Beau lotissement en bord de mer de 2 chambres, 2. 5 bath est situé à Summer Beach Village, une communauté privée fermée offrant une vue pittoresque sur l'océan Atlantique avec un magnifique lever de soleil.  Profitez du lever du soleil depuis votre balcon privé!  Promenez-vous le long de la plage ou faites un plongeon relaxant dans la magnifique piscine.  Vous avez un salon et une salle à manger combinés avec une cuisine complÚte; laveuse et sécheuse; télévision par cùble, internet et 1/5 salles de bain à l'étage principal.  Les chambres sont situées à l'étage avec leur propre salle de bain.  Capacité d'accueil 4: Queen, 2 Twins, entrée au 2Úme étage, Villa à deux étages.   Cette unité a environ 16 marches à la porte d'entrée et environ 18 à l'intérieur de l'unité.

Excellent Unit

We loved our stay on Amelia Island. The condo was well located and private. Beaches were less crowded near the condo as well. Everything in the unit worked perfectly and looked like the photos.

The only complaint was the bed in the main bedroom. Me and my wife both complained of back pain. Other than that everything else was great. Would definitely stay here again

Fantastic condo right on the water

We had a lovely stay at the condo. Everything was exactly as pictured. Bed was very comfortable. Furnishings were all updated and well-cared for. Condo was very, very clean. Location was fabulous- steps from the ocean with an unbelievable view from the living room or balcony. It was perfect for an unobstructed view of the sunrise each morning. Everything was top-notch. We would rent this spot again and recommend it to others.
