was visibly less crowded than the condos next door to us and nothing beats being able to walk up to Pinaeapple Willy’s from the sand. All the attractions we wanted to visit were within a 5 minute drive. We’ll definitely be coming back!

it's the Sunbird in Panama City Beach, need I say more?

If you have stayed in the Sunbird, it's a typical Sunbird room. The owner sets this room apart from others. Pam was great to work with and very prompt on responding and accommodating! We will defiantly keep this room on my 'return to PFN list of rooms' when checking for future available dates/stays. Tyvm Pam!

Construction

I was never told about all the construction going on and it was hard to get anywhere r get to elevator cause of the construction going on and got there and the main big pool was closed it would had been nice if someone been truthful and told me about all the construction going on and trying to get around everything was dangerous and everyone there with condos was not happy and said if they knew all this construction was going on they would had stayed somewhere else

Property could use paint job. Lots of unmatched paint. Missing trim. Tub was a little dirty. Lots and lots of construction on the property, very noisy, only one working elevator, and was being used by construction crew to move debris between floors. Location was great, view was great.

Wonderful view and awesome location

I rented this condo with my parents and two children. It was a little small for us, but the view and location made up for it. It definitely needs a deep clean, floors were very dirty. Overall great place! Also, loved that we never waited for the elevator.

Amazing view

The view did not disappoint. Absolutely spectacular. Although adequate for two people, I didn't visualize the area being so small. Cleanliness left to be desired. There was sand on the floor and in the bed. (And yes, this was before we made it to the beach) The mold in the bathtub needed to be put in check. The worst for me was showering with a HUGH roach. I'm not a bug-o-phobe, but yuck. For the price, we thought it should've been in better condition

The condo had a great location and wonderful beach access. I enjoyed being able to access the room from the beach without difficulty. The cleanliness could be improved though. The pull out couch had been overlooked I feel prior to us. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

Beautiful view!

Nice place for a couple. The Sunbird is the best place to stay in PCB! Remodeling done and all 3 pools open and everything is beautiful! Right next door to Pineapple Willy’s restaurant and bar. You can walk right up from beach to Pineapple Willy’s and get frozen drinks and food. Easy in and out of condo and parking lot and close to everything! Free beach chairs a great addition to your stay at this unit! Fully stocked kitchen and ironing board and iron were very handy. We normally stay in another unit at the Sunbird but our dates were already booked so we picked this unit and it was great! Thanks Pam!

Great location for a weekend getaway!

Condo is a little small, but well decorated and comfortable. The property is gated and feels safe. It is located next to Pineapple Willy's which makes for an easy fun lunch.

Our family is in Minnesota... and we love the beach! We love spending time in PCB and just don't get enough. Knowing it is a place we want to keep coming back to - we decided to invest in great properties that people would choose first to stay in.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

The views inside the condo and out are unbeatable. The location of the resort is very central for getting around in Panama City Beach - or just staying! We love the layout, and access to all things great about beachfront living. It has easy access to the beach and pool, gated community and heated pool next to the unit. We love to be able to see sunsets from our balcony.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We fell in love with the white "sugar" sand - our small children can play on the beach for hours without burning their feet. The amazing views never cease to surprise us and take our breath away... the sound of the ocean and the waves coming in... beachfront living at it's finest.
