Business stay for OCCC AHR Show

Property is a little dated and tired. Pricing was good though considering other hotels were very high at this time due to a large show at the Orange County Convention Center.

Excellent Stay

Was on business for conference and enjoyed the convenience of resort to I-Drive and countless dining options. Building 80 in great location for parking and roadway access. Outstanding view and quiet at my room. Will book again same room. loved it!!!

Perfect

Close to everything, right in the heart of the theme parks. Only issue was the TV was not a smart TV, no Netflix Disney plus. Etc.

Long weekend

Our accommodations were great. However, we found the hours of operation for the pool bar and deli not very useful. The service at the Drafts Sports Bar was horrible. The A/B room wasn’t explained by desk staff very clearly. Overall, good location and cost effective if going to Disney and Cocoa Beach.

Bad experience

The check in process was terrible, long line only 2 people working. A group arrived and they didn’t have enough staffing. One night at 1215am A staff member was knocking and ringing the door bell desperately, she stated that it was for the next door people that they were being changed to another room and she then asked for us to leave door open, no apologies for waking us and my kids in the middle of the night.

disorganized throughout, but lots of stuff on site

While I must give credit, there are plenty of rooms and lots of nice amenities on the property, the check in procedure is ridiculously long, wasting lots of time standing in line. When "owners" come in, which happens constantly, they move to the front of the line and you wait longer. There was also an error in the length of time we were booked, so we got locked out of our room with deactivated keys, which required we stand in line two more times for a temp key then another time for a "rebooking" with new keys. I hate wasting time waiting in line three times total. It was hours each time. The place is older, not horrible by any means, but surely needs some deep or better consistent cleaning and paint in some areas. The lines at the restaurant were also horribly long, so plan ahead if you want a drink or something to eat. The price was OK for what we got, but things could work better there.

Great stay but it's a timeshare

Property was great and the location to the theme parks were nice. We quickly found out this was a timeshare and we're offered credit for our stay to tour the property. We declined. We thought of using water park but they charge non-time share owners $20 p/p so we didn't use that amenity. Starbucks and Hershey milkshake and ice cream close at 4pm. We tried to go at 5pm.

Needs work

The location to the parks was great. It took us minutes to get places we needed to be on a time schedule. It needs some updates to the property, the toilet clogged a few times and it took hours for someone to come fix it. We spilled water on our blanket on the main bed and we never received a dry one after calling the front desk to request it. The only way to contact front desk after a certain time is thru text message. We found medication in the room that did not belong to us. Just the cleaning needs to be better.

Just as described

Nice room, great for couples. Has a fridge, microwave, small kitchen sink, and coffee pot. Inside was clean and pretty spacious. I do wish that the patio was cleaned better (such as the tables and floor swept. There was a nice breeze on the back patio overlooking some of the resort. Small hick up during checkin but the owner quickly resolved it with Westgage. The resort is huge and is great place to relax and has most of everything u need on the property. I would stay here again.

This was a perfect place for a weekend getaway!

My husband and I loved this beautiful resort that offered us options for relaxing and options for being busy throughout our days! The property was well maintained, staff was friendly, and the room itself was great for us! Highly recommend!

I didn’t appreciate construction starting before 8 am twice during my stay. I could t even take work calls due to the non stop obscenely loud noises.
