Relax in Comfort at The Azure on Okaloosa Island - FREE BEACH SERVICE WITH RENTAL (March through October)

Enjoy a serene beach getaway in our lovely fourth-floor condominium at The Azure, unit #414. With 1,513 square feet of space, this well-appointed condo offers beautiful views of the Gulf from a spacious 25-foot balcony. Relax on the two chaise lounge chairs or at the bar-height table and chairs, where you can take in the sights and sounds of the beach while staying cool and comfortable.

The Azure is a top-notch complex on Okaloosa Island, conveniently located within walking distance of several dining options and shops. The Okaloosa Island Pier is just an 8-minute walk away, and Destin is only 6 miles away. The island's height restrictions mean a quieter, less crowded experience compared to nearby areas.

Inside, the master bedroom features a king bed and a large Smart TV, while the master bath includes a jetted Jacuzzi tub and a spacious walk-in shower with excellent water pressure. Both the living room and master bedroom offer floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that open to stunning beach views. The living area includes a comfortable sectional sofa for added seating.

The second bedroom has a king-sized bed and its own Smart TV, and the third bedroom is equipped with sturdy bunk beds. Each guest bedroom has a private full bathroom with a large showerhead and good water pressure.

The kitchen is fully equipped with KitchenAid appliances, including a convection oven. For your convenience, both a Keurig and a 12-cup coffee maker are available. The dining area features a table that’s slightly higher than usual to provide a better view of the Gulf, with seating for six and additional space for four at the bar.

Clean and spacious

Property is as described and pictured. Easy check in process. Hosts were very communicative on any work/ maintanence going on at the property. close to food, restaurants and souvenir shops. Many families staying in the complex, and the beach is very close, clean and accessible. Would stay here again the next time we come to Ft.Walton.

Outstanding

I recently stayed here with my mom and 4 cousins. It was an amazing stay!!! We have been coming to Florida for several years for our yearly ladies trip and this was by far the best stay ever!! The condo was amazing and is directly on the beach. My mom is 83 and has some trouble walking in the sand. Not this trip. I will absolutely stay here from now on.

The covered parking is a plus and check in with the keypad is so convenient. The beds were very comfortable and the unit was so quiet and peaceful. The balcony furniture was great! The tile was beautiful but if you like to step out of shower onto a nice rug, be sure to bring your own, I was glad I did. We ate at many great restaurants nearby, Old Bay Steamer, Stewby’s and Sealand.

Family vacation

This was our first staying at the Azure it was a very nice place. Kid friendly. The condo was very nice and well kept. Location was great. If you have a luggage carrier on top of your vehicle DO NOT go to the top floor of the parking garage. The entrance heights are low. Park on the 1st and 2nd floors. Over a great experience and would stay every year if I could.

Perfect Multi-family vacation

3 families all stayed at the property together. It was hands down our favorite “all-family” family vacation! The condo itself was perfect for my husband, myself and 4 kids ages 12, 10, 7, 2.. very close to the pier which has shopping, food, big playground equipment!

Nice location

Condo was nice. Cleaning was poor. Swept a small shoe and candy wrappers from under the couch. Utensil in kitchen thrown in drawers. Found gum wrappers in bedroom drawers. Could not check in til after 4:00. Received mixed messages about check in. First we were told to pick up a packet then we were told it was contactless. Coffee table was broken and maintenance came to fix it on Wednesday and didn’t have the right screws. Did have some balls and boards for kids to use. Had no starter set of salt/pepper etc. be sure and bring everything you need. Local restaurants had extremely long wait times with some completely closed. I’m sure because of Covid. Loved the beach chairs being set up every morning. Internet was extremely fast. That was nice. Beautiful view from balcony. We had a nice family vacation.

Beautiful condominium.

We enjoyed our stay at Azure 414. We were nervous that Hurricane Elsa was going to ruin our week but it was wonderful. We would get some showers and then the sun came out for great relaxing in the sun! It was especially nice having 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas! it was a pleasure dealing with Mary Alice! We would love to return next summer!

Family Vacation 2021

Our family had a wonderful time at Azure! The location is great for restaurants, groceries, and fun activities! The owner was super! The house keepers could have done a better job! We understand it is very hard to find good employees that are willing to work. The property manager said she was bringing a large frying pan and broom but she never showed. We didn’t let any of this dampen our vacation or our accommodations! We highly appreciate the owner letting us rent the condo! We will definitely return! The grounds and pool was always in excellent shape!!
