Thank you for the compliment. I strive to respond to issues as promptly as possible. I am not sure how to respond to the "Updating" comment other than to say there are antique elements (pool table, etc.) that gives the place lots of charm as you saw in the pictures. Many other elements are brand new (bathrooms, kitchen) . Regarding the beach towels, there are plenty of beach towels for guests to use as they wish. And specifically, you had 4 red and blue beach towels that I personally folded before you arrived.

Thank you for your kind words. The items you mentioned are important to me, and I would like to address them in order: (1) Neighborhood. I love my neighbors, and there is some of the best walking in Miami at FIU, just across Biscayne Blvd. It is really quite nice with splendid views of Biscayne Bay and Oleta River State Park. (2) The "dark interior" is related to the "beautiful landscaping you mentioned." For sure the landscaping is mature and lovely and purposefully designed for maximum sunlight on the pool and shade on this Florida home which is welcomed on hot sunny South Florida days. (3) Water in Bathroom. When you texted me about the water, I immediately contacted a plumber and offered my immediate, personal assistance. Shortly thereafter you said not to worry, "there was not longer standing water in the bathroom" and so the problem was resolved. (4) Dampness. South Florida is a challenging environment, especially if it rains. Unfortunately, during your stay, we had a couple of rainy days with 89% humidity and a temperature of 85F. When you texted me about the "dampness," I told you that the air had to circulate inside the unit. You didn't have neither the A/C nor the central fan on for a few days. (5) Heat. Fortunately, South Florida is a warm climate where heat is rarely called for. The heat problem was addressed with brand new heaters, and the heat problem was resolved to your satisfaction.
