777 is one of the newly designed & beautifully finished beach homes on Charlestown Beach Road with panoramic views from every window...Ocean, beach, dunes, foliage, and Ninigret Salt Pond, all surround you.

Throughout the house, you’ll enjoy the hardwoods, ceramic tiles, granite tops, laundry room, linens, towels, and beach towels…FIOS cable & premium channels, 4 TVs, high speed WiFi, 2-zone air conditioning or, better, Ocean to Pond cross breezes.

The Main Level is all paned windows on the water. The entire floor is open starting at the Kitchen & four-stooled Breakfast Bar w/ granite counters, high-end appliances and custom cabinetry that contains pots (lobster and otherwise), pans, 2 regular coffee pots w/ filters & 1 Keurig, large bowls, flatware, 2 sets of dinnerware & glassware, gadgets, spice carousel, grill spices, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, ziploc bags, grill accessories, etc.

The Living Room has a queen-size fold-out bed in the couch, a fireplace, TV with premium channels, powder room and a screen porch w/ a single sleeper sofa, matching rocker and over-sized cushioned chair for those who like indoor/outdoor living overlooking Ninigret Pond. It is often the guests’ favorite room.

The Dining Room seats seven comfortably, TV. The Front Deck has a Weber Genesis Grill and a Smith & Hawken umbrella table w/ four chairs for outdoor dining. The grill, table & chairs are unavailable & stored once freezing temps arrive. The Side Deck has additional seating for viewing the awesome Ocean sunrises & Ninigret Pond sunsets.

Upstairs, the Master Suite has a queen-size bed and its own sunning deck w/ lounges (stored in cold weather) overlooking Ninigret Pond, TV, bay window desk, power shades, and full bath w/ glass shower overlooking the Ocean and Breachway beach.
The Guest Suite w/ twin beds has its own deck overlooking the Ocean, TV, and bath w/ jetted tub.

Outside, there is a private gated-entry to the beach, driveway parking for 4 regular-sized cars, and a whole house auto/on Generac generator. In warmer weather, the Lower Level offers a full outdoor shower/dressing room combination, bathroom and storeroom with beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. All are not available in colder temps. In snowy weather, roads are usually plowed but snow removal is not available at the beach house. A snow shovel is.

From 777’s romantic setting on the water you can explore restaurants, shops, grocery stores, family fun, fishing, kayaking & boating, swimming, playgrounds, golf courses, casinos, Mystic Seaport, Newport, Narragansett Bay, Watch Hill, the Ocean House, Old Stonington, Wickford Village, lighthouse hunting, Taylor Swift spotting, lobsters off the boats, Misquamicut rides … or just hang at the beach, read on the deck, do puzzles on the porch and enjoy incomparable Rhode Island sunsets.

Pretty much, just bring your clothes, toiletries, food…and yourselves to our South County shore.
