De larges porches enveloppants et une salle Carolina projetée offrent un endroit confortable pour profiter de la brise de l'océan matin, midi et soir! Que ce soit sur le pont qui regarde l'océan ou dans la piscine chauffée et le spa, cette maison a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vous amuser au soleil. La cuisine, le salon, la salle familiale et la salle à manger sont lumineuses et spacieuses! 3 chambres et 2. 5 salles de bains complètent cette incroyable maison Hilton Head. Avec 3 miles de plages de sable blanc à seulement quelques pas de cette maison a vraiment tout.

Amazing Beach House

This house was perfect for my family. A short distance to the beach. Having a pool and heated spa made it even better after spending the day at the beach.

An amazing property

This was not the first time we have stayed at 4 Iron Clad and it won't be the last. Everything about the house is incredible, from its location, private atmosphere, and property management company (Vacation Company). We also love everything about Palmetto Dunes. It is a relaxing and safe environment where we feel comfortable any time of the year, especially in the summer. Thank you so much for making your home available for us to enjoy.

A little piece of paradise

Our family loved staying here. The house was perfect. It’s updated and felt very clean. We had everything we needed. We had 2 children and it was so nice to have our own pool. The porch was amazing. We went out there every morning and had breakfast while the kids played. The landscaping makes it feel private and peaceful. The bathrooms were nice and the beds were comfortable.

Ahhhhh!

Our first time in Hilton Head and this house was absolutely perfect! We felt comfortable from the time we arrived till we left. The furniture and beds were just like home. We could have easily stayed another week. The walk to the beach was just right. Not too far at all and we needed that exercise anyway! Lol. Hope to go back next year. Beautiful house and location!

Excellent communication with Vacation Company, beautiful home, short distance to beach.

The home was beautiful, the surrounding porch with porch enclosure was terrific. Everything in the home was in good working condition; the home was clean. We loved the short distance to the beach. The furniture was comfortable( the only thing we noticed that the top rim of the chair at the kitchen counter had been cracked - only visible when standing in the kitchen - it appeared that it may have been repaired in the past) - everything seemed to be in great condition. The home is a definite place to return for vacation! Loved 4 Iron Clad!

Good location

Well furnished home and a very short walk to a non-crowded beach. Home was well furnished with all necessary dishes and utensils. Only issue I have is the listing mentions a 4 minute walk to Coligny and that's just not accurate. By bike, it's 15-20 minutes on the beach and longer if you do the bike trails. Must mean 4 minute drive to Coligny by car, bcause i would challenge anyone to walk it in under 30 minutes (it's actually a little over 3.5 miles by beach)

This home is located in Palmetto Dunes which is mid-island, not near Coligny. I was not able to find where the listing stated it was a 4-mnute walk, however, I apologize for any confusion. September - Beach stay

We stayed for a 4 night visit, and this house was very nice and suited our needs. We were three couples and there was plenty of room. One thing to note is that this house basically has 2 master suites. In order to access a full bath from the 3rd bedroom, you must go through one of the master suites. This was just a minor inconvenience for our group, but shouldn't be much of an issue for a group with children. The house was clean and very convenient to the beach. The pool was very nice to cool off in after a long day at the beach. The kitchen is well stocked and had just about anything you could need. We would definitely book this house again

First Visit To Palmetto Dunes

We haves visited Hilton Head many times, but never stayed at Palmetto Dunes. We loved it. We enjoyed the house particularly the pool and spa. It is a beautiful location.

Great Family vacation home

Traveled with one grandchild age 6, and 4 grown children. Outdoor area was out favorite, second was the screened in porch where we played games every night! Loved the private beach too! Saw dolphins every day!!

Wonderful

So close to the beach. Nice bike ride to the pickle ball courts and general store. QUIET neighborhood . Everything was included that you may need - pool was nice and heater worked great. Can’t wait to come back !

Exactly what we needed!

Great location - very close to the beach - and we loved the huge wrap-around porch. The kitchen was well stocked, and the grill was clean and operable, which we've found is not always the case with rentals. It was nice to have bikes provided too - the neighborhood's trails are nicely shaded, so we used them daily. The pool and spa were nice. The landscaping around the pool isn't mature enough yet to give complete privacy, but, except for the construction project (new home) across the street, the home is located in a quiet neighborhood, so it isn't an issue. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay at 4 Iron Clad

Fantastic week at 4 Iron Clad. Great house near the beach (2nd row!) with private pool - perfect for our family of 6 (4 kids under 10) and our parents who joined us for a couple days. The Vacation Company (property manager) was extremely responsive to any questions / concerns (e.g. garage door opener had to be re-programmed as the initial code didn't work), but the company took care of it swiftly. Only complaint was that the property was not super clean when we arrived (we did some additional, minor cleaning upon arrival); however, I put that on the cleaning company itself (vs. the property).

The perfect house & location!

My family and I (6 adults) stayed here for a week and it was perfect and beyond amazing! The house was spacious and clean + the 2 minute walk to the beach was better than I could have hoped. The customer service and property management team was beyond wonderful. So responsive and proactively checked in to see how our stay was going. This is hands down the best experience, location, and house I have ever booked!

Perfect Getaway

The house is close to everything but in a private neighborhood. It has all the amenities you need and the beach is a very easy walk. I could have never left the house all week and been quite content.

Will stay again next year. Management company was top notch. Called about ants on pool deck and they sent someone out to spray within a couple hours. Called about upstairs air conditioning not working proper and was fixed same afternoon. Very responsive.

Close to the beach

Great location in Palmetto Dunes. We love the beach! The 4 bikes were a fun to ride on the beach and around Palmetto Dunes. The house is spacious and the bathrooms updated and clean. Kitchen is well stocked. We also enjoyed the fire pit!

Fantastic House!

The pictures don’t do this house justice. Fantastic location and lovely property. Beautiful outdoor space with a porch that wraps around the entire house and a great pool and hot tub. House is really well equipped with a grill and every tool or utensil you could need. We will definitely stay here again!

Family Reunion 2020

Our family checked into this home after a long drive from Iowa. We were so happy being in this area and home. We enjoyed the conveniences of the house that thought of EVERYTHING! A sewing kit, hairdryers, floaties, chairs a grill! Time we enjoyed on the porch, the seasonal room, pool and the beach. Every day our family found biking to be a super way to explore and exercise. Golf and shopping along with some dining out was fabulous. We will definitely look forward to a return in a couple of years and with Grandchildren too! Thank you for a wonderful rental!

I can’t say enough about this property! It was perfect! This was our first visit to the Island!

Our first trip to the island and it was perfect! Loved the house and it’s location! Management company was great! Made great memories with the grand kids! We will definitely be back!! Thank you for letting us stay in your home!!
