The location was AMAZING!!! You could see the Vatican fromOur bedroom window- lots of stuff was in walking distance. Super quiet clean building. Everything you would need- close to shops. Tons of very friendly restaurants nearby. The host Alessandro, was very helpful and responsive.

The bedrooms were big and the beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed and the air conditioners in each room was so helpful in the Rome summer heat. Alessandro was super flexible and great to communicate with - would definitely book again.

Alessandro is a good host! He was patient waiting for us since we were late due to a delayed flight and Google Maps took us to the wrong location, even though we went off the location in the VRBO listing. He explained everything well, knowing just enough English to get us to understand. The apartment is clean and in a very central location, you can see part of the Vatican from the window. Parking is difficult in the area but he recommended a garage 5 minutes away that served us well. My suggestion is to ask him for the exact address, since Maps sent us a different direction

Very clean and comfortable apartment. Updated kitchen and bathroom. Air conditioning such a relief during the July 2026 heatwave. Close to metro. Easy to get around Rome using the metro. You can be at the Coliseum in 25 minutes and Trevi Fountain / Spanish Steps in less than 15 minutes. Lots of excellent restaurants right in the neighborhood. Lots of cafe shops. Walk to Vatican Museum in 5 minutes; St. Peter’s Square in less than 10 minutes. Check-in process was very smooth and quick. Host was very kind and helpful providing us with information about the metro and making suggestions of where to eat. We would not hesitate to recommend this apartment and we would definitely stay here again.

Great location - walking distance to Vatican and metro. Nice eateries and a mini mart close by. A bit noisy at night due to a bus stop across the street but the building is secure. My lower scores are a result of miscommunication with the host. Make sure you have his What’s App number before you arrive and use Google translate.

We spent two nights in Rome. This is my 2nd time staying at this house. We love the place for its convenient location to Vatican and other nearby attractions in Rome. The place is spacious, clean and well maintained. It works very well for us. The host is friendly and accommodating.

Rome weekend

This is a good apartment when visiting Rome. Clean and tidy. It’s in a good location, just 100metres from Ottaviano metro station and 10 minutes walk to Vatican City. Lots of good bars and restaurants in the vicinity.

Cozy and clean

This was our last stop on a 22 day European vacation. These beds were the coziest and the house was so clean. It could be loud outside at night but we just wore ear plugs. Great place!

The perfect location to discover Rome

We had very good experience with this apartment in the affluent residential neighborhood of Prati. The biggest value for us was its location close to the Vatican city end the historic center of Rome and the metro station as well, all close enough to reach rapidly by walking. Nice and affordable coffee bars and restaurants just outside of the building. We highly recommend this place for short visits in Rome.

Enjoyed our stay. This place is close to everything, including the Metro. There were 4 of us and it was plenty of room. Note, there is a small kitchen area, but no central living room space to sit on a couch together and hangout. It was fine for us because it was a short stay and we were out and about except to sleep. Excellent communication with owner.

Helpful host and convenient location

I stayed for a week during a business trip to Rome. Alessandro was helpful and attentive, and nicely put up with my tardiness upon initial arrival (starting with travel delays). The apartment was quiet at night despite its location along a busy street (in my wintertime experience). It's extremely convenient to a Metro station along the red Line A. I would stay again.
