Positioned just off of Scenic Highway 30A, Happy Days is the ultimate beach getaway with seven bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and unparalleled beach views. This rental property includes a main home and carriage house, which together may accommodate up to 18 beach guests.

Upon stepping into the main house and experiencing the open floor plan, you will immediately breathe a sigh of relaxation. The living room features a comfortable seating ensemble comprised of two couches and accent chairs that face a wall-mounted TV for entertainment (live TV not provided). A dining table surrounded by eight chairs sits adjacent to the living room. The living and dining areas merge seamlessly with the open kitchen. The kitchen boasts lovely appliances, a granite-topped bar, and four stools. An additional den includes ample seating and a large TV (live TV not provided).

Two of the guest rooms feature king-size beds, while the third is a bunk room with two double/twin bunks. Upstairs, you will find the master suite and another guest room. The master suite includes a king-size bed, luxury bath, and access to a beach balcony. The last guest room has a king-size bed, private bath, and access to the beachfront deck.

The carriage house features a living area, full kitchen, dining table, and two bedrooms. One bedroom includes a king-size bed, while the other has two twin beds.

Perks of staying in this beautiful vacation rental include the private pool, large sundeck, wraparound deck with Gulf views, and stairs that lead directly to the sugary shore. Additionally, this home is conveniently located near beach bars, popular restaurants, shopping, and fun events and festivals. It is within walking distance to the Vue on 30A, which is home to a beautiful golf course. Guests should also check out the neighboring Gulf Place, an artsy center with specialty shops, art galleries, cafes, restaurants, and more.

Guest House:
