It was just what we needed, parking was easy, the place was nice and clean, hot tub was enjoyable, grill was solid. Very nice neighborhood, right near a great park.

Great location, from there we visited Grand Canyon one day and Sedona the next. Safe neighborhood. It had everything we needed. We would stay here again!

Santa Fe Vacation

This is a cute, comfortable, clean place that is incredibly well situated to downtown with all its fun attractions. The place is roomy and quiet and the hot tub was very easy to access and private. I highly recommend it!

Great property near downtown flag

A nice cozy property for a weekend stay. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and the easy walk to downtown flagstaff. The house was comfortable enough that we could get comfy and watch movies. We will be looking to stay here again in the years to come.

Downtown Flagstaff

Cute little cottage great price for the location. Functional and just 5 or so blocks to everything you need. Dark Skies Brewing, Beaver Brewery Pool Bar, Josephine’s Shopping etc.

Great Place

Small, one bedroom place. It was comfortable and easy to access. It is walkable from downtown. Highly recommend for a couples get-away.

Perfect Flagstaff Base

This adorable rental easily accommodated myself, husband, and our 7-year-old. The location is perfect, with Flagstaff's best park just two blocks away. Our drive to Snowbowl was a breeze, and we loved having access to a hot tub after skiing all day. Highly recommend!

Fun spot!

We stayed for 2 nights with another couple. location was great for walking downtown. We enjoyed the community hot tub. only complaint was the sofa sleeper wasn't comfortable at all my husband and I slept on the sofa the 2nd night.

Downtown Flagstaff

This place was pefect. My husband and I were able to walk downtown to dinner. We took a trip to the grand canyon and came back to relax in the hot tub under the famously dark skies of Flagstaff. The stars were beautiful. The house was just as described in the listing and great for relaxing after long days of exploration.

Easy check in, clean and organized. My only complaint is that it was difficult to find. I circled the neighborhood several times and finally saw the number painted on the curb.

Wedding Stay

We wanted a place close to downtown but away from the noise. This property fit our needs. A couple of things as a heads up. The floor is uneven in spots and the shower is small. Not a huge impact for us, but a nice to know.

Wonderful Stay!

Home is a located in a cute neighborhood right near downtown. About a 10 min easy walk. Perfect location. Home was perfect for myself, my husband and our almost 3 year old. Had everything we needed and it was nice to have a separate bedroom. Portable AC worked great. Shower is pretty tiny, but I read that in other reviews so I knew.. but it is VERY small. Bed was super comfortable. Lots of extra sheets and comforters. Would stay again!

Funky cute, just what we needed

Although we would have liked this place to be a little cleaner (baseboards not fully clean, dark smudges around door handles, cobwebs on light fixtures), it was perfect for what we needed - a place to stay close to our son. It was funky cute inside. It was nice to have access to the hot tub, and although we knew it was going to be a shared space, it felt a little weird because the hot tub is on a deck that's attached to another rental, so we felt like we were invading their privacy a little. It would be great if you were renting multiple units with friends and were sharing the space with people you knew. The property management was great to work with and responded promptly to concerns we had. We would stay here again.

The apartment was very comfortable and met our needs, but was a bit worn. The negative comment is that the neighborhood and the surrounding properties were very old. (e.g. An old floor lamp was lying on the ground next to the sidewalk the entire time we were there.) The proximity to downtown was fantastic and easy to get around.
