La villa est idĂ©ale pour accueillir 2 familles ou des hĂŽtes Ă©largis dans la fantastique communautĂ© de Highlands Reserve. Il vient Ă  un prix avantageux et est situĂ© sur un terrain de golf de conception de championnat et une communautĂ© de golf. C'est vraiment une propriĂ©tĂ© exceptionnelle. La villa dispose d'une grande piscine privĂ©e chauffĂ©e avec spa chauffĂ©, d'une grande terrasse ensoleillĂ©e avec lunai pour l'ombre, d'une piscine orientĂ©e sud-ouest, ensoleillĂ©e toute la journĂ©e et offrant une vue magnifique sur le premier trou du parcours de golf Highlands Reserve. Votre sĂ©jour de vacances comprendra le wifi gratuit, une table de billard couverte, des appels tĂ©lĂ©phoniques gratuits en AmĂ©rique du Nord. We had an excellent experience staying at this home for 7 nights. The house was very clean and well maintained, and the pool and hot tub were spacious and nicely heated, which we really appreciated. We made great use of the pool table, ping pong table, and darts—there was plenty to do when we weren’t out exploring.The host was fantastic and checked in with us during our stay, which was much appreciated. The home is located in a nice area with plenty of grocery stores and great restaurants nearby, and it’s close enough to both Disney and Universal to make getting to the parks easy.I stayed here with my husband and our two adult children, and the home was perfect for our group. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

We had a wonderful stay in the villa! There was plenty of room for us all and everything you needed was provided. The outside area is fantastic, beautiful warm pool with lots of seating/sun loungers for everyone. We loved the spa and it was thoroughly enjoyed after a long tiring day at the parks. We hope to be able to stay again in the future.

After staying in Florida several times in different villas, I must say that this villa is the best I've stayed in. Kelly was an excellent host and answered any questions we had. The villa is absolutely beautiful and is presented just how to pictures show. Everything was a 10/10.I would most defiantly recommend this home to anyone planning a visit to Florida.

Our Florida Adventure

Great space for our family of adults and teens. We felt very safe in this area , it was very quiet and peaceful. Super comfy sofa and loved the pool. Lots of kitchen eqipment and towels. Fridge is plumbed in for water and ice ( we didnt realise and bought these )

Vacation Getaway

The house had everything you could need. Our favorite was the pool. My child even had a stock of pool toys to use. The location was close to Disney and Discovery Cove. The hosts were available and very responsive. Would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Property

As soon as we arrived the house looked just like it did in the pictures. We had the best time and in fact the kids wanted to stay at the house for pool days rather than go on excursions. We basically lived outside. The extended patio was perfect for dining and game playing, even in the pouring down rain. The hot tub was a huge hit as well! Absolutely the best vacation and we will be back for sure.

Family Vacation

Beautiful home very spacious, kitchen well supplied. Pool area was great hot tub could have been a hotter temp. A little drive to Disney area but not bad 20-25 min. Cleaning crew could put a little more effort into cleaning but I would still give the place a 5 and would rent it out again. Owner were great if u had any problems.

Christmas Vacation

The house was big enough to host our various family members duri g our stay. The heated pool was a big plus. It has everything you would need for your stay and more. The one downside was the hot tub. We were looking forward to soaking in the hot tub (expecially after a long day at the parks) but the water never got much warmer than the pool water. The layout was great and the sectional was everyone's favorite spot to relax.

We are Coloradoans that love Florida sunshine! Our grandchildren love the villa close to all the entertainment, with their own pool, learning to play golf and making memories. So we understand the commitment to travel and want to make it as enjoyable for our guests as it is for us!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We love the extended pool deck with the raised deck behind the pool to watch the golfers from our lounge chairs!! This is our second villa in Highlands Reserve with the same layout but awesome views.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Villa is all one level - no stairs to carry luggage, no neighbors on the back or side of the pool - very private. Close to Orlando entertainment but also 60-90 minutes to beaches - coastal or gulf side.
