Casablanca is a spectacular gulf front home with 3 living rooms, 7 bedrooms, and 8 bathrooms. A wonderful beach home to make your lasting vacation memories. Enjoy the spacious decks and beach front pool deck with BBQ grill! Casablanca encompasses two homes (main and guest) with a sprawling 7,288 square feet there is enough room for the whole family to spread out! This is as good as it gets!

Often referred to as “the town that began it all”, Santa Rosa Beach is the first established community in South Walton. Today, many of the communities that make up this majestic collection of beachfront developments are technically in Santa Rosa Beach. The most notable is Gulf Place – home to restaurants, bars, shops and galleries. Other attractions include Eden State Garden Park and the Santa Rosa Beach Golf Club. Guests seeking to spend their vacation in Santa Rosa Beach can opt for studio style condos at Gulf Place, large vacation homes with private pools near the beach or beachfront custom homes or townhomes.

Main House:

First Floor: Living Room with Patio Access, Kitchen, Dining, Bunk Room with Full/Twin Bunk and Twin Trundle + Tub/Shower Combo, Bonus Den with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Shared Soaking Tub, Laundry.

Second Floor: King Master Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Soaking Tub + Balcony Access, King Bedroom with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Walk-In Shower + Soaking Tub, Bedroom with Two King Beds and Walk-In Shower.

Third Floor: King Bedroom with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Tub/Shower Combo + Wet Bar and Balcony Access.

Guest House:

First Floor: Game Room with Pool Table, Foosball, and Bonus Den.

Perfect Family Vacation

Lovely property right on the beach. Great for those with little ones and having to haul toys and things the beach. Our family had a wonderful family vacation!!

Beautiful home with gorgeous views

My family and some friends of ours stayed at the Casa Blanca over spring break. It’s a beautiful property with easy access to the beach. Some of the appliances could be updated but that’s expected with a rental. We would definitely come back!

Family trip

Beautiful house , just like the pictures show! It has more space that what our family of 16 could fill up. The beach chairs were a plus!! Great detail! Though the weather didn’t cooperate with us, being in the gorgeous house was delightful !

Paradise Found

This property was situated perfectly on the beach with cute shops and restaurants right across the street. The house had everything we needed and worked perfectly for our entire family. The grocery was also right up the street. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own privacy. There are a lot of steps if you are staying on the top. Our elderly parents had a time walking up and down. The management was responsive to us not being able to find the remotes and had someone come out quickly. Definitely 5 stars and will be booking again at this same house.

We had four families staying here! 9 kids and 8 adults. We had plenty of space and it is very comfortable. The downstairs living room that is enclosed could easily be turned into a bedroom. The kitchen is wonderful and the main living room is great to gather in. The AC works great and the beds are wonderful. The house is a very short walk from the kayak and paddle board rental tent. Only downsides is that the condo right behind the house also shares the beach right in front of the house and the entry way is right next to the house. Also, the bedrooms have this weird window above the doors so light easily comes in from the hallway and light can easily come in from the windows. But I didn’t mind being woken up before 6am to enjoy the quiet beach! We couldn’t get the grill to work and the kitchen has no air vent so hamburger night was interesting. Overall I give the house a 9.5/10. It is beautiful, peaceful and the ocean view is a 10/10.

Great location. Few maintenance issues

Overall great location! Older girls enjoyed walking over for coffee in morning while boys were up early to fish! House was just the right size for big family and very clean Only issues
. Vent in 1st floor bedroom would not close. Elderly grandmother was a bit chilly till we taped it shut. Freezer didn’t work in main house. Maintenance was quick to be onsite to fix. Sliding door was incredibly hard to open. Grandma could not open or close. Called maintenance. They could not fix
