Ce condo au 5Ăšme Ă©tage est directement face Ă  l'ocĂ©an avec des fenĂȘtres du sol au plafond Ă  quelques pas de la cĂ©lĂšbre plage de Daytona. Avec deux chambres Ă  coucher, King dans le maĂźtre et deux reines dans la chambre (draps inclus) et deux salles de bains, il peut facilement accueillir jusqu'Ă  six personnes. Cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e pour tous vos besoins de cuisson avec un lave-linge / sĂšche-linge juste pour votre usage.

Quick Vacation

My father and I came down on a guys trip. The view and location are what sold me and that stood true. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and things to do with in walking distance. The building is showing its age, but the location and the condo itself was great.

Whitesurf Condominium

The best place to stay in the Daytona Beach Shores area. Breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean and the property was very clean, well stocked, and beautiful. We will be booking this property again, hopefully very soon!!!!.

Great property, great location, too bad the pool got swept away in a hurricane. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was great. Parking parking was great would stay again!

Property was in good location to several good eating places. Close to road going to mainland. Not in the busy crowds of Daytona Beach. Beach was perfect.

It was a beautiful clean condo! Great access to beach. Just stunk as under construction when we were there ( they reported under construction but didn’t specify). Couldn’t open sliding doors to beach front and pool was closed). But it will be great once construction is finished. We still had a great time!

Fantastic Vacation

Everything about this condo was perfect. It was spotless on arrival with modern furnishings. Everything you need to make your own meals. Beds were extremely comfortable. Views were immaculate. Can’t wait to book again for next year!

Wonderful week

Our stay in this property was great. Met all of our expectations for cleanliness. Check in was easy, parking in a secure garage was a bonus. The view was awsome from floor to ceiling windows, beds comfortable, kitchen well stocked. Easy to get to restaurants and other activities. It is an older building but quiet and well maintained. would definately stay again.

Great view

Very friendly property. Great view of the ocean from the condo, also patio seating out front as well. Both bedrooms are very spacious and the living room and dining area are open floor plan that is very welcoming. Garage parking, walk to the beach. It’s a little south of the main Daytona Beach boardwalk, the beach was busy but not packed and there’s a 2nd pier a short walk away. If you want the full crowd of Daytonas main pier it’s a very short trip to the north. We visited during “construction” but was still a great place to stay. Would definitely like to stay again when the balcony and pool are open!

Jeep Week 2025 - April 24 - April 27

Overall, a very nice property! The balcony was under construction during our stay, so we were unable to use the balcony or pool and couldn't access the beach directly from the property. Additionally, construction work took place on Saturday morning, which was quite noisy. The property itself was excellent; the washer and dryer were conveniently located across the hall, though they could benefit from some updating. Overall, this is a wonderful property.

Quiet& Convenient

Had a great experience with our rental. Everything we could have wanted was there. Condo office stagg was a little less than welcoming and seemed annoyed that we asked questions but other than that it was quiet and peaceful. Will definitely look at this property again when we are in town again.

The keys were not available as previously communicated. Once we notified the owner, prompt response was received and keys were hand delivered. Understood construction was over in April but continued during our stay. Nice and clean unit and full of the essentials. Will consider staying here in the future if construction is completed. Nice Property, Great Views

The condo is very nicely decorated with abundant pillows and comforters. Cleaning seemed a bit haphazard--there was a used coffee filter in the coffee pot and lint in the dryer, pillows were tossed hurriedly onto the sofas--but these were minor issues. We also had to ask for trash bags in the office since none were provided and there is no food (e.g., spices, oils, coffee) onsite, unlike other properties. Again, minor issues. The property is lovely overall and right on the beach with excellent views. Unfortunately, there seemed to be a lot of pot smokers in the building and the smell wafted into this apartment even with the doors closed. But it was great having covered parking just steps from the front door and the office staff person was very nice and accommodating.

Very nice beach vacation

The unit where we stayed, #502, was great. Very spacious, well-appointed with nice big kitchen, very comfortable, and cozy. I assume it has been refurbished and/or remodeled in the not-too-distant past as everything was in great shape. Has a decent-sized balcony overlooking the ocean, so really that is the main thing we were wanting, and some Florida warmth. The building itself was built in 1979, so parts of the exterior are showing their age. There are a good number of amenities:pool, shuffleboard, pool room, tennis/pickleball court, basketball hoop. The pool was fine. There is a little gym but it is pretty tiny and dated. There are decent places to sit outside on the veranda near the pool. Service: was good, no problems arriving or checking out. At one point we wanted to play a DVD and it was not working, so Laurel the property manager came up with a new one she had just bought and installed it on the spot. So that was great. She was very helpful in general. Definitely looking forward to returning!
