The 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is located in the gated Amelia Island Plantation and is a short walk across the street to the Atlantic Ocean. It has a serene complex pool just steps away, which is exclusive to Beach Wood guests.

The Main Bedroom has a King sized bed and an updated private bathroom while the Guest Room has two Twin beds (perfect for kids or company) and a shared bath. When needed, there's also a sleeper sofa in the living room.

Guests will enjoy the wonderful patio space off the living room that is perfect for morning coffee or a quaint dinner. The well-stocked kitchen is great for cooking and the attached laundry room is convenient for running loads of linens.

Looking to kick back? Free high-speed Wifi is provided for staying connected and there are flat screen TVs in both bedrooms and the living room. Clean bed linens and bath towels are provided with all our rentals.

From this first-floor condo, quickly access the miles of paved biking/walking trails within the AIP community. (Please note there are a few stairs from the parking area to the building.) Book services at the nearby spa or venture to the many shops and delicious restaurants within the Omni Amelia Island Resort hotel and shopping village. For work travelers, the Omni conference center is just a short walk away for attending events. Travel north by car only 20 minutes to reach the charming Fernandina Beach Historic District, where you can explore the eclectic dining and shopping options.

Golf is also available at many great courses in the area, with Oak Marsh being the closest option to this property within the resort. Bike and golf cart rentals are provided by many vendors and our team would be happy to make recommendations.

It's important to note that only dogs are considered and they must be approved by management. There are size and breed restrictions, and guests must agree to certain terms and conditions. A $150 nonrefundable fee will be required per dog and guests must sign the pet agreement. If the pet fee is not automatically applied at booking, it will be after the reservation is created. Note that dogs must be current on all vaccinations, be house broken, be spayed or neutered, and must be sociable with people and other dogs. No cats or other pets will be considered.

*Please be advised this property is not a rental through the Omni Amelia Island Resort and does not give you access to "resort privileges or amenities” (i.e. the main Omni hotel pool, fitness center or shuttle service), and Racquet Park is limited only to club members and their guests (unless you're booking lessons or clinics).
