Moins de 7 miles du Hard Rock Stadium. Evadez-vous de tout, fabuleuse maison au feuillage tropical luxuriant, joliment décorée avec des meubles uniques. Situé près du centre commercial Aventura, des plages, de la CRF et de l'Université Johnson & Wales. Deux chambres, deux salles de bains, salon, salle à manger, cuisine complète avec four, micro-ondes, casseroles et poêles, assiettes, argenterie, etc. Grands restaurants, boutiques et délices du quartier que vous ne trouverez nulle part ailleurs. Il y a deux duplex offerts dans cette propriété, chacun avec sa propre entrée et très privé. Piscine et cour chauffées partagées. Il y a des chats dans la cour.
Mes restaurants préférés à proximité: Café Crème, Rice House of Kabob, Kappa Rolls + Bowls, Big Apple Deli Inc. de New York, Basilic Vietnamese Grill, Mignonette Uptown, Ivan's Cookhouse, Jumbo Buffet, Farofa Taste of Brazil, Sushi Sake North Miami Beach, et de nombreux autres restaurants au choix à quelques pâtés de maisons de la maison !!!


L'espace

Deux chambres, deux salles de bains en duplex avec toutes les commodités, cuisine complète (verrerie, ustensiles, assiettes, réfrigérateur, ustensiles de cuisine, etc.), salle à manger, salon, 3 téléviseurs intelligents. Piscine, immense cour avant avec feuillage tropical. Il y a des chats dans la cour. Près du centre commercial Aventura, des plages, du supermarché Publix, de Costco et de Target. Wonderful Stay - Super Clean

My sister and I stayed at this lovely property. She cleans houses for a living and said this was the cleanest rental she’s ever seen. You can tell the owners take wonderful care of the place. I loved all of the decor, location, and the garden was gorgeous. Excellent vacation, highly recommend!

Winter Break

We wanted some time in the sun so headed to Miami. The house is in good location, the grounds are lovely with a nice pool and patio. The owner is very helpful, easy to reach and provided great information.

Nice, quiet, well maintained secluded home

Cute and cozy home with everything you could need. We traveled by air so had nothing to take to the beach with us, but the host had us covered; chairs, umbrellas, towels, bug spray, she had it all. We loved the well maintained pool which we had to ourselvesHost was friendly and quick to respond, offering suggestions, when asked, on which beaches she'd recommend and carwashes to vacuum sand from the rental car.Would definitely recommend and would stay again if we were ever in the Miami area.

Fabulous stay

Ana Maria was so helpful, professional and friendly. She answered every question and offered many suggestions to make our stay more pleasant. The unit was very clean and had all the things you needed to cook your meals. Will definitely stay here on our next visit

Perfect home base for beach vacation

This was a great place to stay for our beach vacation! We were going to Haulover every day, which was super convenient - less than 20 min drive. The house had everything we needed, and it was nice to relax and crash in the evenings, and drink coffee by the pool in the mornings. The owner was fantastic and responded quickly to all communication. Would definitely visit again - I already miss the pool cats!

Wonderful and quiet tropical place

Ana Marie was a wonderful host! She made me feel welcome and was rarely at the home, but available when needed! It is a very quiet place on a street that does not have an outlet, so no traffic noise. The place is beautiful and well worth it :)

Peaceful Oasis in the middle of Miami

My husband and I stayed here during my surgical recovery. Anamaria, the owner, was extremely hospitable and so welcoming! The courtyard is just a perfect lush tropical oasis and it’s so peaceful! The house was perfectly equipped with everything we could need during our stay. It was hard to believe we were in the middle of Miami and it was this quiet! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have added this property to our list of “must stay again”!

Hidden Gem!!

Let Me tell you this property is a Beautiful Oasis from the rest of the world.very quiet ,was extremely Clean.well supplied,all we had to do was go food shopping for a few things,kitchen was well stocked with seasonings and all else you need to cook and enjoy your food,The Host/Manager was very nice and Gracious Ana Maria you were a pleasure for us to meet.We Will Be Back For Sure!!

A Fantasy Property

Ana Maria is a super hostess! We loved our home away from home. The beds and bedding were so comfortable. Our hostess anticipated our every need. From the little chocolates to the plush towels, we couldn't ask for anything more. Our grandchildren who visited us for the weekend had a blast in the pool and loved playing with the friendly cats. We hope to visit this truly tropical home again soon!

Peace and quiet

Ana Maria was terrific! We had two small problems, she came over and showed us how to eliminate them. Pool was great ! Golf courses and casino were close. The grill outside was brand new and easy to use. We cooked outside quite a bit ( damn COVID). Very enjoyable stay!

Absolutely beautiful

We have stayed in many vrbo places in Florida and this was by far our favorite experience. From the moment you walk through the gate of the property, we entered the gateway to paradise. The pictures fail to show the unbelievable beauty of the peaceful atmosphere of this incredible garden. The owner is so kind and immediately available and accommodating for anything we needed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I had a very excellent stay at this property. The owner met us the first day there and was very helpful and accommodating. The property was very clean very well put together. Couldn't ask for anything more. I had asked for a steamer for pressing my clothes with and she had one for me to use. Excellent. Away from the hustle and bustle and noise of Miami but close enough to still go and have a great time

A Home Away from Home.

We stayed five nights during the new year break and felt right at home from the first hello from the owner. With a car, Costco, Walmart, Publix are all around. We visited Fort Lauderdale, Haulover Beach Park, South Beach, Wynwood from our “home”. While at “home”, the spacious living room and two bedrooms are comfy, the kitchen is well stocked and the heated swimming pool is an eye candy to watch. On a sunny day, the lush garden brings more tranquility to this super quiet house and garden. Really lovely.

FANTASTIC HOUSE AND MAGNIFICENT HOST

Our second stay here in the last six months. Great home, clean and comfortable. Everything you need is there. Fully equipped kitchen if you want to prepare meals. Wide screen TVs in each bedroom and in the living room. Great location near everything in north Miami and not far from all the hot spots. The pool is fantastic with a fantastic back yard. We enjoyed it very much and can't wait to return. Ana if a great host with awesome communication and so helpful. Thank you Ana so much!

Jungle oasis!

We loved staying here. The house is on a dead end so there was no traffic to deal with, which can be an issue when staying in Miami. Very quiet at night and during the day. The pool in back was perfect. Heated and kept immaculate by the owner, Anamaria. Wonderful respite from a long day at the beach. Our favorite beach was North Miami Beach near 75th street. There is very cheap parking at 73th street. You must visit the Sazon Cubano, the best Cuban restaurant in Miami. Serves meals all day. The house was very clean and well decorated. Anamaria made sure to stock the house with all toiletries, dish and dishwasher soap and an adequate supply of towels. Thank you Anamaria for a memorable stay!!

Exceeded Expectations

Ana could not have been a more perfect hostess! She left treats for our arrival, had all the necessities ready for us in the home and truly cared about getting to know her renters. Her home was very clean, the beds were super comfortable and the cats in the backyard made it feel like we were home away from home. Her backyard is extremely secluded we felt like were on a tropical island. I've never been so sad to leave a rental property. There is no doubt I'll be returning!
